We bought our present home from a previous owner that lived in this house for something like 4 years (understand that they bought from Builder), anyway now we are trying to get a phone call from Payne Builders with no luck whatsoever…left several messages and no one cares to contact us…so, I gave 5 stars just because finding their phone number was easy

Awesome experience working with Payne Homes. We had our carpet replaced with LVP and our first floor painted. The floors and walls looked awesome. The were very efficient and had great quality of work. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The Payne Homes Team did a great job building our home in 2020. Their customer service and commitment to building a quality home was excellent. The quality and value of the selections for our home exceeded the other builders that we considered in the Lexington and Richmond, KY area. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had during the building process. After we moved into our home, they promptly addressed all of our issues.

The Builder Trend program that Payne Homes uses is excellent. They do a great job of providing real time feedback during the building process. This includes pictures taken during the building process along with daily/weekly updates.

The Builder Trend program is utilized to record and track warranty claims. The Payne Team responded to all of the items that we identified in regards to our warranty claims. They worked with us to make sure that all of the warranty items were resolved and that we were fully satisfied before the items were closed.

In summary, we love our home and strongly recommend Payne Homes.

Great experience! Chad and his team took us from start to finish. My wife and I purchased one of the first lots in Magnolia Point in Richmond Ky and got to see that neighborhood flourish. Very very little few projects had to be fixed or adjusted, but they were all seen to in a timely manner and never had to be revisited.

I had a problem with my roof. There was a leaking coming into my garage from the area in the photo. I notified them and they were very helpful in addressing the problem. Couldn’t be more grateful for their time and effort to address and fix the issue.

Seven years, we’ve lived in our Payne Home and still absolutely love it. Chad in particular has been exceptionally good to us from servicing our HVAC unit when it went out to repairing our home when an unfortunate event occurred one evening causing damage to our home. He has made every step easy and pain free for us. We love our home and it’s built with quality.

Payne Home Inc provided an experience above and beyond our expectations. Chad Lingenfelter was extremely detail oriented and very accommodating to our needs. We needed a home built around the medical needs of our son. He went out of his way to make sure the house was perfect. I couldn't have ask for a better home building experience.
