This company does not stand by its workmanship or product. We had several years of roof follow-up, which was never completely fixed. And, then, the company delayed, refused to repair for issues during the warranty period, despite repeated requests. The company also refused to provide recompense when we had to hire another company to fix the roof leaks that this company refused to repair for issues arising while under warranty. Not trustworthy.

Albert and his crew did a great job! They completed much-needed work on our rental property and did so quickly and professionally. Our tenants were not interrupted or disturbed in anyway.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with this company's services, specifically regarding the poor quality of service and insulation. it is important to state that my experience was, sadly, far from satisfactory.
The work either through incompetence or sheer negligence, demonstrated an incomprehensibly low level of proficiency. This lackluster outcome was all the more vexing given my realistic expectations and my willingness to pay extra for rectification, indicating my high level of forbearance, which, lamentably, was utterly wasted.

Upon confrontation with these issues, the responses I received were simply ludicrous. Albert's excuses were like a clumsy, pitiful dance around responsibility. As an owner, his behavior demonstrated a staggering level of unprofessionalism that has certainly resulted in irreparable damage to your company's reputation.
I will not mince words here. He very well dug the grave of reputation with his indolent behavior and refusal to acknowledge any mistake on his part. His actions were incongruent with the role he holds and the responsibility that necessitates. It was not only shocking but also thoroughly aggravating.
Moreover, the company's unwillingness to reassess and improve upon demonstrable lack of craft is alarming, to say the least. Rather than standing behind there work with integrity and a commitment to improvement, it seems they prefer to hide behind empty words and promises.

In light of the aforementioned issues, I urge potential consumers to steer clear of your establishment and seek out more reputable and professional services elsewhere. It is genuinely unfortunate that this company has shown itself to be more interested in shirking responsibility than providing high-quality service and support.
After experiencing such a dismal performance, coupled with an equally disappointing response from the owner, I don't find it in my conscience to recommend this company for any service to anyone.

I maintain, that seeking more professional companies with a higher sense of integrity, professional commitment, and client respect is the only possible course of action I can recommend.
However, my faith in this company has been irretrievably tarnished, and I suppose I am not alone in this sentiment.

I am disheartened to have to write this email. However, I believe firmly that the acknowledgment of mistake paves the way for improvement. I can only hope that, in the future, no other consumer has to convey such an experience.
