Freedom Restoration and Roofing

Freedom replaced my roof. Their customer service was great from start to finish. The install went very smoothly. I am very pleased with the final product.

I contacted Freedom Restoration and Roofing because of the positive reviews. The appointment was booked 3 weeks in advance and they reached out a few times to make sure I would be home for our 11:30 meeting on 7/21. I took the day off of work to meet with the company and assess the tornado damage to my roof and siding. They called the morning of our meeting and let me know they were running late. They called a second time to let me know they had to cancel my appointment because the morning meeting took too long and there was a meeting scheduled after mine that he planned on keeping. I would avoid this company because they do not seem to have a handle on time management and seem to be very understaffed.

Siding and windows were fine. Fascia was finally replaced after they tried to pass off parts of old fascia as new. Old caulk was left visible on the header over the front door. They said there is not anything they are going to do about that. Freedom refused to rectify trim piece over garage. It is wavy and and looks very sloppy. It should be straight and neat. They said it was done correctly. Freedom did remove garage trim kit from invoice, but the issue is how it looks. Not what it cost. You see it. Does it look good?

When our front picture window cracked from the severe cold, we called the new "parent company" of the original seller w,ho pretty much blew us off even though there was a lifetime guarantee. I searched for a company in Warrenton who did window replacement and found Freedom. Brian came out, looked the matter over and gave us a quote. Christian came shortly after, took the measurements and made note of what needed to be ordered, etc. We were told it would be about 6 weeks. In less than a month, we got a call that they had the window and were ready to do the install. They arrived early on the appointment date and went to work. The even replaced the trim. WOW! It looks better than when we moved in. Mike, Anthony and Hunter worked so well together. They finished the job in just a few hours. Everyone was so friendly, professional and particular about the finished product. You could tell they all took pride in their work. Freedom Restoration may be a relatively new company but with their work ethic they'll be around for a long time. Mike and I are proud to know them and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Long story, but found Freedom Restoration and Roofing after fallout from another company. Selected Freedom do our whole house siding windows and gutters. Great experience from sales to install. Their focus with the details and fit and finish was on point.

Freedom has provided me with great service and great quality work. My neighbors have also worked with them and are very pleased with their work.

I had an excellent experience with Freedom Restoration & Roofing! My insurance company was being extremely difficult with approving needed repairs for my roof, and Juan Raygoza kept going to bat for me. I appreciate his professionalism and great customer service ... and tenacity! When my insurance company finally came through, Juan quickly got everything in motion. The work crew did a great job with installing the roof, sky lights, and gutters. (Oh, and I absolutely LOVE my skylights! They have built-in shades operated by remote control!) The yard was cleaned up, and another employee came by the next day to do some final checking of my property to make sure everything was left in good order. This company and its employees are top-notch!

I have had the pleasure to work with Brian/Freedom Restoration & Roofing on two occasions - once a few years ago, when I needed a whole new roof on a house that I was selling, and there were deadlines involved due to closing on the house. They certainly made that happen for me and then, recently when I needed my roof repaired due to the high winds. Juan not only installed a temporary patch on our roof, he fought tooth & nail with the insurance adjusters on what was fair, factual, & honest! The work done on our roofing and gutters were done perfectly.

Last year our home was damaged by one of the most destructive hailstorms the city of Wentzville has ever experienced. We had our roof and gutters replaced by Freedom Roofing. Their teams did an incredible job! While working, they found some unfortunate water damage that no one knew was there. Their teams came back the very next day and repaired the damage and completed the job. They were fast and efficient, but thorough. I am still highly impressed and pleased every time I lookout my home. I'll definitely be reaching back out to Freedom Roofing soon for new windows and doors!

Jared, our sales consultant went above and beyond negotiating with our insurance company. He is very thorough and was always available when we had questions. The siding team, Anthony, Tim, and Chris are true professionals. Their attention to detail shows in the final result. They are professional, friendly and experts at what they do.

We had significant hail damage to our home and reached out to a total of seven different contractors. Only four of them bothered to show up. and of the four-only two gave us a detailed and thorough estimate. Jason Sweet was very organized, professional and really seems to care for his customers. Communication was excellent and done in a very timely manner. After deliberation and reading all his positive reviews, we retained him for a fairly big job. We needed a new roof, gutters, soffit ,siding,painting and fascia’s . Jason Sweet was very patient with us and he listened to all of our concerns and was very helpful with his suggestions for us to basically change the whole exterior of our home. He was also exemplary in dealing with the insurance company,which is not an easy task. We are very happy that we chose his company, As the finished results turned out very well. All his employees that we met were very good at their tasks, his crews did a very good job. We really feel that his company is a reflection of his own professionalism and extreme attention to detail. be advised from past experience if you get the wrong contractor, you are literally screwed. Freedom restoration and roofing is an excellent company and my wife and I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering any of the work that his company does. The before and after results are amazing-he literally took my wife’s vision of what she wanted and improved on it. Even before the job was finished his supervisor, Paul Davis did not like one aspect of the trim above our master bedroom bay window and preemptively had that resolved even before our final walk-through. Rest assured that if you utilize his company, you will get professional results and will not have buyers remorse for picking the wrong contractor. With the exception of windows that we had replaced 3 1/2 years ago prior to this, the entire exterior of our home has been replaced and it looks amazing. We are completely satisfied with the finished result.

