Parish Rebuilders

On October 26th I Was given an appt. for garage door repair for morning of 9/28. Company changed to afternoon of 9/28. Technician never showed up. I called and texted several times and received a text stating I had left a voicemail stating I could not make. My phone showed I had not called Parish Rebuilders until after I had waited 4 hours with no show to appointment.

Received 3rd appt. for Oct 4th. Called and texted for four days in an attempt to confirm appt. Received an email October 3rd once again cancelling appt. Forced to find another company who came out the next day. Very disappointed in Parish Rebuilders service.

Mr. Shayne Alberson with Parish Rebuilders was very responsive and was the only contractor who would repair a roof. Most of the other contractors would not respond for a repair. Mr. Shayne communicates well with his customers and does excellent work.

I was very pleased with Shayne. He communicates often and has your best interest at heart. I’ve recommended him to family members who were in need of help. He’s very good at getting insurance companies to do their job! He gets the job done with good quality and at a reasonable rate!
