My wife and I had our windows replaced by this company in 2023, the windows were great and they made a huge difference in our home. After about a year, we noticed some things that weren't working properly and we called American Remodeling hoping that their "lifetime warranty" would be honored. To our surprise, they were overwhelming great and within 3 days had a service tech out to look at the issues. They took some parts and had new pieces ordered from the manufacturer before we could even ask. Our sales rep Nic even gave us a phone call to ensure everything was taken care of & we were happy. Within 2 weeks the windows were back to perfect after a few simple tweaks. When we picked a window company to replace our windows we wanted to make sure we could always call and receive help if something was wrong. American Remodeling did an incredible job upholding their warranty work & we absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!

It was a true pleasure doing business with American Remodeling Inc. We were initially frustrated when another company couldn't fulfill our needs regarding window installation and the replacement of our old and deteriorating insulation gaskets.

These issues were critical for our tenant's comfort and significantly impacted energy costs. The old gaskets were causing significant heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, leading to high energy bills and uncomfortable drafts.

American Remodeling did an incredible job replacing our siding. Living in Vernal, Utah it's hard to find a contractor that will come and take on a project, let alone do a good job. We had a consultant by the name of Curtis come through in June of 2024 and walk us through the project and how it would be tackled. And by November of 2024 our project was completely finished! Our main concern was the winter weather, and American Remodeling prioritized our job to make sure our concerns were addressed. Steve P was our installer and did fantastic work. He told us he had been doing this for almost 30 years and it sure showed with his end result. His attention to detail was truly impressive and he made sure to walk our home at the end of the job with us to ensure we were thrilled. Overall, a great experience with American Remodeling and we highly recommend to anyone looking for new siding!

The salesman was very flexible & worked to find a solution that would fit my budget. The guy that came out to measure was very thorough & accurate. I was able to keep little arcitecture details that were originsl to the home.
The the installers were fast & efficient & flexible with my schedule. There was a miscommunication about extra wrapping I wanted & the installers called the home office & got everything straightened out & installed as requested. They even came back the next day to make a couple of adjustments so I could latch the windows easier. Absolutely would use this company again.

I am very happy with my American Remodel window. Steve,the installer, did a great job with install.Steve did great job with rapping around the window. Steve was very thorough and I could tell he has been a carpenter for quite awhile. Steve had to remove the 49 year old frame and build a new frame. So in closing I am pleased.

American remodeling did an excellent job on my living room windows. From Tristan, who helped me sign up, to Johnathan and Nick who installed them, I had a very professional team. You should be very proud of your employees. I am extremely happy and cannot wait to get the other rooms done.

I had original windows on my home so it was very much in need of new windows. The new windows from American Remodeling have been fantastic. The installers did a fantastic job. They were professional and fast. Took a day and half for them install all the windows for my home. The windows themselves are great. Thanks to the UV coating there is no glare on the TV and the insulation has helped so much with the Summer heat and I'm sure they'll be just as helpful with utilities in the Winter. We had an overall great experience from start to finish. Curtis was very thorough with explaining the quality and science behind the windows and absolutely put no pressure on us about buying. And then our installer Nick was great. He worked with our schedules and was very quick and clean and did a great job. We are super happy with our new windows and sliding glass door! This is really a “10” company. Great communication and fast response with the estimate. My roof was replaced in one day, the guys worked 11 hours to complete the job. Usually a replacement of a roof leaves a mess, there was no debris anywhere. It looked like they vacuumed the area around the house. It’s a beautiful job. Very efficient and great work. Installation took just over one day, I can't believe how fast the new windows went in! I would recommend these guys to everyone! We had our consultation in late November/ early December, and they had installation scheduled and done by January 29th! This company was so great to us across the board! The guys did a fantastic job installing the new windows for us. Everything was left clean and neat. The windows are great! Our house stays at a constant temperature where before it didn't.

Had windows installed in March 2023, 2 windows were installed broken, 1 screen torn, and did not put the little plugs in the framing. They were supposed to get things ordered and installed correctly within a month…well here we are November and still getting the run around and making payments on broken windows.

We worked with Joey, he was professional, responsive, efficient and communicative with all details from start to finish. 10 out of 10. 5 stars! Zero complaints. Would use American Remodeling again!

Purchase was fine. Windows were installed timely, everyone was professional. Had a crack in a window a couple of years ago and it took a few months to get replaced. Found another cracked window and called in in June 2023. It is now October and it still hasn’t been replaced. Had I known how long it takes to have a window replaced I would not have bought from this company!

