When we started this project I was very skeptical about the price. It was almost too good to be true. We signed the contract, we agreed to a certain amount down then the remainder on credit card. It was for siding on one of our rentals. We paid more cash down then we agreed upon because
It took a while to get a credit card system set up. Even though we had made an agreement to pay the remainder via credit card the owner kept insisting we pay cash and blaming us for his credit card issues. I was told several times that I had lied and said I would pay the remainder in cash would even though that was untrue.

There was also many corners cut in the job and since it was just the word of the company given, who we trusted, we made the mistake of trusting them and we lost out. In the end we ended up having to pay our contractor to go back out and finish up some of the jobs at hand , two lights poorly installed, dry- rot not removed, gutters hung over dry- rot, holes filled with great stuff instead of fixed properly, like I said corners cut.

This business uses poor business ethics. Yes I did get a bit hot under the collar while dealing with them but I was told
I lied (which is untrue) and the owner would only deal nicely with my husband (I run the business) and he would only believe our contractor about the work not completed. The owner pretty much thought since we lived in a separate city we had no clue what was going on. We actually drove to Kansas City to take inventory of the job at hand therefore we knew exactly what was going on.

Personally I think the house does look better but this experience has been frustrating and annoying. I also really do not have money to double pay contractors twice to do the same job.

Hired Dreamhome Exteriors (Cliff Cline)to put siding and windows on my house Nov of 2022 gave him 12000 cash up front (wrong thing to do got him thru angi list thought he would be a reputable contractor obviously not)ask him to put garage doors up first.Garage doors came and got installed turned around and had to pay 4300.Been tring to contact contractor since no response house is awaiting siding.Very poor communication well not answer his calls .Cliff Cline you shouldn't even be in business not a very happy customer. I don't even give you a star dude....

This so called business is corrupt. Cliff Cline is a felony thief. This is not a legitimate place if business. Work was never done properly and caused us to have water leaks causing more damage than what we were trying to get corrected from the beginning. Save yourself the hardship of arbitration and court proceedings and having to pay Home owner association fines for having your house have the appearance of Vandalism. What a joke. Cliff Cline has no experience or knowledge of the products he is selling to you and if you want a product backed by any warranty you best stay away from this place. No warranty backed product which is installed wrong will ever hold up to any warranty. The so call stooges that came out to work on our house not only installed the wrong product that Cliff Cline told them to install but it was installed incorrectly with no regard for your property or money you paid him for. If you are looking for a professional contractor do not look to Cliff Cline and his clowns or you too will become the embarrassment of the neighborhood stuck with having to explain yourself to everyone why your house is under construction for over a years. Dream Home Exteriors should be called nightmare and disasters. I only gave a rating of "1" BECAUSE THAT IS THE LOWEST RATING THAT WOULD BE ACCEPTED L. ACTUALLY THE RATING I WOULD BE GIVING TO Cliff and his clowns would be a -10 and that is almost too high. We have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Chambers of Commerce and a court proceeding is in the works. So if you want to hire a professional contractor who is able to provide a professional installation with regards to product warranties just no that you will never get that here. What a joke!!!!
