I had an excellent experience with Steve Pezzella. He was very thorough and professional from start to finish. He took the time to go through everything step-by-step, clearly explaining what the issues could be and what the solutions might involve. His communication was outstanding, and he made sure I had a full understanding before moving forward. In the end, we came to a fair agreement on the price. I truly appreciate his honesty, patience, and expertise. Highly recommend!

Rec'd an estimate for just a tub to shower conversion today but it was way more than I ever dreamed it would cost...$18,000. I was shocked. The person that came to my house was wonderful, which is the only reason for the 4 star review.

Windows were installed when I got home. I didn't have a chance to do a close look or walk around with a punch list. No operating instructions. I called service about the caulk streaks on windows and was told we don't clean windows. Leap forward 13 months and I'm showing my wife how to tip in the windows to clean. When I got done there was a little "C" metal piece that was left behind on the right track. The metal suport attached to the sash was supposed to be in the mystery piece to attach to the counter weight/spring. Wouldn't just slide back in of course. So I called paramount service and somehow got connected to Hanson windows that had me take pictures and send them. They gave me a 2-3 week for a response!
Next windows we get I want the one who has their employees install and stay local. BTW Hanson windows told me the windows are supposed to cure for at least 24 hours. I would of expected a paramount project lead do a walk through and instructions.

Justin Parker, very nice young man and very knowledgeable of the service he wants to provide. I am looking forward to my new roof.

We worked with Cory White. He was very professional and had great knowledge of the product. We chose Paramount as it is a very reputable company.

Cory came and walked through with me leading the conversation to explain everything I needed done. He listens to anything I need more information about and guided me through all the material and processes during construction. The demonstrations provided were informative and clear. The entire experience felt friendly and understanding with any and all concerns I had.

Cory white was awesome. He took the time to explain in detail what has been upgraded since the last time we had windows installed and show examples. I love that. And financing was easy as pie.i am extremely happy.

Great customer service, Josh is unique on his work, great customer service, we touch every aspect of windows, Siding, labor warranty. Josh estimate is very attractive, ETE contact and communicate form.
If and when we go forward with this job. I want to retouched bases with him alone. Not other sales man.

They installed a roof on my house and it is leaking. I already paid to have the drywall replaced out of my own pocket and asked for them to come out to fix the leaking roof but they refuse to honor their warranty. Look elsewhere… to someone who will actually fully stand behind their work and product.

I have talked to Paramount personnel several times now. I needed 2 foggy windows replaced. My Salesman told me I just had to let them know. Not true. Twice they came inside my house. I never got a response. Once I went in person to their Headquarters on London Bridge road. Once I called but I couldn't get assistance because I didn't have the serial numbers. Today, when I called, a local installer said he only deals with Windows installed less than one year. Then I was talking to a warranty company located in Michigan. She said my phone number and name are not located. Referred to another number.
Now I called another 800 phone number and was told I had to register the warranty on one website and then go to another website to request 2 replacement windows. After trying to register the windows, it got worse. Three hours later, I gave up. I don't care if Paramount builders is a family business. Your Sales people made the Lifetime warranty seem easy as pie. I would never hire your company for anything. Your prices were expensive and I have found your Lifetime warranty almost invaluable to me. At this point, I had to ask assistance from a younger person that might have more success. I couldn't figure out the run around game after talking to 9 people and 2 different websites. Good luck with warranty service. I failed.

I had some trim siding put on my house by Paramount. Part of it blew off on a bad storm. I forgot that it had a lifetime warranty. When I went to get my roof done the salesman reminded me. i called and they sent out Bishop Jackson. He did an excellent job replacing it. He also fixed a piece of trim around the door that had pulled loose because the storm door was not installed properly. I am very happy with the repairs and the warranty on their work.

Very professional work ethics , did an amazing job with clean up! House looks great! Stay tune for any updates as time moves on forward for product performance and durability!

Ms. Justice gave a concise presentation that answered all my questions - that's very unusual! I'll be glad to have Paramount replace my 1970s tub & shower.

I give Paramount + an excellent rating. The men who replaced my 5 windows did a great job. In 3 hours I had new windows with new trim inside and out. They cleaned up well. I love my new windows.

Dave H did a super job showing me my options for a very high quality roof with an excellent warranty to back up the work. I was very impressed with his presentation.

All options covered, warranty and company commitment to customers satisfaction. The representative was on time, very knowledgeable on all aspects of the product and process/es involved in the manufacturing and installation. Extremely pleased.

