Chris Mauch was excellent! His response times were fast and professional at all times. The communication on quoting, changes, product delivery, and project timing was prompt. I had waited for another company to quote the roof, gutters and venting. and had to ask three times. Chris came the next day and I had a first quote right away. Then we made changes and I’d get a rapid response. Then the roofing team came (in the worst heat) and the roof and ridge venting looks great. Highly recommend Chris and the Patriot team!
We used Patriot Roofing when our roof was damaged due to hail two years ago. They were very professional, and we were extremely pleased with the time frame and quality of their work. Recently, we had a roofing issue and Keir Dane came out and fixed it at no cost even after all this time. We would highly recommend Patriot Roofing!
We fired them after the roof was completed. Faith never had answers for the question I asked via text, it was always I will find out and get back to you, she never did. I came home from work to see my roof was torn off, no notice of them even starting. patriot roofing doesn’t communicate throughout the process, got the color wrong the first time after it was installed (at least they took responsibility for that!) didn’t take responsibility after they scratched our siding. They have no respect for your property. Drove through our front yard, nails and screws everywhere, left a trailer parked in the our yard. We have plenty of areas to park other than our yard. Left water bottles and coke bottles around our property. Do your research on the owner Keir Dane Harner , a quick google search will tell you all you need to know and STAY AWAY!
