I had an awful experience with this place. One of there workers Eric was his name came to my door and was super disrespectful and i’m not sure how he still has a job there. He was super rude and disrespectful to me when I let him know I had recently had my roof done a few years back and he said it was terribly done very rudely and said ‘If I was smart I would get it properly fixed by them.” My roof is perfectly fine and i’ve even gotten compliments from friends when I had gotten it done. He simply put me down and my home. He was very rude and I just hope he doesn’t speak to everyone that way. Super disrespectful and disappointed that this company will allow that. I would recommend going through another company even if they don’t come to your door.

IBC Roofing replaced our roof due to hail and wind storm damage. They worked with our insurance company and the adjuster to get it covered. Our covered porch originally had shingles installed that were not correct for the pitch of the roof. IBC replaced it with the proper materials. The installation team was professional and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Eric, Matt, and the rest of the crew at IBC Roofing were great. They walked us through the entire process dealing with our insurance company and followed through on everything they said they would do. The actual roofing crew was awesome. They were timely, courteous, and diligent workers, who did a great job on our roof while protecting our property. After the work was completed, they did a super job cleaning up and ensured we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend IBC Roofing to others.

In addition to the roofing itself, IBC Roofing coordinated a solar company, Greenleaf Energy Brokers, for the removal and reinstallation of our solar system. Greenleaf also did a fantastic job.

Would highly recommend. Matt was exceptional to deal with. Had a slight hiccup but they went above and beyond to fix it for us.

We worked with Eric Lambert. He was efficient and cared about the job that was being done. He made the process simple. Eric checked with us throughout the process from the insurance claim until the job was finished. He made sure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend IBC and Eric.

Eric came to my house seeing my roof was in pretty bad shape and asked if I wanted him to take a look and do up a quote. He got me a great price, was extremely friendly and polite from start to finish and was an absolute please to work with. Eric was professional and thorough in evaluating the damage to our roof. He was helpful when submitting to insurance. Home owners insurance paid for the entire roof! Eric was available and returned phone calls quickly with suggestions and solutions. Eric was at our home during the build to make sure Eva’s being completely correctly. Keith was great to deal with, he is very knowledgeable about dealing with our insurance carrier. His crew did a great job the roof looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up after they were done.

Keith noticed wind damage to our roof from a wind storm and offered to give us an estimate and even to work with our insurance to process the claims. I was skeptical at first, since I’ve never claimed anything with my home insurance and knowing how reluctant they are when it comes to claims. The adjuster came out and verified it, but they weren’t willing to replace as I suspected. But IBC roofing didn’t just stop there. They went above and beyond to prove the roof was irreparable and worked with the insurance company and got approved for replacement. In the process, I also got several other roofing company to come out and give an estimate and see if it was repairable and they told me it wasn’t due to wear. But they were not willing to go the extra mile to deal with the insurance. All said and done, Keith and Matt were great in communicating with us and working with our insurance and getting the job done. Now we have a brand new, quality roof, thanks to IBC Roofing. Highly recommend them for roofing work, especially if you have a storm damage.

IBC roofing did an excellent professional job and I highly recommend them. We were about to just outright pay for a new roof and IBC discovered that our entire roof was weather damaged and we got insurance to cover the entire project!
They had a member present with the insurance adjustor (also highly recommended) to show the damage and advocate for their customer. Very pleasant experience over all.

IBC was great! I had some wind damage along with some excessive wear and tear. Eric and Matt both were extremely helpful, from the very start through completion. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf, walked me through the process step by step, and were professionals through and through. To be honest, I was a little leery at first just because they had a limited presence in the area, but I took a chance, and it was the right call. I have since talked to other people that have dealt with other companies, and it seems as though IBC goes above and beyond.

IBC Roofing is great! Eric showed up at my house after noticing some wind damage on my roof. It was the day after Thanksgiving and most businesses, including mine, were closed. He explained that they work directly with the insurance companies and handle everything. He wasn’t kidding. We had adjuster show up and meet him the next week, and my roof was complete within another 2 weeks. Matt, the owner made sure to come by to check on things to make sure everything was right! It is and the roof is great. Barely any out of pocket costs!

Roof was damaged with one of the recent hurricanes. Called a few companies, only two got back to me. IBC was at my house next day to look at the damage. They worked with me to help get insurance coverage for my damages, and had my roofed patched up within 2 weeks. Matt has good communication with customers and easy to reach. I plan to work with this company again come time to replace my roof in 5-10 yrs.

William and the IBC Team were incredible to work with. They handled the entire insurance replacement process for me and I literally didn’t lift a finger. My wife chose the color of our new shingles and we were able to get a much better quality roof put back on than what we had originally. My roof was old and had some damaged shingles, after speaking with William, we decided to file a claim. To my surprise they approved us for a full replacement.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to give my 5 star rating for Matt Johnson. My house is older and during some of those wind filled storms we had my roof was damaged. Matt left us a note in the mailbox introducing himself and like all flier mail I was skeptical at first. So grateful I shot him a call. He was professional, understanding, informative, and punctual. He met with me to assess our roof, reviewed his findings, worked with my insurance and even went above and beyond to take more pictures and gather information so I didn’t have to go back and forth with my insurance. His team completed the roof in a single day(I’m sure that is work site specific, don’t hold him to that), they did beautiful work and even helped fix some siding that was damaged while they were working. If you are looking for a new roof and not sure who to go with I promise you won’t be disappointed working with Matt and is team. Thank you for your help! 5 star all the way!