Not overly impressed with the process. Initially we were told we could schedule the installation date but turned into a phone call saying they would be installing the windows the following day. Window quality is fine but the rushing for a one day installation was noticed. Plenty of absent caulking on the interior and every window had shipping and hand marks all over the exterior which turned into getting the ladders and caulking gun out right away. I think for 15k$+ you could expect more.

Had all of the windows replaced in my house this week. The installers were great. They did a great job. This is the first house I owned so I am new to everything with home ownership and having things fixed. Working with American remodeling was a good experience all around.

Joey G came out the next day and was thorough and really spent time looking @ my Roof for hail damage . As it turned out I did not need a new roof . Honesty goes along way . They were recommended by collogue and I was impressed . Hard to find GREAT companies like this . Highly recommend ***** for Sure !!!

The windows that were installed are very well insulated and look nice, but the warranty on them sucks. When I purchased them a few years ago, the salesman for American Remodeling assured me that making a warranty claim would be very easy for the life of the windows, but now I find out that the window manufacturer they sold me on, "Amerimax and Cascade windows, was sold to Simonton windows and warranty claims are very difficult to get through the old manufacturers." I spent a LOT of money replacing my old windows and patio doors and now can't get a $5 part mailed out to me after almost a month of going back and forth with American Remodeling. I'd recommend going to a different company that works with a different manufacturer with a better warranty.

They arrived on time and finished the windows the same day. The new windows are great, there's a huge difference between them and my old windows. We got them done in the winter, and we noticed our house stayed warmer right away. We also noticed it reduced neighborhood sound (college town, near a campus).

We recently worked with American Remodeling on getting a new roof. Joey G our sales rep was extremely professional, responsive and up front about everything. The roofers were also very professional and cleaned up the site exactly the way they came to it. I definitely recommend this company for their responsiveness, integrity and quality of work.

I was skeptical at first, but talking with Joey G. was easy and he was upfront with us and didn't try any cheesy salesman tactics. He spoke with both me and my wife on a personal and professional level and addressed every question we had (even when I called him two months later). Ordering and financing the windows was a breeze, and everything worked out better than advertised.
We got our windows put in about 6 weeks earlier than we had planned, and they look amazing. I had no problem giving them a 5 star review. The entire experience was easy and better than expected.

Our house had several single pain windows and man was it cold in all the rooms with these windows. since we have had them changed by American Remodeling we have not had to run a second heater in those rooms. They came and installed our new windows when we needed them the most. It had snowed and was cold that day and they still came and put in our new windows and man are they fast. Now my wife is wanting to get some more windows done in the house. I can say will for sure use American in the future for all our window needs and recommend them to anyone needing windows.

Run! Over two years and still waiting for my windows to be fixed. They blame everyone else - even the office manager (not sure if that is her exact title) - as she is the owner's sister and has zero accountability. They took my money, bullied me into paying for windows that were not working correctly. Still waiting on the replacement. Different answers from every install person. Calling the BBB as well to report this issue. At this point I would expect either a partial refund or something to make this situation right. We ended up ordering windows from another company for the rest of our house.

Just wanted to provide a quick update. After the review we were contacted by a representative of the company who ordered the replacement window and had it replaced....

We used this company to replace all our windows on the main floor of our residence. From sales to installation everything was completed in a timely manner and we were very pleased with our new purchase.

Unfortunately we had someone shoot a BB into one of the windows. We tried to use the lifetime warranty which by the way was a huge selling point! It has been over two years and still no window! We received a random call last month from an installer who stated our window was in!!! He came to the house, took out our window only to discover it didn't fit. He stated the warehouse made a mistake on the size. Upon re-installing the old window back, the installer cracked it so now we have a nice BB hole and a crack. Still have not heard from them.

If you are interested in purchasing new windows, know the lifetime warranty rings true with this company! You will wait a lifetime for a replacement!!!!!!

Purchased new windows and siding from American Remodeling more than 19 years ago. They stand by their products. We are very happy with the warranty. We have had siding replacements and windows fixed under their warranty through the years. It is nice to have that peace of mind, especially with the very unpredictable Colorado weather that can wreak havoc on exteriors!

This is the second time that I have used American Remodeling. Originally had 4 windows replaced in 2016. A few weeks ago I had the remaining 3 windows replaced. I received quotes from a few other companies and American Remodeling was significantly less.
Joey G was great to work with! He is very responsive to questions and follow ups. The installers were on time and cleaned up the area. The office staff was very helpful scheduling and follow up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Update: They we’re able to get our new piece of glass installed quickly once it made it to our home. Seems like they have some new people working that have been following up and trying to make things right. Updated to 3 stars

We used American remodeling when it came time to put in new windows at our home and everything seemed good at the time.
One of our windows got a crack in it and so we tried to use the lifetime warranty which was their major selling point on the windows. We have yet to get our Window repaired and this is going on close to nine months and counting. All of this after the previous Warranty person had lied about even submitting our claim in the first place. Any time we try to get updates were are met with a voicemail box and no reply.
I would say to steer clear of this company or if you do decide to go with them cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong once they are installed.

