Patriotic Roofing

John and his crew were very responsive, professional, and FAST at our roof replacement. They did great work and had the lowest price available when we did our rounds of quotes from different contractors. Just in time, too because the storm last night that destroyed many roofs near us left ours unscathed due to the top notch quality of the roof installation.

There are only 2 reasons that this review is 4 stars instead of 5:
1) They initially left the roof work and said it was "complete" without re-installing any of the 4 bolts that hold my AC unit to my roof. Upon notification of this during my inspection, they sent out a crew member to rectify this issue, and that person installed only 2 of the 4 bolts. Upon notification of this, they apologized again and came out and finished securing my AC to my roof. They were professional in their replies and upon receipt of final payment again apologized again for the inconvenience. I wouldn't even be mentioning it here or rating any lower than 5 stars had it not taken 2 tries to fix the simple issue.
2) Initially the contract had included "removal and disposal of satellite dish" and after a re-quote due to a miscommunication on my part about the total number of shingle layers to be installed, this was removed from the contract unexpectedly. I didn't catch that unexpected change and consequently, the dish was removed and placed in my back yard for me to dispose of afterwards.

Patriotic Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. They were quick to respond, got my roof replaced all for a great price. I refer all of my insurance clients to them for the same great service.

I just want to start by saying, I rely heavily on reviews when choosing companies, but rarely write a review myself, but that is how impressed I was with Patriotic Roofing!

If you are looking for a roofing company, save yourself the run-around and call Patriotic Roofing! I researched and researched and was so thankful to have found them! The owner, John, personally answers phone calls (that in itself is so impressive!), set an appointment (and kept it), and was able to come out within days to give a quote/estimate on our roof leak. He climbed all the way up to the 2nd story, took pictures of both the problematic leaking area as well as other cracked tiles on the roof which would eventually cause similar problems. He did not upsell,; he did not recommend a new roof; he did not even 'push' to repair the other cracked tiles, if we didn't want them done (but of course, we did!). He sent a quote that night just as he said, and yes, it was the lowest in comparison to the other we received. His employees were able to come out shortly after that (arriving just as scheduled), and John arrived at the end to confirm the work. John was polite, professional, responsible, and provided quality work at a very fair price.

Just to compare, I called at least 6 roofing companies including the following results: 2 companies wouldn't even come out to give me a quote/estimate for several weeks, 1 company failed to show up at the scheduled appointment and after I called to find out why, they never called back (and you could never contact the company, let alone the owner, directly but only through a "receptionist office"...absolutely, no thanks...what if I ever have a problem?!!), and 3 came out to give a quote. Of the 3 that came out, 1 didn't bring a ladder at all, said he would have to come back tomorrow, but never did, and the other didn't bring the correct ladder to reach the 2nd story and "ballparked" an estimate without having seen it nor the other cracked tiles. John was the only one who brought a ladder to get to the problematic area and took pictures of the shifted and cracked tiles so we could see what the problem was. The only one out of 6 companies!

I hope this review is helpful to others who are also in need of a roof repair and can save you the hassle of trying to find a reputable and reasonable roofing company. You cannot do better than Patriotic Roofing. Thank you, John & crew!

P.S. - As we just got our roof repaired and I can't actually verify the long-term results, just know I will update if anything ever changes, but for as long as you see this review, our roof is still leak-proof and we are happy customers!

I had them redo my entire roof. John came gave me a good price, John anwered all my questions promply, so I went with them. He dropped me off some of the samples I asked for. Once I picked out what color I wanted, he ordered them, found out they were in stock. Emailed me to let me know that they will be delivered on Thursday and he would have his crew start working on my roof Thursday. They started the job Thursday and finished by Monday. One of the guys did put a nail thru the my ac wire so my ac stopped working. I called John, he had his foreman there in less then an hour inspecting it. When he couldn't fix the problem. John text me starting that he was having xyz company come and look at the AC sent me a picture of the technichan. The AC guy came and we had air withing the hour. After the roof was done, my husband went up to inspect. There was a few details that he wanted done. I emailed John and he had his foreman come and fix it. John was very responsive and comunicated well with me thru the process. They did a great job, very fast, cleaned up after themselves when they left. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to friends and family or anyone looking for a roofer.

Overall: Super fast to reply back to you, super low prices, hassell free, comes out within a few days to do the job, and communicates clearly.
