I'm a Realtor and used another roofer for YEARS for both my own roofs and my clients'. My old roofer ghosted me! I started calling other roofers - Kevin at Parker Roofing Company called me back right away and reassured me that they'd be in lockstep with my clients, and that the roof would be complete prior to closing. Kevin took steps to remove risk for ALL parties involved. He communicated clearly and often, took photo evidence of site visits and work in progress, and worked his connections to get shingles delivered and roof complete in less than 72 hours from HOA approval. I'm keeping Kevin for my future roofs, whether they be personal properties or client properties. Thank you for doing exactly what you'd said you do, and then exceeding expectations, Kevin! A+ work.

Kevin is amazing and very accommodating! This is my second time using his company the first time was when I needed to get my father's roof done after he had passed Kevin and his guys came to the rescue with a beautiful finish! When I needed my roof done Kevin, was very compassionate and honest. I have recommended him now to others and will continue! Thank you for everything.

They replaced the roofs on our house, shop and barn and did a very good job
cleaned up at the end everyday they were here. Kevin took care of necessary paperwork to submit to State Farm Ins. I will use them again when the need arises.

Parker roofing was professional and easy to work with; got my roof, gutters and downspouts replaced quickly. Worked well with my insurance company. Switched out my downspouts with no complaint when I realized I had asked for the wrong color.

Realtors know that a roof repair and/or replacement can delay closing or cancel the transaction. When I called Kevin, he met me at the property, made the assessment, returned to meet the insurance adjuster, and got the job completed quickly so we could close as scheduled. I would not hesitate to refer Kevin and his crew.

Kevin with Parker Roofing was wonderful to work with! He answered all of my questions and worked well with my claims adjuster. His crew did a fantastic job. They were very respectful and cleaned up everywhere around the house when they were done working. Kevin also came over to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work that had been done. And I was! I’ve have had multiple great experiences with Parker Roofing Company! As a Realtor, finding contractors that you can count on is paramount, and they’ve always provided prompt, quality workmanship and service! They even helped me in a pinch last year when the insurance adjuster scheduled my clients roof inspection on the 4th of July! Kevin was there bright and early on that holiday to meet and evaluate the condition of the roof with the insurance adjuster. I highly recommend them!

Parker Roofing helped my clients with a new roof when they were selling their home. We had a tight timeline, and we also had to try to work with the seller's insurance company. Parker Roofing took care of it all! They worked on our timeline, and helped with the insurance claim. It made for a seamless closing for both my sellers and the buyers!
