Customer feedback is mixed regarding Patco's services. While some customers praise the company's informative and supportive approach during the home-building process, others express frustration over significant delays in construction schedules. I was told the construction will start in May 2025 and it is August 6th now with still no construction happening. I was told there were a lot of blasting for boulders and ledges to be done when the contractor who was doing it had stopped to start another project so they had to hire someone else and I wasn’t told about the stoppage but found out when I had to ask about the status. In the meantime I have been living in an apartment $1,750 and spending a lot of money as well for warehouse storage fees of $610 every month because I sold my previous house on May 1st 2025. I was told the new house will be completed in October 2025 therefore the new house will be completed around March timeframe now 2026 because of the delays. No wonder Patco builder has a very low rating of a 3.8 and they don’t do ANYTHING to improve. I am very disappointed and regret for deciding for choosing that builder, all the time I took to modify a floor plan I want. I wanted to buy a new construction house in a community which is hard to find here in Maine.
