Amazing company from start to finish. They fought for me from day one when insurance wanted to deny coverage then made a case for me to make sure depreciation was released when it was all completed. Brian got the project started and was a great communicator with insurance throughout. Vern was the greatest field supervisor a homeowner could ask for. He was the first one here every morning for the duration of the project and made sure no detail was overlooked. His knowledge of the craft is irreplaceable. The specialty craftsmen that PCS partners with are incredibly talented and won't leave you disappointed. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Called four days ago to make apt. They said they’d get back to me that day. Never heard from them. Called again today they assured me they would get back to me today and haven’t heard AGAIN. They must have all the business they need so don’t bother to call them !!

We rarely ever give a company a five-star review, but the professionals at PCS Residential in Denver deserve it. When we first met Shane Robinson in 2022, he told us about PCS Residential and how they help homeowners from working with the insurance companies through the installation of the windows. It sounded too good to be true, but we kept his card and when we suffered hail damage in May of 2023, we gave him a call. Shane was true to his word: he came out immediately, was there when the insurance adjuster arrived to access the damage, and fought for us every step of the way. Shane is so honest and so knowledgeable, he blew us all away! After we got our check we signed a contract with PCS to get nine windows replaced. They were patient with us when we had personal issues and needed to wait until 2024 to put in the new windows. Just when we thought we couldn't be more impressed with a company, the crew came in last week to put in the windows, and blew us away again. Vern Muzechenko spearheaded the installation, giving us updates on each stage of the process. It was an awesome group of craftsmen and women - Anthony, Henry, Mike, Gadiel (as well as Lily and Carlos). They created new casings, cemented around the outside, and painted everything. They cleaned as they went and even gave us a complimentary window washing team at the end! Everything Shane and Vern promised us happened. PCS replaced most of our windows and a French door that had been damaged by hail. The project had a rough start due to COVID and staff changes, but once Vern and his team took over, we felt reassured. As homeowners, we wanted quality work and attention to detail, and Vern ensured that our expectations were met. He communicated clearly and was easy to work with. Adam Scalisi and his crew documented the damage in detail which resulted in increased claim payments from my insurance company. Adam has guided me through all the necessary steps and has answered all my questions. I look forward to having my house much improved, with new windows, a new roof and a fresh coat of paint.

PCS replaced my roof 2 years ago and although that process was painful (site was not kept clean and they trampled my wife's flowers) this summer we had the house painted and the painters damaged some of the roof tiles. The painters are willing to pay for it but I cant get anyone at PCS to come out and give me a bid. I've been trying for the last 5 months. Kyle doesn't return my emails or my phone calls. If you need any after-installation help, good luck with that.

It began with a knock on the door informing us of hail damage on our windows. PCS representatives worked through issues with our insurance which we were not aware could be done. Yes, there were glitches as there will be with any large project, but Patrick G was there and worked through them. Patrick was very attentive, friendly, and kept us informed at each step of the project.

PCS helped us replace our roof and windows due to hail damage. They were excellent in knowing how to deal with our insurance company (who dragged their feet on everything). Although we worked with several different people in their “office”, they were all professional and responsive. Vern who was the contact while the work was getting done was helpful and went out his way to make sure everything went perfectly.

Their in-house window installers and subcontractors (from trim and stain to window washing and remounting blinds) were also top notch. I highly recommend them for a positive window replacement project!

Dorian Sharp was our very knowledgeable and skillful estimator and he convinced our insurance company to double the amount of our claim settlement. Vern Muzechenko was the supervisor for all aspects of our job — we replaced our roof due to hail damage and all of our windows and most of our doors. Vern did a fabulous job — always on time, coordinated all of the subs efficiently and totally professional. I have built and remodeled multiple homes and Vern was the best I have ever worked with. Jeff knocked on our door as several of our neighbors were identified to have hail damage. I thought he was a salesman and totally full of s$%#. I could not have been more wrong. Jeff was exactly right in pointing out that most of our windows were damaged by a recent hail storm.

My skepticism was not resolved until our insurance adjuster came out for a look and we filed a claim. Further, our insurance considered it catastrophic which is a type of claim that does not raise our premiums.

Jeff guided us through the entire insurance process. Additionally he helped us select some amazing Pella windows. It took about 9 months for the new windows to arrive due to supply chain constraints, but when they arrived PCS was in and out in under a week. It was unreal the quality and speed of their work.

It literally feels like we won the lottery because Jeff knocked on our door. I highly recommend PCS.

