Recently had Paragon do a roofing and siding replacement on my home in Parker and I could not be more pleased. They were timely, efficient and cleaned up well after each day. Highly recommend.

We have selected Paragon Partners for two roof replacements. The June 9, 2024 hail storm caused us to replace our roof again, along with 12 windows, a slider and a partial house painting. We went with Paragon because we were pleased with the previous work they did for us. This was our 5th roof, so I knew the overall quality and service I expected. Our Project Manager this year was Andy Evans. He excels in clear, frequent communication, and has an impressive knowledge of both the insurance and contractor responsibilities of the project. The quality of the crews he brought to our 2024 project were impressive. We agreed on a timeline for the beginning and completion of the project. There were no surprises. In every conversation I had with Andy, both 'phone and in person, he made me feel like we were his most important priority. Folks, that's comforting.

Paragon helped restore our home after last summer's bad hail storm.

They did a new roof as well as gutter/window/paint, and even helped connect me with a couple other projects we wanted to get done while the roof was in process.
Paragon, and Andy Evans in particular was a lifesaver - the insurance company was a pain in the butt, but Andy coordinated everything up through appraisal mediation. We are in a duplex so he also made sure everything was arranged with both us and our neighbor, so the whole roof was done in one fell swoop, and done right.
The crew was professional, careful, and clean - lots of roofs getting done on our block now, and ours was the best in terms of nails/cleanup/debris.

Throughout it all, Andy was communicative and helpful. We were very happy and would hire Paragon again.

I mostly contacted Paragon Partners about a project based on such great reviews. I'm sorry I won't be adding to those reviews. Myles, from Paragon, came out to review our needs for a project involving some insurance work from water damage with the addition of some plumbing, a few small updates and a bathroom upgrade. When I finally got the non-insurance quote it was almost THREE times what other contractors had quoted. When I asked why there was such a difference in pricing, instead of setting up a time to talk (like I asked) Myles sent me an incredibly unprofessional and insulting email and no communication since.
I am modifying this review because I have since heard from Shane, at Paragon. We are only doing the insurance part of the project, as Shane is trying to make things right and Myles will not be involved.
Final: Well, maybe they're better for larger projects where the residents can vacate the premises completely and not go back until the job is done. And hire specific subs for each job instead of a jack of all trades and master of none. Good for people who do not want to be involved in their project or work with their insurance at all. Communication was frequently quite frustrating. They did squeeze us into their schedule, even though we didn't ask. Overall my impression is that they're much better with projects with very little involvement from the home owner.

After assessing a half dozen renovation companies, we went with Paragon for a very large (~200K) home renovation project. This project included finishing a basement, full remodeling of multiple bathrooms, painting of the entire house, cabinets for a laundry/mud room, new carpet for our upstairs, adding a wall with french doors and several other smaller items.

The majority of the Paragon employees working with us have been exceptional. The only person who was not I believe no longer works for the company. A few that have really stood out... Myles took care of the sales process, helped with designs and really made us feel like a valued customer instead of a deal. Exceptional. Tom our project manager has been with us every step of the way and has gone out of his way to make sure we're taken care of. Exceptional. And Nikola, the owner, when we needed her, took care of an issue with a sub contractor we had related to the basement flooring. Exceptional. Ultimately this company has done the right thing at every stage and addressed issues along the way. Their staff and management have put themselves in our shoes and that is exactly what we hoped for. This is what we expected and they've delivered.

We were incredibly nervous spending this amount of money and committing to one company, but Paragon earned our trust and we consider several of their employees to be friends, not just contractors. If we need further renovations, it's a no-brainer to go with Paragon.

Very impressed by the level of communication and quality of work. They were also incredibly helpful in working with our insurance company.

