Kramer Roofing & Restoration

This company cashed a check for a job on May 2 and still has not started the job. We tried to cancel and have the money refunded but they are saying they will only do so if we pay a 15% penalty. This is for a new roof and they have not Incurred any costs. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of and rarely return calls. I am reasonably sure it’s just a complete scam.

Cramer has been in business for 40 years and based on my experience, I understand why they have such longevity. The roof was put on efficiently and most of all I’m not concerned about them being around to honor their 10 year warranty since they’ve been in St. Louis for so long. Strongly would recommend.

I've know the owner of kramer for almost 10 years, spe reputable and a great stand up guy, always enjoy working with him. Can't recommend his company and staff enough!
