I wish I could give a 5 star review here but if I am being honest we had some bumps in the road to which even the Owner (Chase) and Sales Manager (Jody Rocket) agreed could have been handled differently. As a result I believe they are putting in some additional processes which will alleviate remediation concerns during the roof installation process. On a high note, they made the administrative process easy. Personally would like to thank Chase for coming to my house personally to better understand the issues which needed to be addressed.
