Preplanning, the project and through completion has been a great experience. The team started ahead of schedule and went right to work. Completed ahead of schedule and the floor looks stunning. You can see the quality of the work in attention to details. The PDQ team has been great working with. All questions have been answered quickly. Great to know we can count on local business to get the job done, excellent experience and finished product.

I recently discovered that my home had excess settlement and needed additional support for my foundation. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck from PDQ Enterprises. Out of 3 possible companies, I knew I wanted Chuck and PDQ to do the work. He was very meticulous with his inspection, he explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it, AND he showed that he genuinely cared about fixing the issue. He explained EVERY step of the process as they installed the piers. I pretty much watched the whole process and they explained each step as they completed it. In fact, I learned so much from watching, asking questions and them patiently explaining what was happening, I literally think that I can install piers now :). The team was professional and they cleaned up afterwards as I hardly knew they were even there. To calm my nerves I even called Chuck about 8 months later to reinspect their work and everything was in tact. Did I mention Man of God??? That matters to me. I highly recommend PDQ Enterprises and their professionalism, dedication, and quality work. They were all a Godsend. I hope to never experience anything like this ever again but if I do or if I know someone who does, we are calling PDQ.

Had an amazing experience with this company. I started my project with a different company that was horrible and ended up firing them and going with PDQ Enterprise, Inc. Since moving to atlanta, I’ve had a hard time finding reliable and competent contracting work. Chuck at PDQ not only showed up when he said, he and the PDQ family provided excellent work in finding and repairing a water issue. I have used PDQ Enterprises for several years on multiple projects. I have been completely satisfied with the work provided. This has included roofing, siding, windows, bath/bedroom remodel and a kitchen update. All work was completed as requested. The workers
are very professional and kept the work area clean. Their attention to details exceeded my expectations.

If you have lots of money and don't know what to do with it, call PDQ and ask them for an estimate for any job . They will give you a ridiculous estimate and give them the job. You are happy and they are happy. Anyways I don't have that kind of money to give them so rejected their estimate and saved my hard earned money.

Chuck & Heidi showed great persistence & patience during the permit approval process. When the work began every subcontractor was very effecient & respectful, and displayed craftsmanship of the highest quality. Chuck was always aware of the status of the job, and would make impromptu visits to check in with the workers and us. He communicated throughout every step of the process. Chuck never tried to upsell us. He advised us on options and carefully listened, so we could end up with the results we were seeking. We absolutely LOVE our new room! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

PDQ is an awesome group of people to do business with. They are quick to respond, professional, and just out and out great people. I would recommend them to anyone!

I signed a quote from PDQ for services on 3/8/22. At that time, Heidi said they would do the job mid to late April. The end of April came and no communication from PDQ, so I called and asked for an update on the status of our job. Heidi said it would be mid to late May. I waited ... May passed, June passed, and it is now mid July and not one phone call, not one email, not one word from PDQ. I'm so not impressed and I'm glad I found out how they actually operate before they started the job. Not sure how they got all five star reviews when they don't even show up to do the job.

Edited to add: Shortly after posting my review, I received an email from PDQ stating they could have my job done by the end of July! Today is 7/12!!! Wow!! I should have posted my review months ago. But the job was already completed by someone else because we figured if we hadn't heard back from them for months, they really weren't interested in doing the job in the first place.

The business owner of PDQ Enterprises was great to work with and made sure that the project went as smooth and as efficiently as possible. There were a couple of minor fixes necessary after the initial completion but they returned to correct the final repairs. This business for the type of work needed, which was shoring up the back end of the house with posts, offered the lowest price out of a few others. Good work.

With absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, I highly recommend PDQ Enterprises for their superior customer service, quality workmanship, and utmost integrity. My husband and I had structural shoring completed to level and strengthen the floor systems on our rental property. From my initial call to set up the appointment to the final payment, PDQ exceeded my expectations. They were pleasant, punctual, and professional. As a landlord for over fifteen years, I have worked with many contractors. Sadly, I have been disappointed by most. I can honestly say that PDQ stands out far above the rest, and I would not hesitate to contact them again!

Chuck was awesome! He came out and inspected some concerns with issues in our house. He explained everything to help us understand what to look for and took the time to make sure we understood. Definitely highly recommend them.

While other companies would push to make a sale you provided us with peace of mind while building a relationship. I had the unfortunate circumstance that on my 7 year old home, my chimney was leaning and falling through the roof. I had a few contractors out to estimate the job and thankfully chose PDQ. Before Chuck touched a thing he had his engineer review and report his findings and it was bad. The chimney was structurally deficient and had to be completely removed and rebuilt correctly. Chuck, Tony and the crew got to work where they removed the entire chimney, rebuilt a structurally sound roof system which could support the load and even went into the basement to further support the load all the way down to the footings by installing three LVL beams extending from one outside foundation wall to the opposite outside foundation wall and then rebuilt the chimney. The level of quality was impressive but the most impressive was that Chuck rebuilt this chimney as if he was rebuilding it on his own home. He took such incredible care to do the job correctly and to eliminate any possibility of future problems. Tony, who ran the crew was always on time, showed up when they said they would and always, always cleaned up after themselves, even in the middle of the job.

On a personal note, I found Chuck and Tony to men of incredible character, they were highly ethical and above all honest. I hope that I will never have to deal with a falling chimney again but if I do I wouldn't use anybody but Chuck, Tony and the crew at PDQ to complete the job or a remodel. I can't speak highly enough of PDQ!

PDQ Enterprises does quality and high caliber work. The exterior of our house looks fantastic, and we are receiving so many compliments. The PDQ crew is professional and personable. We couldn't be happier with the results.

We had to have some pretty major work done on the front porch of our house and because it was such a big job we met with a number of contractors for the job. During that process it became evident that Chuck and PDQ Enterprises definitely cared the most, and was the most thorough in evaluating what needed to be done. Chuck visited the house several times before giving his quote because he wanted to make sure "he got it right" and there wouldn't be any surprises. We moved forward and PDQ was also terrific during the days the work was being done. Very considerate and their people are obviously masters of their crafts. We are extremely happy with the way the work turned out and would highly recommend PDQ to anyone that needs a job done on your house.

PDQ have worked on our home twice. They did a complete front porch reconstruction due to structural construction defects as part of an insurance claim and they rebuilt our back deck. We were impressed in both cases by the attention to detail and workmanship in their construction. Chuck is super responsive, fair, and and meets his agreed upon deadlines. He has also connected me to work with several of his subcontractors. He has referred me to garage door, landscaping, and roofing specialists whose work ethic and fairness matches his own. I would work with PDQ again in the future and heartily recommend their services to others.
