Peak Builders did an amazing job redoing my families bathroom in their Victorian home. It came out very classy, ergonomical and cost efficient. Quality work done in a very timely manner.

Chris and his team remodeled our kitchen in Gilford at the end of 2024. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and communication from Peak Builders LLC. Chris is meticulous and ensured that every detail of our project was finished exactly to our expectations. He cut no corners, was incredibly reliable, and produced a fabulous finished product. His staff was also very clean, professional and respectful. The team ensured our home was well taken care of throughout the entire process. We would absolutely use Peak Builders LLC again for future projects, and have already scheduled to have them back this Spring.

Over the past two and a half months we have been working with Peak builders for the second time in a year. We contracted with them in December to redo an 800 sf family room over our garage in our new house that we recently purchased. They added a half bath, a new atrium door out to a deck that they built for us last summer. The family room is very large and required new windows, flooring and trim throughout. They removed the existing ceiling and installed a vaulted ceiling with custom wood beams, my wife is ecstatic! The Peak team came through again. Chris Dame and his crew took the time to put specific plans together, detailing all of our requirements and flawlessly delivered on every detail. Custom trim, maple flooring, new fixtures and they repointed a brick fireplace. Chris was in contact with us every step of the way, key for a 2.5 month project. I cannot recall a more smooth project and give Peak the highest recommendation possible!

We had Peak Builders do a bathroom remodeling job for us and were very pleased with the results. Chris took the time to learn exactly what we wanted to accomplish and kept us informed as the job progressed. They removed the old shower enclosure and installed a beautiful new shower with a glass wall and tile shelving for bathing essentials. They moved the toilet from one side of the room to the other to make room for the shower and installed a new sink with a nice dark granite top and a matching tile floor. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, which does not happen often. We’ll be calling Peak Builders again when we get around to updating the upstairs bathroom.
