J E Fournier Chimney and Roofing Contractors

It has been about 2 years since I had these guys put on a new roof as well as fix up my chimney. One of the few places I found that performs both job at once and for a reasonable price. The owner was very nice and helpful and the workers were very good at what they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had another contractor do some chimney work that was substandard and caused heating system failures, and he would not respond to my calls to come out to fix his shoddy work. The owner and crew of J E Fournier came out, assessed the problems, and fixed all the issues with the chimney brickwork and liner. They were very professional and got the job done quickly, despite having to correct the bad work done by others. I recommend them for any chimney work you need to get done. Be careful which contractor you select - not all of them do quality work like J E Fournier does.

Had them redo a chimney for us, the work was extremely quick and at a great price. Would highly recommend.

If I had any questions or concern Miguel and his team were always helping. The roof crew did an exceptional job also repairing rotten areas on the roof. They also took out my chimney (per my request) they did an amazing clean work through out the whole process and they left my property exceptionally clean. I have used J E Fournier for my roof replacement. Miguel is extremely professional and was very timely in responding to any requests. The biggest and the most important detail (which I have seen many businesses lack) is that Miguel is mostly responding to phone calls (rather than going to a Voicemail) and is very accommodating. The roof installation crews did an exceptional job and the whole process was like clockwork. On the day promised, the shingles arrived first, followed by the dumpster truck and then the crew came (around 8). I expected them to take a little longer as it was very cold (January), but they finished the installation in two days and they did an excellent job cleaning up as well.

I highly recommend J E Fournier and I bet you wouldn't be disappointed in their service.

They squeezed us in to have our chimney repointed were other places were booking out till next spring. All around just a nice guy explained things well kept us informed as to what he was doing and very reasonably priced would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We used JE Fournier to rebuild our chimney after learning that it was in terrible disrepair. Previous homeowners had improperly installed a chimney cap and as a result we had squirrels creating nests and wreaking havoc on our liner. I called JE Fournier and they were able to schedule an on-site inspection very quickly and they gave us a very reasonable estimate (thousands of dollars less than some of their competitors) same-day. Work was completed in only two days and we feel so good going into the cold season knowing that our chimney will be able to stand up to the weather.

The owner was professional. He promptly provided insurance certificates for liabilty and workers comp insurance. The crew showed up on the job as scheduled and used safety harnesses while on the roof. I would use them again.

Outstanding job. They ran into several challenges with replacing a century old roof that had 4 layers put on over the years. Foreman was very consultative about ways to overcome obstacles. Crew was clean and thorough. When I had minor concerns about certain aspects after the job was complete, Miguel sent his crew back out quickly to address them. He also worked with me on keeping unanticipated costs to a minimum. Highly recommend.

Very happy with them. The whole process was smooth from estimate to completion. They worked incredibly hard each day and cleaned up before going home. When they finished you could only tell they were there by the way the new chimney looked.

Admittedly this is the first time I have ever posted a positive review for a company but working with J.E. Fournier prompted me to share my experience with people looking for a trustworthy contractor. I live out of state and own a three family home in Worcester MA that needed a roof repair ASAP.

I called several local companies, a few of them did not have the ability to reach three stories and the companies that did come out gave me estimates which seemed to have many variables and left me with an uneasy feeling about their ability to complete the job. There is nothing worse than receiving an estimate to do a job, only to have the price jacked up for one reason or another. I realize things come up but when you have to take a companies’ word for it, you better trust them to begin with. From the moment I spoke with Miguel I felt we were in good hands. The estimate was done the day we spoke and the roof and soffit repair was started and completed the very next day. Its also worth mentioning there was an impending rain-storm to hit the area and Miguel squeezed the job in to get it done before then. The rain -storm did in fact come. No complaints from the tenants! No leaks!! We are very happy with the quality of work, the cleanup afterwards, and the great customer service we received.

JE Fournier Chimney and Roofing Contractors recently repaired our roof over a bay window on our house in Uxbridge. My husband had called multiple contractors over the past year in an attempt to have this section of roof repaired. Most didn't return our calls and the ones that did make an appointment for an estimate didn't show up.It was our good fortune to find JE Fournier. They gave us an estimate on Thursday night and completed the repair two days later on Saturday. The crew was courteous, friendly and respectful of our property, leaving no trace of debris. They were dependable, arriving for two appointments at the promised time and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them! This company is awesome!!!! They came to my house in the evening to stabilize my roof after an ice dam had punctured holes in it. They were the first to respond to my pleas for help! They were wonderful and professional! I am so grateful to them and would highly recommend their services.

We hired J.E. Fournier to redo our roof and to tear down and rebuild our chimney. The work was simply outstanding. These guys are perfectionists and don't cut any corners. We couldn't be happier with the work.

The crew was punctual and were super courteous. The job was completed in the quoted timeframe and the only additional expense was for extras that we asked for once the job was started.

They took measures to move any items that may be damaged during the work and ensured that they clean up thoroughly after every work day. The guys are true professionals. They are honest and trustworthy. We will definitely be using them for further home projects. We have recommended them to many of our friends.