We had such an amazing experience with PCS windows. You always imagine this kind of work will be difficult, messy and inconvenient. However, PCS made it easy, convenient and I was amazed at how little mess was made. The office kept in touch with me throughout Covid and the delays it created. I was treated very well, and very professionally. Each contractor that worked on install, drywall, painting and even the window cleaning was always on time, friendly and professional. Vern, the project manager, was on site at each phase and made sure that if there was an issue it was handled. I was pleasantly surprised each step of the way. I have no doubt that if I needed windows again or roofing I’d call PCS first. I feel confident recommending them! Thank you all at PCS for a great job.

The short story: Our window project of almost 40 windows and doors was major work. PCS worked with us every step of the way, through many challenges, including COVID, until every last detail was completed to our satisfaction.

More detail: Our roofer recommended PCS as we started recovering from a hail storm which damaged our home. Dorian Sharp became our sales representative. PCS worked with our insurance company to get everything covered. Since we don’t know the first thing about window or roof replacement, this was a huge service. It took about 3 months of back-and-forth to get a quote that was covered by the insurance.

We have expensive wood windows in our house, and they were 26 years old, so we were interested in all the options that would be available to us to replace them. Dorian invited us to the show room and led us through all our options. He was very thorough, and did not push us toward one product—the choice was completely up to us, and he worked with us to get the best price on any upgrades that interested us. We ended up choosing Windsor windows. Dorian remained an important POC for us through the whole process, and whenever anything stalled, or we had questions that weren’t getting answered, Dorian stepped in and expedited a response. All of this was started in late 2020, and we finally had the checks from our insurance in February of 2021. This delay was a combination of a change in our mortgage company due to a refinance, and some delays in getting checks sent and through the system by PCS. By the time PCS ordered our windows, COVID supply-side delays had taken hold. Our windows, originally projected to arrive in 3-6 weeks, were now estimated for mid-July. We were frustrated by the delay in ordering that caused this, but on the other hand, the price was set, and although I suspect PCS experienced some rate increases, none of that was ever passed on to us. In the end, the windows did not arrive until around September, 2021, and the work started in October.

The window project involved many different specialty contractors, managed by our PCS foreman, Patrick. Patrick was easy to work with, and competent to his trade. The multiple contractors assigned—one each for the window replacement, stucco, trim, painting, shutters and blinds, window cleaner—were absolutely top-notch. They each were easy to work with, mostly on-time, and truly top in the trade and service provided. We did have some issues with some messes and light damage to the house, but PCS listened to all our problems, and fixed them all. PCS maintained a “punch list” at the final walk through, and worked with us to fix every last issue. This is one more place that Dorian became indispensable. When all we had left were small jobs to be fixed, and the whole team had reasonably moved on to more important projects, Doran helped us get through all the detailed items so that we could close out the project. These included small alterations like making all the door locks were the same and adjusting the fit of the doors, to some small patches of dry wall that got knocked inside the house, to some new leather ottomans that were destroyed by some wayward caulk that hadn’t gotten properly cleaned up, to our old shutters not fitting the new windows. They bought us new footstools, and worked with the insurance company to get the shutters and blinds replaced with new ones! We don’t actually have the footstools yet, since supply problem have delayed those for 1 year, but the credit has been applied, and the furniture ordered.

The summary is that a window project is a major undertaking with many moving parts and things that will go wrong. PCS calmly worked through the whole project in minute detail to make sure everything was just right, and that we are a satisfied customer. Thanks so much to PCS for making our house beautiful! We are truly pleased with all the results.

We hired PCS for window replacement from hail damage. Upon inspection we discovered damage to the roof as well. Our sales rep Shane was very helpful, patient and professional throughout the entire process of choosing materials and dealing with our insurance company. We were trying to find a reasonably priced composite material for our roof and Shane worked hard to help us find the best material.
Once materials arrived and construction was ready to begin, the project was handed off to our amazing project manager Patrick. Patrick was here every step of the way to make sure each installation crew was on time and on task. My wife was home during the installation process, and Patrick was always available to answer questions, keep her updated on next steps and make sure she was introduced and comfortable with each contractor. This project was more than just window installation, it included trim installation, painting, stucco repair and even window cleaning. Patrick guided this entire process and we felt like he always “had our back”.
Installation is complete and we are very happy with our new roof, windows and doors. We are pleased with the service we received from PCS.

I cannot give high enough praises for PCS Residential! After a doorbell ring, Dorian Sharp pointed out where our windows had been damaged by hail. I typically NEVER answer the doorbell, and honestly, I was not inclined to give business to someone who rang my bell because the stigma around that is that those types of companies are “fly by night”. Well, I couldn’t have been more WRONG about that! After talking to neighbors who also used PCS, we decided to give PCS a chance to show us what they could do.

