I cannot recommend Paul Davis Restoration enough! My house suffered significant water damage and Robert, David, and Ashton went above and beyond to dry out my home quickly and efficiently. The rest of the team worked tirelessly to put my house back together flawlessly, with no issues whatsoever. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their work truly impressed me. They went above and beyond. Thank you, Paul Davis Restoration, for restoring my home to its former glory!

Love the work they did on my kitchen. But have failed to pay us the insurance money that was overpaid to them. Now Will hammond has me and my husband blocked on his phone..avoiding us. And doesnt seem like the owner cares either. Not how you treat customers. Just saying. Never again... see ya in court.

If you’re a GC DO NOT and I can’t stress this enough, EVER get involved with this company unless you’re okay with not being paid. You can complete work all day long but when it comes time to pay they have excuse after excuse. Quite frankly they take advantage of their customers. They shop bids from contractors and reap the benefits. Even worse, these homeowners are none the wiser. Paul Davis chooses victims to steal insurance money from and tell their contractors that they haven’t received payment. They claim to be a net 30 company but we’re going on over 60 days past due on over 14 invoices. PROCEED WITH CAUTION if you ever deal with them.

Gave me a bid, showed up on time, and did all the expected work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Their team was very helpful at my mother's home. Showed up when scheduled, did the work promised and for the price promised. They even helped her with removing items from her basement not initially affected by the remediation issue. Overall a positive experience for an unpleasant situation for her.

Do not use! Worked as sub contractor and they do not pay their bills. They will take the money from the customer and keep it in own pockets and some of the other subs they hire do not do quality work! Had to go back and fix other issues from other works! Customer and sub contractor beware!

Absolute worst company I have ever hired. I had a fire in 2015 and these clowns swooped in and made everything seem like it would be taken care of. My house was tarped for 4 months with no response from anyone with Paul Davis. The subcontractors that they hired where never paid at all. I had the insurance company cut individual checks to each subcontractor. Please stay away from these thieves! I am now paying the price for the shotty work these fools did five years ago. Please go elsewhere if searching for a restoration company!!!

I called Paul Davis to get an estimate on some mold remediation in our home. Jeff was able to come out the next day and take a look. After relaying my concern that I didn't know where water was coming in to create the mold issue, Jeff took his time and looked around the exterior and interior of the home to try to find a cause. After not finding any obvious problem spots, he took a look inside the wall where we were having issues and immediately realized that mold was not the problem, it was a termite infestation. He then went a step further and suggested some next steps to take if we wanted to save money and tackle some of the necessary renovations ourselves after the termites had been treated.

I was extremely pleased with Jeff's above and beyond service, especially since I had actually gotten two mold remediation quotes prior to calling Paul Davis. Both of those companies came out, measured the wall in question, and estimated about $1,500 to remedy the situation. Neither of those companies looked closely to help determine what was causing the problem. I'm glad I made the call and met with Jeff--he just saved me $1,500 in unneeded mold remediation costs.

Our home was hit by the May, 2019 tornado. I talked to Jeff on the phone that night. He was at our house the next morning providing guidance throughout the process. His knowledge and experience provided us reassurance that everything was going to be ok. His calmness was a blessing, especially when we were not calm. We are back in our home, even though many of our neighbors are not. We highly recommend this company.

Paul Davis are crooks. They do not pay their subcontractors. We did a job for them and the customer was very happy with us, and still uses us for all his electrical work. Yet, they have not paid us for our work still. Their foreman came into my office and smelt like alchohol twice. Also they promised to pay me several times and now they are claiming their was an issue with our work. Dishonest, and would avoid at all costs.

Jeff was great! He got on my roof found the issue, even got in the attic. Jeff went above and beyond to tell me what I needed to do. Just knowing these guys are out there when I need them gives me more peace of mind than any insurance could buy. Thanks again, insurance claim avoided!

Had some water get into my basement a few days ago. It wasn't anything major, but I had concerns regarding the walls being wet on the back side. I was prepared to file an insurance claim and perhaps spend a couple of thousand in remodeling costs. I made a call and within the same day had two representatives visit my home (an initial assessment, then an additional investigation for moisture). We discovered that my walls were dry and that I wouldn't need to file a claim. I'm still drying out the carpet and once it has dried I will use Paul Davis to clean it. Thanks to the guys I'm saving a few thousand and a ding on my insurance.

I give a 5 star rating. The crew was a pleasure to work with and so very efficient in getting the work done in record time. I would not hesitate to use Paul Davis again if need be, and I would certainly recommend them. The phase 2 part is now underway, and I am confident that their expert work will continue.

As certified Industrial hygienists I never expected to have a property I owned to experience fungal (mold) contamination. An unqualified or inept City of Lawrence inspector failed to conduct or failed to properly inspect a newly installed HVAC unit in our basement. The HVAC contractor failed to properly connect the exhaust duct from the heater to the exhaust port leading out of the house. The combustion condensation water collected in the attic. 4 years passed and the drywall ceiling in one of the bedrooms fell in revealing significant fungal damage in the attic space. I called several restoration companies to seek cost estimates for the remediation and repair of the home. Several " remediation" companies came out and provided WAG type cost estimates. It was very frustrating and once they realized that I was a licensed scientist they back off the bid entirely. Paul Davis not only stepped up to the plate to give and commit to an estimate of cost but they DELIVERED. The very next day the company and its very qualified employees were on the job, establish negative pressure containments, isolated the damaged bedroom, and adjacent closet placed poly cover on the floors and began a very extensive remediation of the property. Removing all of the fungal contaminated attic insulation, and drywall, HEPA vacuumed the entire attic and remediated surfaces and treated all exposed surfaces with organic peroxide biocide. The central heating and AC ducts and central unit were cleaned, cleaned and cleaned. Pre and post Particulate monitoring of the system was conducted . It was a very extensive deconstruction and remediation. The re-construction was done in a manner consistent with quality and diligence. At the end of the project PD came in and extensively cleaned the carpets. At every step, which I have witnessed in hundreds of projects, they delivered a professional service i would recommend this company.