Freedom responded quickly to my request for a bid and Juan worked with me to make sure he got me the most competitive bid. They came out within 24 hrs. to repair the hail damage to my siding and repaired it within an hour.

They did incredible work replacing 9 windows for us. They beat their own timeline by months, were easy to work with, and had great customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

We just had siding replaced for the first time on our thirty year old home. I was nervous for such a big project but honestly, Freedom made it super easy. Each step was explained and if I had any questions they were answered immediately. Justin took his time explaining their products, materials, colors, etc. He had an awesome program that let you change the colors of your house so you didn’t have to imagine what your house could look like… you would know exactly what it would look like! He, of course, wants to sell his companies product (isn't that his job?) but he was never ever pushy.
Then Anthony and Tim came for the install. These two and the rest of the team got right to work. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They worked from 7am to 5pm and it took less than 2 1/2 days to complete the whole house! They were very knowledgeable and had great work ethic.
Paul told my husband and I to make a list of any issues that we noticed when they were done. He gave us more than a day to look everything over- we had time to actually check things. A lot of the time I feel like companies rush you so they can get out of there and to the next job. We found a couple minor things- a bead of caulk missing in one spot and a light that they installed for us was a tad crooked. They came back out and fixed it.
Also, a big thing for me is the clean up after. Many times I have had to pick up trash- food wrappers, cigarette butts, nails, etc.They walked around at the end of the job and then again when they came back on the day we found those two issues. I know that’s how it should be BUT most of the time it’s not!
I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Before Anthony and Tim left today I already had contacted Freedom about getting new front porch columns. An amazing company!

Freedom Roofing is an excellent company. They are very professional. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get us full coverage for a new roof gutters and downspouts. They did an excellent job of replacing our roof. They also cleaned up all debris. I highly recommend them. Jared was especially helpful and is very professional and kind.

I had Freedom install new siding, new roof, new gutters, and a new sliding glass door on my home. At the beginning the salesman was very professional, helpful, and made me feel comfortable with a very large project. After I signed everything and paid my first half of the total in cash, is when everything completely changed.

I was told the only additional charges would be potential addons discussed ahead of time. Immediately I was told that my roof may need to be re-decked and told me that it wouldn't be too expensive. I was surprised to hear this right after I signed all the papers because I figured the salesman would have checked this prior to closing.

I was told that it would be a while before we started the roof and that was fine, I understand things move a little slower with supplies. I was NEVER communicated when workers were coming out to my home, I would occasionally get a call with a vague 1-2 wee time frame and then one day people would just show up randomly and being working on my home. All the roofing supplies were dropped off and a few days later their "bad ass" roofing team arrived. This was a group of individuals who did not speak any English, because I tried asking them how long the job would take or if they needed anything from me. They were with their girlfriends/wives and children, no way they were older than 13 years old. All of them were on my roof working.

But the roof was finished quickly and it actually looked really really good. I was concerned so far, but they did do a good job on the roof. Then the salesman called me and told me that the good news was that they didn't have to re-deck as much of the roof as they thought. After the roof was finished I was sent an invoice with the new total including the roof. The first few invoices I had to correct because it had charges that were not discussed. Finally I got an invoice that we agreed was the correct total.

A month or so later, without communication, the siding supplies were dropped off in my driveway. Then a weeks or so later three gentlemen were at my house working on the siding. I will say that these three men were very nice and called me every time they wanted my input on design choices, they were the best part of this whole project. After two weeks the siding was finished.

I reviewed there work and had some issues with things that were out of place, but one of the men came back out and corrected what he could outside the home. But he never corrected issues inside the home that were left, and still has not been corrected. For the gutters, a random team showed up to my home on a Saturday and began putting the gutters in before it began raining and they just left all their supplies in my yard without any communication. The gutters were missing a down spout in the back of the home and I made this known to Freedom and they sent someone out who did not correct the issue. It wasn't until later that I would be told I didn't need a down spout there, this would have been nice to know instead of me having to chase down answers.

