Very shady and dishonest. I’m not even one of their clients. I was just unfortunate enough to be caught in the crossfire of their negligence. I live in apartments next to condos they were doing work. I parked my car in my own complex’s lot, the next morning there were cones and tape blocking off parking spaces, one of which was the space I was already parked in from the night before. What do you know they dropped old shingles off the roof and damaged my car. They did not notify my building’s office or tell me I needed to move. The crew admitted fault but refused to provide any insurance information. Kept giving me the run around for several days. I tried calling the company office multiple times and was hung up on and ignored when I stated why I was calling. I would hate to see how they treat their actual customers

I will not suggest no one to use this company. They are literally now replacing the roof in our community .damaged all the AC in the community and Didn’t put none of the vents back. More than five Units in the community got water damage after their roof was replaced. And eventually, they saying that this is the owner responsibility. Horrible, horrible horrible. Do not use this company!

I am a contractor for single family homes in Colorado and can confidently say that this company is one of the most unprofessional and untrustworthy vendors I have ever seen. They have taken MONTHS to replace these townhomes. They also damaged my skylight leaving a huge open hole to the outside. I got sick of no responding and done trust their hack work so I personally have made the proper repairs. DO NOT USE THEM.

These "roofers" damaged the interior of my home reinstalling a skylight and did not properly reinstall another in my home. I brought this to their attention immediately and it has been MONTHS with no response or solution. Today, we have high winds and the skylight that wasn't properly installed just BLEW AWAY. This company is a joke - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

I work with Jason and Brandon, they are great!! They get work orders completed in a timely manner and are always on top of there work. 5 stars all the way!

I would definitely recommend Jed and his team at Dynamic Roofing!! We just purchased our home 31 Oct 2019 and because it was our "retirement home" we put a deposit down to get the roof replaced when the snow ended (May would have been perfect in Woodmoor). My husband is active duty Air Force and he ended up being promoted (YAY!), but then notified a week ago that we would be moving in July to Okinawa, Japan. I asked Jed if we could hold off on the roof since we have to rent our home for the next 4 years. He replied straight away with an email, saying he would absolutely refund our deposit and thanked us for our service to our country! We are now a loyal customer and WILL be calling Jed when we return to replace our roof!! Thank you Dynamic Roofing and Construction - SO much for your help, professionalism, and support!!

This company is a joke, had them out to reroof our house, took them over a year to get the inspection done. They continued to lie say it passed when it hadn't been completed. They damaged the inside of my home, durring the job. My roof still leaks and and cause more damage on the interior. They do nothing but give me the run around, well take your time cause I'm going to get my attorney and the BBB involved. You'll be paid when my issues are resolved. Pleae save yourself the headache and find someone who care for there customers, cause dynamic does not. Sadly I have to give them one star cause no starts isn't a option. Truly sucks your company treats people this way!

We have had several excellent experiences with Dynamic Roofing; they have always delivered good, honest results in a timely fashion. Our first experience was with the owner assessing hail damage on our roof; after a bad storm in 2016, many of our neighbors needed their roof replaced and Jed came out- after we had had another company assess our roof- and he was frank that we didn’t need a new roof. We also had Dynamic install flashing on our pergola this last year. The crew did what we felt was a good job, and when the owner came to follow up, he wasn’t pleased with an aspect of the job and happily went about teaching his crew what his expectations were. I feel like in both of these experiences the owner had an opportunity to leave a job unfinished, or to gain money for a dishonest job, and he took the high road. Dynamic and their team has definitely earned our trust.

Fantastic company! VERY friendly and easy to work with. They replaced our roof and painted the entire house in 2014 after a hail storm, then a new roof AGAIN along with replacing damaged windows in 2016 after another hail storm. Both times they did a great job (they KNOW their stuff!), kept us informed, answered our calls/emails same day and acted with the highest in customer service and integrity. Very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly! They were also great at working with and negotiating with our insurance company and helping us through the entire process - they really know their stuff when it comes to knowing what work needs to be done and and working agreement with insurance co. Made our total experience BOTH times very simple and straight forward. We highly recommend them!

I have had very good experiences with Dynamic and their subcontractors. They communicated quite thoroughly and kept me up to date, even when delays occurred outside of their control. I would recommend Dynamic to anyone that is in need of help during a storm, be it from damages or leaks, inspecting your properties, or additions/new construction. I continue to recommend them to many friends and family across the front range.

Dynamic was awesome! They were so quick to schedule an evaluation and were honest and up front with the entire process. They were professional and respectful with our adjuster as well. Jason and the Dynamic Roofing crew came in and fixed my flat roof that another roofing company had come in and destroyed and then walked away. I can not say enough good things about Dynamic Roofing. They were honest and ethical in all of my dealings. They worked with t he stucco company to make sure that everything was done the way the stucco company needed. I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing and Jason.

Don't even think about using them! My roof was replaced after a hail storm and although the roof was accomplished quickly, they failed to paint a door they had agreed to. The Dynamic Roofing representative that I was working with told me not a pay an invoice that I received for almost $2,000.00. I followed instructions and received two overdue notices, to which, I immediately contacted my representative and he again assured me that he'd taken care of it. Here we are over a year later and I received another invoice with a 5% charge and a requirement to pay or it'll be sent to a collection agency or a lien placed against me. I plan to pay the bill and then use every opportunity to prevent my clients from using Dynamic Roofing.

