She came out to my residence May 23rd to give me a estimate for windows and siding I sent pictures prior to the visit she was more interested in talking about her Baby Daddy once she got here that was her words not mines I hate that term she took some pictures was going to send me the estimate on the 26th Friday no estimate I did a follow-up her excuse Memorial Day holiday I can tell when I called her I caught her off guard that's when I knew I was never going to get an estimate I played along with her games I said ok that's fine I understand June 2nd Friday you will get the estimate I had already moved on I reported the experience to HomeAdvisor cuz that's who referred me oh I never got the estimate I would not recommend this company the company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau

Excellent communication. High quality work. They finished earlier than expected. Communication was excellent. The project manager was on site daily. The sales team also visited regularly. I was informed of any issues as they arose and they had good suggestions for elevating the project without adding significant $$$. Cannot recommend Patriot highly enough.

We hired Patriot Contracting to do Hardy board on our 2 family in Watertown. From the beginning Jim was not pushy. He understood we wanted to make our house look nice and made it happen. They were very reasonably priced. The workers were very hard workers, even in extreme heat. They were always friendly and answered all our questions. Us as well as our neighbors commented on how hard they worked everyday. They cleaned up the job site every night and were sure to protect all the materials in the yard. We are very happy with the job. And will definitely recommend Patriot Contracting.

I had my siding done. Jim was great in consultation and manage the project from beginning to end. Patriot is very competitive, professional, and on time. Very trustworthy. If I have another project I surely will contract Patriot again.

The team from Patriot contracting did an excellent job on our exterior siding. We have an older home in Cambridge circle 1905 and we knew that tearing off the old siding and replacing it with Hardy board siding would be a significant project. Jim did very well in scoping and managing the project. Patriot handled the workers needed for the extensive repairs to drywall and replacing rotted eaves and shoring up insulation before adding the new siding. Not a small project, but worth it! This team will serve you well and is sincere about providing excellent work, stellar end results.

Patriot Contracting Replaced our Roof and 4 Skylights. They were responsive to every question I had. The crew that did the work was so organized, professional, friendly, and efficient.

They did a great job on the roof, exceding my expectations, dealing with all of the strange angles that my addition creates. In addition, they took care in the daily clean up, locate and remove as much of the debris as possible.

We loved working with Patriot Contracting. I had a vision of what I wanted for the exterior of my home, and they absolutely made it come to life. I changed out all the windows and doors, re-sided the house with Hardie Plank, and re-built the front porch. They were professional, excellent communicators, and completed very high-quality work. Despite finding excessive rot and other surprises, they stayed on time and on budget throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them for yours!

We got our windows and siding done this year, and these guys are phenomenal. They and the people they work with clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Every meeting we had with them was low pressure and extremely informative; there's no predatory garbage ("sign now or the price will go up!," upcharge $10k on materials so you can dramatically offer a $5k discount later, etc.) Any questions or problems we had, they were happy to get sorted out for us.

After the old cedar siding came off, there was a lot more rot than expected, and rather than just covering it up with the new stuff and getting out early, they brought in the extra materials to replace boards and reframe the sills. It's quality work done by a team that doesn't cut corners, and we'll definitely call them for any work we need done in the future.

We are 100% satisfied with our new roof from Patriot Contracting. We selected Patriot from several similarly-priced proposals because Jim Ward took the time to inspect our entire roof and address our concerns with knowledgeable (yet un-pushy) recommendations. He was also helpful and patient while we decided on materials. The construction took only one day, and the crew was competent, friendly, and articulate. Jim even updated me during the process with photos of our "areas of concern" and an explanation of how they were being fixed. The roofers left the property spotless, and our new roof looks great!

We selected Patriot Contracting to have the siding on our house replaced. We decided to go with Hardie fiber cement board for the siding and all the trim. Working with Jim Ward was a very pleasant experience. No pressure, and he answered all our questions and made several suggestions on modifying the trim around our front door. I requested several details during the project and Jim remembered all the things I requested without need for me reminding him, unusual in my experience with contractors. No pressure on incremental payments either. His siding team was very punctual, showing up at 7:00 every day, and working through very cold weather and even light rain, and on Saturdays to get the job done. Kept the worksite fairly clean. We are very pleased with the outcome. The house looks great and the Hardie board should remain maintenance free for many years to come. Would definitely consider using Patriot again in the future.

Jim was great with ideas and feedback. quick with a quote. the workers were very hard working with attention to details. We love the way our house looks and apparently the neighborhood does also. they keep telling us so.

The front of our home in Holliston, MA was starting to deteriorate which consisted of wood and particle board. We worked with Jim Ward and we decided to replace it with Hardie board which is a fiber cement based siding. It won't rot. We were extremely pleased with the results. We even changed the front entrance based on there input. I believe you will be satisfied working with their team. They were neat and cleaned up when they were done.