After THEY considered all the work to be complete, the issues still have not been resolved, so I do not consider the job complete. I was sent a final invoice that was 3000$ higher than the invoice we agreed on. I sent the salesman pictures of our agreed invoice that was sent to my email, but he just kept saying that I agreed to this 3000$ addition. I would remember if I agreed to this, and when you are already budgeting for the 60k project, 3k more is a huge surprise. I asked if I could pay the remaining amount that we agreed upon and if I could pay the additional 3k when I got paid next. He immediately told me that, "that's not how this work" and threatened me with legal action. At the word limit, so where am I left?

Update: Freedom took care of any issues that I had regarding installation and were very apologetic about the issues I had. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring a quality product, regardless of the hurdles.

I have used them for two different new roofs. One of the best companies I have worked with in many years. Ethically reliable.

From the time Brian from the sale's team showed up until the crew left, my wife and I felt comfortable. Everything went just as Brian said it would, he handled everything with the insurance company. We had some roof damage and Paul from Freedom came the same day we called. Inspected the roof and provided an estimate to fix it. Did not try to sell us a new roof. He was very professional and got the necessary materials to fix our roof the same day. I would rate this company 5 stars and use them again in the future.

Plain & simple, this company Freedom did exactly what they were hired for, finished earlier than scheduled, and for the quoted price. Roof, fascia, Gutters and downspouts looked great. It was nice dealing with a group of professionals.

I experience water damage due to poor installation on the original install on my home. I wanted a partner on this project to make sure the issues were fixed and this would not happen again. Freedom was exactly that. They listened to my requests and performed well.

From pre-estimate to completion of work this company was great. Everyone was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Quality work and completed on time. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them in the future for anything they do.

It took a bit longer than we anticipated it would to get the windows from the manufacturer. That seems pretty common these days. Once the window order came in the guys did a great job installing everything. Looks great, very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. Definately would recommend them for home improvement jobs.

After other roofing companies telling us our roof could not be repaired and only wanting to sell us a new one, along came Freedom! This company cares about their customers and were easily able to do our "impossible" job. They came out fast and the repair was done the very next day. They even fixed another issue they found at no extra charge. The staff was friendly and everyone was a pleasure to work with. 5 stars all the way!!

When they finished today my wife and I went out to the street to check out our new roof - loved it! The guys did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and we appreciated that.

They did a good job on the roof itself.
It's been 4 months and I've had to fix 2 tires and in the end, replace 3 brand new tires due to NAILS being left in my driveway and yard. They claim you won’t have this problem as the crew is supposed to clean up after the job is finished. Yes, I got 3 months of no payments maybe that's because you spend those months repairing and replacing tires.

Update: Freedom Roofing contacted me the day I posted this review. They offered to clean my yard/driveway again. They came by that week and found a bunch of nails!! They offered to reimburse me for the money I spent on the tires. I haven't yet received the reimbursement with hope I'm still getting it. I did want to give an update as they did follow through with the cleanup.

We worked with Andrew to determine what best suited our needs & he was amazing. After our materials came in & the the installation was done, we had some concerns. One of the windows seemed too small & we're unsure of the integrity of it. I contacted Paul but he said I'd have to talk to the owner, Ryan... that was 7 days ago & I still haven't heard a word. Customer service should be from start to finish. It doesn't end when you leave the site!

I called Freedom on a Monday to ask about their services, and to see if I was in their service area. After confirming that I was, we set a time on Wednesday for them to come out and do the inspection. I give them 4 stars for showing up when they said they would! The service rep was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote at the end of our visit. The quote was reasonable for the work I needed done. The estimated date for coming back to do the work was supposed to be a few weeks down the road, but they were actually able to come out on Friday and complete the entire job! The new gutters look great, and got tried out during a storm that night, plus it is raining today too! The gutters look great, they worked great, and the other work they did for me -wrapping a patio door that had weather damage- turned out great as well. I was extremely satisfied with Freedom and their service. I would use them again, and I highly recommend them.

Easy process, no hassle, friendly and will work with you. They do not pressure you and will get the job done til you are satisfied. Did not take long to finish the job, We were pleasantly surprised!

Freedom Restoration replaced our siding. They were professional and respectful from the very beginning. When the siding was delivered, they started working as soon as the weather allowed. They finished in 2 days and cleaned up with great detail. While tearing down the old siding, they even moved a Robin's nest with eggs it to a safe place. We were very impressed with every step of the process and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had some shingles blown off My roof during the last Storm so I called freedom. And within a couple days David was there to inspect the roof. David was able to determine that my roof was not damaged. It would have been to cool To have Insurance buy me a new roof but it was very refreshing that David was honest and told me that he thought I still had a good few years left in my roof instead of trying to convince me to go Through an insurance claim. Very professional and would. Highly recommend.
