Sorry to have to leave a negative review for any business, but I have had the same experience as many others on the review page. I had two separate and confirmed appointments for garage door installs. Both times I was no call no showed for the appts. I called the office and left both voice mails and text messages and never heard from this company after the second no show. I just don't understand how you treat your customers like that especially after the first no show. Very bizarre and unfortunate

Pat's glass & overhead definitely in McCall did a great job. Pierce fixed our huge RV door and adjusted it perfectly. The secretary was so nice and advised me exactly what was needed for the RV door. She contacted her technician and within 30 minutes Pierce showed up. He is very knowledgeable and a great personality to deal with. I appreciated Pierce for fixing the RV door which gave us problems for a long time. Thank you Pierce and appreciated your expertise fixing our problem quickly. This is a class organization from the phone call to the end result sending out a technician that is a professional. Thank you Pierce!! Great job!!

Pat’s glass has access to many different options for garage doors and the seems to understand what works best for the mountain weather and elements. They worked with the manufacturer and distributer to be sure the product was up to specifications and honored all promises they made in their dealings. The technicians are skilled and did a great job for us on the installation and adjustments. I would recommend keeping it local and look to Pats Glass as a viable option for your garage door.

Pat's handled my residential garage door issue very well. They have struggled with staffing issues like many businesses are these days, but I was happy to be patient until they were able to complete the job after waiting on supply chain issues. Then, after everything was done and my current system failed from old age, they went above and beyond to provide me a brand new system at a price much less than I had expected. I would use them again without hesitation. Very impressed with the final result.

After VM cut-out problem getting in contact, Pat called me and was very nice and got us help quickly. His crew came out and temporarily fixed my garage door opener spring, ordered the new ones, and then had the repair done in a few days. Techs onsite were pleasant and efficient.

The spring in my garage door broke and I called to schedule an estimate. The person that answered wasn't able to schedule estimate, but took a message for me. About 5 minutes later, Pat called back and said he could be over shortly. I asked what that meant and he clarified that he was going to be near my house already and will be able to come by before that other house. He arrived about 15 min later. He did his measurements and provided an estimate and then I asked him if he could quickly take a look at my drafty front door. He looked at it and instead of telling me he could have a guy fix it when the garage door gets fixed with an additional fee, he said it was a relatively easy fix and showed me how to do it. Then he said it typically takes a week to get the new spring shipped up and to get an appointment scheduled for the repair, but that the spring I need is a standard one and he was already going to Boise the next day and said he can pick one up and then have his guys fix my garage door the next day in late afternoon. That was much appreciated. About 2pm that day Pat called to say that his crew was running behind and asked if they could come first thing in the next morning. I appreciate the call and told him that was no problem. Sure enough, they were here ready to install the spring first thing next day. They did a great job. Thanks Pat for running such a great business.

Called on a Friday to make an appointment to get my garage door looked at. They told me they would send someone that day. No one showed up. Called back on Monday to check in and the receptionist had never heard of me, said she'd figure it out and call me back. No call back, no follow up, just nothing. Zero stars is more accurate.

Had a small chip in my windshield and these guys were able to fix it right away. Best fix I think I've ever seen. My insurance wouldn't confirm payment right away, but they were willing to wait, even after I offered to pay for it. Call these guys for any glass work, you won't be disappointed!

We had a tree break out the glass on our back door and Pat responded quickly and replaced the glass in a timely fashion!

Unfortunately, it has been 6+ months since Pat’s was to have completed a minor installation job of four windows for our house which is in McCall in town. On the first trip, one window didn’t fit because they had mis-measured and they assured me they’d come back with the right size. A second window had the wrong grid pattern and clearly didn’t match the panes next to it. I’ve called and emailed multiple times over the last several months and am assured the right glass/windows have been ordered. But there has been no follow up and I’m guessing there won’t be at this point. We paid in full up front and the work wasn’t completed.

Granted, I have a remote and difficult property to access. However, I was willing to pay and did - an $800 trip fee, twice. The first time a window broke on the way here, so I thought he would feel obligated to come back anyway and ordered additional windows. The second time he also charged me a trip fee. In addition, my neighbor who had added a window to my order also got charged a trip fee for service next door the same day. After the second trip, the main window I originally called him about is still cracked - on installation this time (attached picture is exactly how he left it). Pat refunded the charge for the window itself and washed his hands of it - won't return my calls or emails. Prior to all that mess, Pat denied receiving emails from me, took months to respond, failed to show up at prearranged times, and seems to have an amazingly difficult time communicating. He is the quintessential unreliable contractor. I highly recommend ordering your windows from Franklin and finding someone reliable and honest to install them because Pat does not seem to be up to the challenge.

We just used Pat’s Glass in MCCall l, ID for the first time. From my initial call to completion of the job (this AM) everyone we spoke to or met was friendly and professional.
They arrived on time for both measurements & install.
They updated us on progress.
They were conscientious of my home.
They do beautiful work.
They offered ample options & choices.
They cleaned up after themselves.
They were nice people.
I recommend using them.
One of our best Valley Co. contractors yet.
They installed a glass shower door for us.

Pat's Glass has replaced almost all of the windows in our house with triple pane for our remodel project. Being an older house there was complications but they did a fantastic job and stayed in budget. We also had them come out and replace two small single garage doors with one large one so we easily get our trucks in the garage. Once again delivered as promised! I will be hiring them again for future projects and would highly recommend them.
