Gary does excellent work! I asked him for a quote to do an unusual window installation. Since this was not the typical install we agreed on an hourly rate. He worked a total of 21 hours but he charged me for 24 hours. When I asked him about this he became very indignant. This really wasn’t a money issue, I felt he should stick with the price he quoted. I paid him for the 24 hours and hired someone else to finish my project.

Gary did an outstanding job on repairs and remodeling for my Mom's house, following water damage while she was out of the house with medical issues. In addition to replacing flooring and drywall from the water damage, Mom also required some modification to improve accessibility after her medical problems. I was truly fortunate to find Gary. He was honest and reliable, and was considerate and respectful of Mom's situation. The floors look fantastic. The quality of work and attention to detail are outstanding. Gary truly went way beyond the competition to make the project come together in time for Mom's return home. He helped us come up with the best approach to meet the objectives, and helped us do everything in a cost-effective way without compromising the results. Gary will be my first go-to for any future work. It was really a pleasant surprise to find someone who still cares about his customers and makes his business about helping people.

When an HVAC contractor caused a house fire and their sub-contractor strung me along for 3 weeks with "tomorrow", I called Gary.

Gary was very responsive - answering my questions and scheduling the work promptly. Even better - during a time when most people were backed up 3+ weeks, he worked with me to begin returning my house to normal the next business day amongst his other jobs.

Although his business practices were informal - don't be concerned. He and his team addressed every concern I had and I can't tell there was ever any damage. They also addressed a few minor issues that they had materials for outside of our contracted scope of work. He even followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy!

Gary and crew did an excellent job of repairing window sills, painting shutters and wrapping all windows and garage door. Attention to detail is unmatched.

Gary and his team repaired a broken joist, replaced drywall and painted the ceiling. His team was very professional and considerate of our home. I was also very pleased with the quality of the work conducted by Gary and his crew.
