Guy was a complete jerk on the phone. I would stear clear. I just called to simply ask him to come down and give me a quote on sill repair on a house that I am purchasing (I'm 100% purchasing it, not just "thinking about it") so that I know how much I can take off my final purchase price for the repair and he said that it is impossible to give a quote. That is total bologna. My Realtor and my inspector both have experience with this and know that I can get this quoted. The inspector says he estimates that it is only about 35% damaged. He literally laughed at me and essentially told me off because he is not wasting his time since I don't own the house. Well, obviously I am going to and obviously if I have you quote it I am going to have you come back and fix it once the house is fully mine shortly, but nope, you just have to be an ass. Completely unprofessional!
Paul did a great job building my Azek deck. He is very meticulous and all his cuts are right on. Rot was encountered on the sill plate and on an exterior wall and Paul's knowledge of construction techniques ensured the deck and wall were soundly built. My deck has received great reviews and a civil engineer recently commented on his good work.