This was a fantastic experience right from the day we signed paperwork. Josh, the salesman, was awesome, explained the entire process with visual aids of the windows we were ordering. The day of installation...cannot say enough about the crew of 4 guys. Professional, courteous, explained everything they were doing, answered questions we had, respectful of our home. When completed...not a piece of anything left behind. They deserve a BONUS for all they do and did. Highly recommend Paramount, thank you for a great experience.

They responded to my inquiry and made the quote appointment quickly. I asked that the sales rep call when he was on his way and he did. He was very nice, considerate, and walked me through their entire process. We decided to go with this company because of their roofing process, warranty, and that we had the option of not signing off until we were completely satisfied.

Scheduled the install and asked that they call when they were on their way. They did not call when they were on their way so we were surprised when they showed up. We couldn't move my spouse's car where we had planned because their van was in the way.

Took all day for our roof to be replaced and when the crew left for the evening they left their trailer blocking the garage -- where my car was. I called about 30 minutes after they left to see when they were coming back for the trailer because I had to go to work. Woman had to take a message because they were done and gone for the day. The trailer was not moved until the next day and I was late to work. We received NO APOLOGY but a "things happen."

We requested compensation for our trouble. Wouldn't have bothered if they showed empathy and apologized. Even if the crew told us before they left they had to leave the trailer, I would have been able to make arrangements to get to work.

My spouse had a question about the roof and we told them we weren't going to sign off until we had an answer. Someone eventually showed up a week later and told us "they should have taken pictures but if not you can request them." Okay, we want the pictures.

Another week of US calling them because now that the work has been done the call backs don't happen. Guy finally comes out and takes pictures. I was surprised when they sent us the pictures three same day!! Probably because I told them I'd want additional compensation for each week we had to keep calling them to do what they said they would.

The sales rep said we'd have an opportunity to walk around the property with the crew after the work was done. This would allow us to ask questions and make sure debris was picked up. This didn't happen and caused our experience to plummet. We wouldn't have had to wait an extra 2 weeks for answers and pictures AND they could have told us they used more wood than allotted at that time.

The thing that pissed us off the most is when my spouse was on the phone with them, obviously frustrated, and was asked "what do you want us to do?" How about an apology to start?

When I first made the call I didn't know what to expect. John Connor was professional, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Between his personality, wit and proficiency, I knew I was in good hands.

Ms.Lynn is amazing she came in and talked with us about everything fully explained how things would be done , very friendly and funny , she worked with us on pricing and helped us , I was very indecisive about some things and she helped me with making the decisions , very helpful and works with you , she shows she cares about you goes above and beyond I love her spirit !

Lynn was very nice and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable of all the ends and outs of the whole remodeling process. She worked with our budget and presented various options to fit within our budget. Great job working with us. I am very appreciative that I choose your company and she was the one to help us out with all our needs.

Great quality and installation, the reason I gave it 9 on one of the questions, is because they left a bunch of screws on the driveway

The shower was installed on time, but the workers did not put up any plastic barriers to keep the dust inside the bathroom, so we had dust throughout the house ( I have breathing problems).
In addition, they did not check out the shower after installing. It had 2 bad leaks, and they had to come back. Also, they didn't come back for 5 days to fix it.

We had Paramount Builders discuss a big project for us and Lynn Justice came by to help size and price the job. She was excellent in her knowledge, communication, and thoroughness. Would absolutely recommend her and Paramount when weighing options for your next project.

We have had Paramount come out for 3 separate projects, the workers that actually did the work were great they did a good job. Our bathroom which should have taken 2 days took over 2 weeks due to a sales person misleading information on the tub they were installing in our home. We asked for some one higher up to get back in touch with us but that never took place. They had to order another tub which held up the instillation. It would also be nice if you had the same crew working in your house every day. The tub was advertised as non slip, but it is like stepping on a bar of soap. The water spout is VERY loose. We have a Kohler shower head which I am not very pleased with.

To sum this up the only reason I am rating this a 4 is due to Paramount's workers. They were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

I'm so glad we called Paramount Builders Inc. "Lynn Justice" is the Bomb.com!!! She was very professional, informative, clear in her presentation, down to earth, and on fire! From start to finish it was handled very professional.
I called Paramount and 2 days later Lynn Justice came out and we talked about my needs. Lynn took a few measurements and laid out the design. Three days later Evan and George came out and did a fantastic job on the installation.

I need to add this, Jessica came out during the installation and got down on the floor and gave my little doggie lots and lots of love.

I had some 40-year-old windows in my house that needed to be replaced, so I requested an estimate from Paramount Builders. The reps, Kaleb and Justin, drove 100 miles to my house to measure and explain things to me. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, professional, super-helpful, and explained every detail from the window structure to the financing available. I am a former engineer and I must say I was very impressed with the product and their comprehensive presentation. They ordered the windows and arranged the financing. There was no pressure or hard sell. I can’t think of a thing to have made this a more pleasant transaction. I hope the remainder of the project is handled as well as this first part was. Thank you Kaleb and Justin!