Signed a contract with them on the 11th of July authorizing them to work with my insurance company (ASI) and start work as soon as possible. As of today (almost 3 months later), they haven't started work, haven't been able to reach my insurance company (or so they say) and haven't been able to get one of their sub-contractors to contact me (even if I have been asking for status and receiving the same story every week, and have had no problem contacting them). To add insult to injury the one thing that they constantly remind is the fact that I have a contract with them , which will not allow me to work with another contractor. With barely 2 months of decent temperatures left this year , I have given up on them and hired a lawyer to terminate the contract. Haven't paid them anything yet, however will end up paying an attorney. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would suggest you look elsewhere.

I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!!! They can work with your insurance so it really make the process feel a lot less stressful which is what I needed due to my very busy schedule. The clean up was great and the workers worked fast and even answered some question I had while they were here. Thanks for the work.

Dynamic Roofing did an excellent job an replacing the roofs of 2 of my buildings . They worked directly with my insurance company through the process. My sales rep Edmund Aguilera was always available to answer questions, very friendly, professional and pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Dynamic Roofing & Construction without reservation to my friends and family or anyone who needs a dependable contractor.

I can't be happier with the professionalism of Jim Lancaster and High Performance Construction! We had our entire roof replaced as well as the gutters and Jim stayed on top of everything. The roof was completed in a single day including the clean-up and the new gutters were all installed in a single day as well.
Sections of our roof had rotted and their were worn areas which Jim kept me informed of including sending me pictures and assuring me that High Performance Construction had the situation under control. They purchased the required wood and after removing the damaged areas, repaired everything with little to no cost added to our contract. I couldn't have done it myself without spending a lot more and taking a lot longer to get everything repaired.
High Performance Construction did such a super job that several of our neighbors came over to talk with Jim about their own roofing needs. I can't say enough about how please we are at the completed project.

A very positive engagement with Dynamic roofing this past week on a small shed that I needed a roof applied. the shed had just felt material and it was raining every day. Needed someone to come in and quickly apply the shingles to fully protect the building.

Jed responded to my Yelp request within 24 hours providing an estimate and time frame for completing the work. The very next day Luis showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work, Jed and Luis were very professional, experienced and customer oriented. This was a relatively small job and I expected scheduling and price to be an issue but Dynamic was great to work with on it.

Can't say enough on how quickly and efficiently the process went for me and I would highly recommend Dynamic Roofing to anyone for any sized need

Dynamic Roofing and Construction was helpful, professional, and quick! I called them with a need to have my roof replaces in two weeks in order to rent out the home, and they were more than willing to work around my very busy schedule. Jed met up with me in advance to show me (in person) the color options for the roof. He was very patient and supportive throughout the process. When the roof was installed, it was done in one day, around my schedule, and the yard was spotless! They did a great job with both the roof and the clean-up! I highly recommend Dynamic Roofing and Construction!

Their company replaced my roof in 2013 and did a fantastic job. Everything looked great and we loved the color selections that they had for it. The customer service was very good and responsive. The shingle was a better shingle than we thought we would get. It was a lifetime shingle which was just an added bonus. They did all the work with the insurance company so that I didn't have to do that which helped me stay focused on work.

These guys have been at this for a long time - and for good reason, they know what they are doing and they do a great job!! In 2009, I was having a difficult time with my insurance company who didn't want to pay for the roof even though I clearly needed it. I tried dealing with it on my own - big mistake! Dynamic Roofing sent one of their experienced guys over and met with the adjuster up on the roof and ultimately was able to prove that the roof needed replaced. I'm so glad that I called them, it is such a relief to know that my family has a good solid roof over their heads. Not to mention - the work was superb and done quickly!

I have had to replace my roof twice in the past three years. The first time it was a nightmare. The second time I was referred to Dynamic Roofing and Construction by a member of my church. I worked with Scott and he made the overwhelming process very easy. Being a single mother and work full time, it was nice to have Scott deal with my insurance company so I did not have to. Scott kept me informed during the repair process. Dynamic Roofing and Construction took care of all my repair needs. Not only did they do a quality job on my roof, but they also were able to take care of my deck, windows and siding. Dynamic roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end. From the beginning they took time to explain everything about the roof and insurance, and they walked us through the whole process.

The insurance process: They explained all of our questions about insurance and walked us through everything. When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof the salesman made sure he was there so they he could point out items that the adjuster missed. Our insurance company said that helped to speed up the process and eliminated a lot of back and forth once the roof was complete. He pointed out damage done to the fence and other areas of the house to make sure we would get fully reimbursed for all of the damage.

The work: Some of our neighbors had their roof's done by other companies and they had people banging on their house for days. Dynamic had the dumpster and shingles dropped off the afternoon before, they started ripping off the roof when I left for work at 7:00 AM, and my wife said they were gone by 3:00 that afternoon. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. We would never have known that they had even been there. Our roof was pretty old, and they made sure it was up to code by adding things like ice shield. The roof looks great, and since we got the impact resistant shingles I didn't stress this summer when I heard hail start to fall.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dynamic to friend or family.

My experiences with Dynamic Roofing have honestly been very good. The project managers have been up front and honest with me, and they are very pleasant to work with. They don't come off as "pushy," either.
As far a quality goes, they only use ASTM certified materials, which I think is great; they don't cut corners. On top of that, I love the fact that their crews hand-nail everything! I've watched them do it, and it's pretty impressive!
Overall, I would recommend Dynamic Roofing to anyone who even suspects that they might have storm damage!
