Was mostly a good experience! Quality work, but the company process was disorganized and didn't do their job as well as it should have , by getting paperwork signed as they require and making me have to work to get it done to satisfy them?

Mike Fradette, is an awesome representative. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He went over everything. The process of what will be done. Answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him.

We had Paramount Builders come by for a bathroom remodel and Mike Fradette was wonderful and explained everything!! I highly recommend them!!

We have been shopping around for a bath to shower renovation and talked with a few different companies. In the end, we picked Paramount Builders, Inc for several reasons. The representative, Nishat was extremely professional as she walked us through each step of the renovation project. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very confident in our decision to go with Paramount Builders using Kohler Lux Stone. The life-time warranty that comes with the product is exceptional. Nishat was very attentive to the understanding the things we wanted instead of her telling us what she thought we wanted. She is top notch and knows her stuff! We are looking forward to our renovation project in the next few weeks.

I was ready to write a 5 star review but getting the job completed has been an absolute disaster.

Mollie did a wonderful job working with us to design remodels for two bathrooms. The initial crew that worked on getting the new showers installed did a fantastic job and even finished the work early. The head of the crew checked with us on a few things that didn't seem quite right which really helped with a quality job.

The problems started with getting the master shower finished with the glass. First, we had to call to find out what was going on since no one came to measure the shower. It was at this point that we found out that Mollie no longer worked for the company and that the person had to wait over the weekend for us to find out what the delay was. We finally received a call back that someone would be here "first thing" this morning. One and a half hours after "first thing", we get a call that the person is not coming as the crew called in sick. Next available time is in a week.

Another thing is that they want us to sign the paperwork for the completion of the job BEFORE IT IS COMPLETED. They left the paperwork once (with no information on how to even submit it) and also told us that they would bring another copy when they come to measure.

What started out as a five star job has turned into a zero star job. I should also mention that I saw the poor ratings for Paramount Builders in Virginia Beach and Richmond but Mollie did assure us that we were working with the Roanoke group which had great ratings. Not sure what happened between then and now.

The representative, Nishat, came to our house to discuss replacing our tub/shower combination with a shower. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful, explaining our options clearly and answering all our questions. It was an excellent experience.

I'm so pleased with our installation. Rewarding upgrade. My salesman Mike Fradette is so knowledgeable, kind and polite thru out entire process. I highly recommend Mike as a great Koehler representative .So if you need walk-in shower from Paramount Builders he's the guy

I had three windows replaced and I was happy with the job one of the two installers did, especially in 90F or higher heat, however I would was disappointed to see that the other person was definitely not pulling his weight helping his team mate in these adverse conditions.
Also, as one can see one of the smaller windows had a defective latch which is being re-ordered as I write this. Other than that they did an excellent job and I am happy with the price considering.

Great sales etiquette and they don’t throw BS at you. They get to the facts, show the price, and they don’t push. The life time warranty is what sells it.

We met with Nelson Taylor, home improvement specialist with Paramount Builders, today. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Kohler LuxStone showers. He was very kind and patient answering the questions and concerns we had. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Nishat visited us at our home to provide us with information about the company, the scope of services they can provide, a presentation of their products, and a quote for 2 options. She was professional, engaging, thorough, and delightful. A true asset to the company. She’s invited back any time!

Nishat was at our home today to discuss about a walk in shower. She was spot on from measuring, to explaining all the details. She helped design our shower. So Polite and Kind. Highly Recommend as she knows her Product !!!!!

They were great! Knowledgeable, no pressure, and up front/ honest about price, so if your looking for a lifetime warranty, reasonable timeline and financing- higky recommended

Mike gave an excellent presentation with the amazing Kohler products. I am thrilled knowing that I have made a wise investment that will allow me to stay in my home.

I had a love one that was done very dirty through this company, she has tried to reach out to Nishat to see why things was done to her the way it was done and Nishat will not respond, my love one was scammed by her, please be careful with this company especially if you are a elderly person.

Representative was on time, pleasant, efficient & thorough with details of materials, workmanship, warranty, financing & at no time attempted to push us to a decision without being able to discuss the process privately. We proceeded with the conversion & received a most satisfying outcome. Highly recommend!

In beginning my search for a roof replacement, Paramount was my first contact. Robert walked me through the steps of replacing a roof, let me see and touch the materials that would be used, and was always willing to stop and answer the questions I had. I really was grateful for his presentation and for the quality Paramount provides.
