The quality of an experience can only be multiplied by the service received. Encountering Mr.Tom . has helped me understand how quality can gain loyalty. I’m thankful for the most pleasant experience in a time where things must be fixed. I was dazzled by brilliance, patience, knowledge and kindness. All of which I know are not required by certain standards. So I can easily get identify things that are exemplary when I think of Mr.Tom

My roof had hail & wind damage. I had a lot of people at my door trying to get me to let them fix it. I just didn’t trust them. Then Larick rung my doorbell & there was just something about him. That same feeling carried through with Josh. Between the 2 of them I was well taken care of. They even showed up for the insurance claim agent inspection. Because of them the agent gave me a check for the roof that day. We had been having crazy stormy weather. So it was hard to schedule the work. The windows between rain seemed to be tight. Josh & I put our heads together & he came up with the brilliant idea to bring out a double crew. They showed up at 6am & were done before 1pm & it was beautiful. Thank you Larick & Josh.

My roof was awful, old and damn near falling apart. Mother Nature's kids, Wind and Hail had come to socialize, and they were not playing nice. I worked closely with Josh and Andy to have my roof replaced. The damage was so vast, I had to call in a claim using my homeowners’ insurance. From day one, I did not have to worry about anything, except what color shingles I wanted. The quality & customer care the team put into making sure my roof was repaired correctly was phenomenal!!! Josh walked me through every step & even came to the house to point out a few things to the insurance adjuster. From day one, the communication was spot on. I texted a lot and Josh or Andy always replied in a prompt manner. We also have solar installed on our roof & Josh and his crew made sure that a Licensed Professional Solar Team removed and reinstalled the solar panels back with the perfection needed not to damage the roof. My family and I were treated with kindness and respect every step of the way, and my new roof looks beautiful. -Reed Family