We hired Paragon partners to complete a remodel of our downstairs / basement after a water loss. They were very professional. Myles came to inspect the damage and discuss what needed to be done as well as few add ons we wanted to do and worked to negotiate with our insurance company on the loss related repairs. Tom was our project manager who came every day to check on the work and to provide updates and if we had any concerns. All the contractors who came through (demo, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and paint) were very professional and efficient. Cherry on top the job was completed sooner than estimated. I would highly recommend Paragon Partners for remodeling needs and plan to use them in the future once we're ready to update our upstairs. See some before and after photos attached

My family had a water loss and needed to find a local contractor to perform all the reconstruction that was needed to return us to normal. We found Paragon via Google and had an initial interview with the owner of the Company. Learning that the owners of Paragon have years of experience with advocating for their clients who have insurance claims, my wife and I decided to give them a chance. From start to finish, throughout the reconstruction process AND their advocacy efforts dealing with our Insurance provider, we had an absolutely superb experience with Paragon. Myles, Tom and Nikola were so professional, kind, responsive and above all else patient when dealing with all of the questions my Wife and I had throughout the process. As for the reconstruction work itself, which involved many different trades, there were maybe 2 or 3 days out of a 3 week project where there was no work being performed, which is incredible Additionally, Paragon managed to finish the project weeks ahead of schedule. My family strongly recommends Paragon for your residential contracting needs.

Paragon Painters took on a basement renovation others were unwilling to tackle. The project included a complete remodel of a small bathroom, multiple new basement doors installed and ventilation work. I had a small budget and a tight timeline. They provided me with a detailed and suitable quote and schedule. They finished a week ahead of schedule and on budget. Their commitment and communication made this all possible. They were great to work with and I would recommend them for future projects

Paragon Partners renovated our main floor to add a suite for my in laws. This included adding a handicap accessible bathroom and elder safety to elements. The work was top quality and they followed up on everything. Beautiful!

Paragon finished our entire basement (700+ sq. ft.), and did a wonderful job from start to finish! Our Production Manager Nick and Project Manager Tom were very professional, organized, and great at keeping us informed of the project status. Paragon kept our project on track with regards to the budget, as well as completing our basement within the timeframe specified at the first pre-construction meeting. We were impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship from the various sub-contractors that Paragon hired to complete the work. We enjoyed working with our team at Paragon, and would recommend them to anyone looking to finish out their basement!

Paragon Partners is first class in home renovation & improvement! They have an extensive team of skilled professionals to perform a wide variety of work, and management knows how to meet a customer's needs while efficiently organizing the project. They're helpful and translate the construction jargon to explain the project in easy to understand terms. I am very happy to have worked with them and would call them for future work without hesitation.

Really happy I chose Paragon for my basement finish. The work went fast and the subcontractors all did a nice job. They always worked with you to find solutions to problems that would pop up and I appreciated that my input was heard and respected. The biggest delay was the city permit and that is out of their hands. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others looking for a fast, efficient and reasonably priced contractor.

I am extremely satisfied with the job Paragon did replacing my roof, door, and then painting the whole exterior of my home. Scott and Greg helped in dealing with my insurance company (who tried to lowball us on the settlement.) It was a bit of a process overall, and I’m glad it’s done, but I would recommend Paragon to anybody - they’re trustworthy, responsive, and overall just a pleasure to work with!

Great service and communication. Even with a few hiccups, everything was handled professionally and I knew we were in good hands. From Myles doing the estimate, to Nick and Larry overseeing the project, we had a great experience with everyone from Paragon. VERY happy with our new downstairs bathroom!

Paragon did a full basement finish for me (around 1500 sq. feet) and did an incredible job, all the way around. From the first quote to job completion, I had an excellent experience and professional communication. I worked directly with the Project Manager Nick, and he was helpful, communicative, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Nick answered all my questions, as well as helped with decisions on the best options for finishes, designs, materials, etc... The plumbing, carpentry, electric, drywall and finishes are all outstanding and I'm very satisfied with the finished product. I recommend Paragon to anyone looking to finish their basement or remodel their home. Again, Nick updated me consistently throughout the whole process and communicated all important information regarding the project. He always responded in a timely manner, even on weekends and after hours. Paragon is an excellent choice!

We hired Paragon Partners, LLC to build out a large basement in Aurora, Colorado. This basement included a Bedroom, Bath, Wet Bar, Media and Rec area, Craft room and unfinished Storage. Nicole was our Project Manager and she did an outstanding job of communication and execution of the work. We highly recommend Paragon Partners for basement finishing.