Price way over what I can afford as a retired Navy veteran. I paid 100k for this home and they want 63k to put a roof on it

Justin is a remarkable person he cares about his clients. He truly believes a good understanding of the product. He is a true professional of his skill. He will not leave until you are completely satisfied and understand the process. He will be by your side through thick and thin. I would call him again time after time for any of my home improvement projects. I recommend you do the same. I sound repetitive but once again he is not only good in his profession but truly a outstanding person in general.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a 0 star review. I strongly recommend avoiding Paramount Builders, now Hanson's, from doing any work to your house. In 2006, we had them install 12 windows. In early March of this year, 2025, we had the spigots repaired on our house. The maintenance guy, couldn't attach the front yard spigot because the wood was damaged and wouldn't hold the screws. We also were having the siding replaced in a couple weeks, so we figured we would get the wood replaced then. When they took off the siding there was major water damage to the wood upstairs and down. It turns out that when the windows were installed, the casements were broken and caused them to leak into the structure of the house. The wet wood also, brought termites, which, Terminix, said isn't covered because wet wood attracts termites. So we had to have that worked as well at our cost. We contacted Paramount and were told, we would hear back within 72 hours. Two weeks later we get a call back. By this time the siding company replaced all the damaged wood, and charged us $670. Talking to Paramount, they want $175/hour to come look at the windows and to fix the problem/replace the windows. So, I have to pay for their screwing up the install which I couldn't have discovered until the siding was replaced or some other disaster. I cannot strongly enough tell you, stay away from this company. Their work/warranty isn't worth squat!

I had Paramount Builders in about replacing my bath tub with a walk in shower. Very happy with Steve that came out to provide a quote. Very thorough and knowledgeable

The Paramount crew did a great job wrapping the trim and installing new gutters on our house. The guys went out of their way to make sure things were done to our satisfaction.

Working with Paramount Builders to have my shower redone was a pleasant & satisfying experience. Steve (Salesman) was very knowledgeable & thoroughly explained everything. Jessica (Product Manager) was very responsive to my queries & got me on the schedule quickly. Cody & Kam (Installers) were very professional & worked quickly to ensure no delays. We did have an issue to resolve moving some pipes & Steve worked with me to share some of the plumber cost. Overall I love the shower & had a very positive experience throughout. Highly recommend Paramount & the Kohler LuxStone.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Faulty Siding Installation & Lack of Response

Paramount Builders LLC,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the siding installation your company completed on my home in 2017. Within just a year of installation, the siding began to fall off, and this issue has persisted every other year since. Despite my repeated attempts to have this problem resolved, my concerns have been ignored.

Mr. Bob Shackford personally contacted me and assured me that my siding would be redone. However, after I selected a siding option, I never heard from him again. In addition to the siding falling off, improper installation has led to a leak inside my home, causing further damage.

Despite multiple calls, your company has failed to take action. Each time, my number is taken with a promise of a return call, yet no follow-up ever occurs. This is unacceptable, especially since the siding was paid for in full. Now that the payment has been made, it appears that Paramount Builders LLC has no interest in fulfilling its obligations.

I am requesting an immediate resolution to this matter, including a proper reinstallation or refund for my siding and additional cost from damages , as the issues stem from your company’s poor workmanship. I will escalate this matter and will also consider legal action to recover damages caused by your company’s negligence.

Initial appointment setup was good, the appointment and presentation good... waiting now to see how Professional the whole team works to prepare the materials and workers to perform the project.... more to come

Josh with Paramount Builders came out and estimated wrapping our house. He was very professional and didn’t try to give the song and dance.

We had purchased windows with Paramount back in 1997 and had the limited life time warranty. I called them because we were having rainbows on our windows and the seals were cracked. Robbie Cox came over and told us they didn’t even make those type window anymore, they make a better version. Even though they didn’t make them any more he honored the limited life time warranty and gave us a better windows and a great deal. We are so happy with our purchase. We only got our front ones done for now but we will be getting the rest of the house done in a few months. I would recommend Paramount Builders for your windows!!!

New roof, new gutters and skylights look wonderful. Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Impressed with the quality of the materials and the knowledgeable crews that worked on our house. No subcontractors were used, just trained staff.

When I decided to replace 3 windows in my home, I contacted several companies and got different quotes. I have to say that I’m pleased with the results of my project. From the initial meeting with representatives and the product displays to the installation process. The crew came on time very respectful and professional.