Dealing with insurance became a several-month long process but Dorian and PCS were there to help us and go to bat for us the whole way. We were initially met with resistance from our insurance company (as expected) but Dorian made sure they covered our hail damage and covered replacing our windows with equal quality windows that we currently had. We have very high-end windows, and though the insurance company wanted to do the bare minimum, PCS held their ground until the insurance company agreed to cover the equivalent windows. We never could have had the knowledge of the process to stand our ground as well as PCS did!

The entire process, once the actual replacement project started, was as seamless as can be imagined! Each team that came to remove window treatments, cut stucco, replace windows, install trim, replace stucco around each window, paint the trim, and even wash the windows (after the project was complete), did an AMAZING job!

Vern was our project manager, and he was highly communicative and incredibly responsive to our questions, issues, etc. Vern was TOP NOTCH. IT was obvious that Vern cares a LOT about his responsibilities, and he truly enjoys and takes pride in his work.

I cannot recommend PCS highly enough! Even though it is disruptive to have strangers in your house, each team that worked on the project was respectful and polite. They worked hard, showed up early each morning and worked all day through, sometimes until 7 pm. I wish I could remember each person’s name that worked in our house, but I can say that Henry, Gadiel, Mike, Gary, Dorian, and Vern and all of the others were all extremely trustworthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Don’t wait for your doorbell to ring, just give PCS a call and get the process started! Nobody is more surprised than me that a HUGE window project could actually be enjoyable and stress-free but it really was!

I had 33 windows replaced and had an issue with the insurance company I was guided every step of the way by Shane Robinson and eventually received a fair settlement. This group was professional in every way and extremely easy to work with. When issues came up they made every effort to rectify the problem. This was a very large project and entailed not just windows but stucco work,( very very well done) staining was an absolute match, (a shout out to Frank and his crew), painting and texturing all well done! In short this company never waivered to stand by their work and product!! I don't want to forget Vern who was gracious and professional in every way. I would recommend this company to anyone. We had PCS submit for window replacement to our insurance company because of hail damage. Jef and the PCS staff were able to work with our insurance company to approve our claim, which was not easy. I am scheduled to have my windows replaced at the end of this summer, but to this point I am very impressed with how professional, punctual, efficient and courteous this company has operated. PCS exceeded my expectations. The first contact was a knock on the door from Dorian Sharp. We were exploring a roof replacement and welcomed a PCS quote. State Farm had declined to replace our roof a few years earlier due to the age of the roof and what they considered normal age related failure of the wood shake roof.

Dorian, with PCS, offered to help pursue a new claim, given the wind damage he observed. PCS had insurance industry experienced staff to advocate for me through out the claim process. Awarded the claim, we able to select a roof replacement of our choice with limited out of pocket expense. Dorian, Vern, and Shaun from PCS delivered a great roof, excellent service, on time, and on budget.

PCS Residential replaced 6 windows and an exterior door that had been damaged and leaking. Vern and his team were respectful of my time and home. They were prompt, diligent, and communicated what they were doing and what was coming next throughout the project. PCS made the process of replacing my roof and gutters from hail damage very easy. Dorian, Christian, and Sean were all very professional, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They all went above and beyond to help navigate the insurance process and ultimate replacement. The end result looks great! A month after the roof was replaced, hurricane force winds blew through and a few shingles suffered damage. Sean checked in regularly to ensure the snow had melted so a team could safely get on the roof. They did a complete inspection and replaced a few shingles all for free. While screens replacements aren’t a service they normally do, Dorian put me in touch with a reputable company to complete this final step. Thank you!

Vern and Gary oversaw the project and the following individuals who did the installation of the windows: Gary, Janson 1& 2, Eric, Chris and Daniel were friendly and professional. PCS residential did an outstanding job removing & replacing 19 custom windows and 2 sliding doors due to hail damage on the window/door frames. They brought our attention to the damage, helped us thru the insurance claim process, and did a very professional job measuring/removing/installing all fixtures. This was a complicated effort involving exterior stucco R&R and matching paint work. Interior work included window custom shutter R&R, custom window wood trim fabrication, and matching the original maple paint,

I was contacted by Andrew Killion from PCS Residential regarding possible hail damage to my windows. After a thorough inspection, he stated unfortunately the windows to my house were severely damaged, but not to worry. He stated PCS Residential will take everything from here if I make the claim with my insurance company. The following day I made the claim and from there on out, Andrew and his peers did exactly what they promised. A few months later, without any glitches, I was sitting in my home staring out into the forest through brand new encasement windows. I can't thank Andrew enough for his expertise and professionalism on getting me new windows.