I had these windows installed a few years ago and they originally kept the heat and dust out but the main picture window continues to be hot during the summer. I have had a few different installers come out and tell me window was installed incorrectly but after a year of waiting, someone comes out on a cold day to tell me that there is no problem with the window. The windows have a lifetime warranty and no customer would make excuses to replace and window if it wasn't working correctly. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and still keep getting the runaround. On a 75⁰ degree day, the temp on all 3 windows are 90⁰ degrees plus and the original demonstration shows how a 200 degree plus light blocks heat.

Product seems adequate. Entire house was redone with these windows. Sales rep, got irritated when I refused to proceed with financing a 6000$ sliding door. Caught him in a couple of lies. He excused himself to the restroom in my mother's home, left urine on the seat. Two employees told me screens were warrantied for life, and I recently discover otherwise. Lastly when the last batch of windows were installed, one window was broken. It took a year to receive the replacement. Now I am due for three new sliding doors. But will interview vendors much closely before making a selection. I read all of the wonderful reviews from this company, and perhaps it was just an overall bad time for them. With the exception of the one Sales Rep, all other employees were courteous.

Very professional, high quality company that offers an excellent product and hires great people. All windows are custom made. Joey Guiterrez is our sales person. He gave us the information on their products, and let us decide to move forward. No pressure. He handled the financing, and had our loan approved within minutes. We decided to start with the living room windows, and the product sells itself. We look forward to replacing the rest of our windows. Professional installion crews, scheduled a convenient time, and completed our installation by 3 pm the same day. I highly recommend this company.

First off, sorry about the length of this review.. But I think the larger the project, the more you should get yourself informed! I'm a do it herself house flipper. My husband is a former architect. We are VERY particular. We decided to remodel our master bedroom in our personal home and made the windows larger. We hired American remodeling to install the new windows. We were concerned because we buy older houses that aren't in good shape. They have rotting wood, strange sized windows..odd settling issues etc. But the installers did a great job! I liked Joey (salesman) so much I also had them replace the windows in my sunroom. (This room had settling issues which made the windows not exactly square) They look AMAZING! Installation of 11 windows only took 1 day. Then we had a big rainstorm about a month ago. One of the windows was leaking. I called Joey.. And they ordered a replacement right away. (It hasn't been installed yet.. Usual covid related supply issues... But I'll keep you updated if it doesn't work out for some reason)

Then, we liked the work on the windows so well... And Joey's eager fun attitude (he does not have any of that "is this guy trying to take advantage of me" feel that you get from some sales people) that we decided to get new siding on our personal home. We had a really bad woodpecker problem.. Holes everywhere!... So needed something indestructible. We got several bids from different reputable companies. American's bid through Joey was the same price for their highest quality composite board and batten as the slightly lower quality foam backed vinyl from other companies. We chose the composite because just feeling it verses the vinyl... It's a world of difference. I know this stuff will keep
away woodpeckers and hail! I took a piece and hit it with a hammer to test it... And it was totally fine! The siding was a big investment, but I honestly can't think of another project I've paid someone else to do that I have ever been so happy with!

I have tried to hire companies to do some of the work for me at houses many many times in the past. But because of my experience, I know how the work SHOULD be done. Most of the projects I've hired out have been different levels of disappointment. I'm not kidding right now... I'm not disappointed about ANYTHING American remodeling has done for me. Everything was completed with huge attention to detail!! I love this! I had Joey G as my salesman/point of contact and Steve as my installer. I can't speak for different crew but these two are amazing!!!! I will be contacting them when it's time for a new roof!

Poor Installation. Used vinyl strips around the exterior windows meant for internal use only. The sun baked off the self stick glue and revealed that there was only a few spots of spray foam and caulking. One window on the south side of the house had a river of water coming over the top of it on several occasions. I contacted the company and they stated that there was only a year warranty on the installation. I hired someone to pull off the vinyl strips which showed that the installers didn't put anything around the windows for insulation from the weather. I reported a cracked window located on my patio. Still waiting to hear back from the company when they will be out to replace the broken pane. Also said I had to pay for the installation of the new pane.
Right after the installation was completed, I had an issue with a window coming out of it's track. When the repair person showed up, they acted perturbed that they had to be there. He showed me how to put the window back in it's track. Then made the statement that I should have been shown the operation of the windows in a very snotty tone of voice.

I would have been better off to hire a local company or do the job myself.