These folks did an outstanding job helping with the insurance, install and then fixing some issues afterward. Despite all the covid problems they came through on an extensive project under hard conditions and Vern, our project leader made sure it was all done to a very high standard.

PCS and Vern especially did an excellent job on our large project. We replaced 90% of the windows in our home from hail damage and replaced all of the gutters. This was all done during the covid insanity and Vern and his crew took extra attention to make the process as comfortable as possible for my family. PCS replaced 32 windows that were damaged by a hail storm. They worked directly with the insurance company to obtain the replacement windows. The insurance company ended up covering 100% of the windows. Any delay was due to the insurance company trying to avoid full payment. PCS worked diligently to get the entire job covered. Particular commendation goes to Dorian Sharpe and Rachel Pinson on this issue.

Once the funds were released, the job was completed efficiently, professionally and with excellent workmanship. Ryan Todd was the project manager on the window installation, stucco repair, window trim and painting etc. He did an excellent job and was sensitive and considerate of needs and situation.

PCS replaced the windows on our commercial building via an insurance claim. Dorian came to our place and discovered hail damage that was missed by the previous inspector. He met me and the adjuster and was able to get the claim approved. Once approved, we had the please of meeting Vern the super hero. PCS residential did a a really nice job replacing 28 hail damaged windows, as well as 2 patio doors, in only three weeks! Dorian Sharp is their sales consultant that came to my home and discovered the hail damage to my windows.He also helped me through the insurance claim process. Vern Muzechenko supervised the project , and did a great job of overseeing the work being done by the installers and painters,as well as keeping us informed about the schedule. Process is organized from start to finish.

PCS has been a nightmare to deal with. We started this process April 2019 and has been a series of contractor mis-management. Poor workmanship that they hope goes unnoticed. Many of their subcontractors have vented that what a joke they are...there is a great business validation when their own subcontractors point out incompetence. They are only driven on sales and poor on execution is consistent. Do they really have any protocols for Covid. The PM or subcontractor could not keep their mask on for 20 inutes and said is was hard to communicate. Thanks a lot PCS...Chase and Farmers will hear my dissatisfaction as well and hope neither continue business with you. We have plenty of documentation.

We worked with Dorian Sharp, Restoration Consultant at PCS Residential, for the replacement of our home's windows after a significant hail storm. Dorian did a fantastic job organizing the project and the various contractors who were needed with the replacement of our windows. His entire crew were highly professional, courteous, helpful, tidy, and responsive to our needs. Dorian kept in touch with us every step of the way and carefully coordinated schedules with us to ensure it worked with our family's needs. It was a pleasure working with him - this major project went perfectly!

PCS did a great job assessing the hail damage to our home, coordinating and negotiating with our insurance company, and working with our mortgage company. All tradesmen, roofing, gutters, windows, trim, paint, etc., were high quality and respectful. They were thorough in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

PCS provided great customer service from beginning to end. They worked well with our insurance company, chose expert installers and craftsmen, and managed the project with integrity.

In August 2019 PCS (Eric Kollauf) cold called on my house and suggested to inspect windows and other exterior features for damage. I agreed.
Prior to inspection visit both PCS and I have signed a contract for PCS services to me. Two weeks later PCS inspected the windows, found hail damage and worked out an estimate, which was eventually submitted to insurance company.

In October 2019 PCS notified me that they want to sign a different contract. After I stated that we already have an active contract, PCS sent me a cancellation.

This is the only company to break the contract in my 30 year history of house ownership and various related repair and construction services. I recommend everyone to look for a more reliable and trustworthy contractor.

PCS did a great job addressing significant hail damage that was done to my house. Vern Muzechenko went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed properly and in a timely manner. He also did an outstanding job keeping me informed about the progress of the work.

PCS was fantastic! Originally we thought the Hail Damage to our home was limited to some slight roof damage. However we learned several neighbors had window damage, and when PCS inspected our home they found and pointed out the damage which was extensive. They helped us through the whole process of securing an extension of our insurance claim period (1yr) and coordinated all of the repairs. Through the process, PCS kept us well informed and responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. Thanks PCS!

We have lived in many homes and owned a half dozen or more over the years. PCS represents a new high in so many ways - for which we are thankful. They were very professional from the first estimate to the end of the job. Each of the crews that arrived was pleasant and efficient. As I look over the work I have nothing but satisfaction.

Vern and crew from PCS did a fantastic job. We had 90+ doors and windows and ALL of them were done in less than two weeks...amazing.