We contacted with paragon partners for new siding, a new larger redwood deck, additional attic venting, and a replacement large front window. The quality of the work from all the crews who worked on our house was perfect. Any concerns or issues we had during the entire process were immediately addressed. Dunning the deck constructing the decking and railings were not installed correctly and instead of trying to fix what was already installed, Paragon Partners rebuilt the deck with all new materials, making sure it met our expectations. Even the smallest details were not overlooked, such as the painting and chucking and making sure the was flashing everywhere it needed to be. At one point during the siding installation a nail went through an electrical line and was immediately corrected by the electrician. It was nice having the siding, painters, windows, roofers, electrician, and decking crews available and overseen and managed by one person, this really gave us confidence that we had made the correct choice in choosing Paragon Partners. I also had a side project I wanted to do and Paragon Partners helped me acquire the material I needed.

Several weeks after the house was done, I had a siding sales person come to my door. I told him this was new siding and he took a closer look at it and said “They did a fantastic job!” Thanks, Scott, Ryan, Danny, and all the rest.

Paragon handled all of the contact with my insurance company and filed the claim. They were timely in getting the work done and the clean up afterwards was very good. Just passed the city inspection today and I would highly recommend Paragon Partners for the work you need.

After reaching out to nearly a dozen contractors to finish our ~1200 sq ft basement, getting estimates from several, no replies or being ghosted by several others, we found Paragon. I submitted an estimate request online and Scott called back the next day to discuss the project. What I appreciated most from Scott on the call was his authenticity and transparency, he wasn't trying to BS me to get the work or make promises he couldn't deliver, it was an honest, genuine conversation that made me feel comfortable from the start. That comfort and ultimately confidence, only continued when meeting with Nikola to discuss the design and estimate, and then Nick our project manager. The entire team and subs were a pleasure to work with.

We were so pleased with progress in the middle of the project, we expanded the scope to include replacing the countertops in our kitchen and all of our bathrooms. No projects of this size and scope are without hiccups, but they were handled responsively and with care; we were only one of multiple clients they were working with at the same time, but we never felt neglected, most often felt like a top priority. Paragon will certainly be our 1st call for any future projects.

I've worked with numerous contractors over the years on dozens of projects on many homes and THERE IS NO QUESTION that Paragon Partners is BY FAR the best contractor I have ever used (or even heard of from others). The management was excellent and the price was more than fair. This was a very large ($100K+) remodel with every sub imaginable, and there were NO issues at all. If you need a contractor for a small or large project. Give Nikola and her team a call...you will not regret it at all.

A big shout out to Paragon partners for the work they did on replacing our front steps, partial driveway and replacing an aging brick & railroad tie front patio. Scott was great, he was patient as we worked through our HOA concerns and Ricardo made sure everything was done as we requested. We definitely recommend them!

From day one, Paragon Partners made the entire process less stressful. I came home to a flood that damaged the entire basement, first floor and partially the second floor. Scott came out accessed the flood damages and brought a crew in quickly to start drying the house out. Scott really made sure that I was kept updated with the progress. Imagine walking down into your basement late at night only to step into 2 inches of ice cold water. That was the beginning of what could have been a disastrous nightmare. A burst pipe had completely flooded our basement.

Thanks to Scott Mansfield and his Wife Nikola Slizova and the Paragon Partners LLC team they had a mitigation company on site the next morning.

The Paragon team lead by Mary Freeman (a true pleasure to work with) not only fixed all of the water damage, they helped me perform upgrades to the HVAC to insure the pipes would not freeze in the area of the basement again.

Additionally they helped us realize some cosmetic improvements to our basement living space. Working closely with the insurance company we were able to figure out the cost delta of "returning it to original" and making the improvements.

It is clear to me that Scott, Nikola, Mary and the other team members really care about the customer's needs.

As a business owner I personally strive to provide excellent customer service to my customers. It is a true pleasure to be treated they way I treat my charges.

Paragon Partners is wonderful to work with. I purchased a condo and wanted to move the washer / dryer from the basement to the main floor. I replaced the wood fireplaces with gas and they look great. Plus lots of other things. Nicole was great with her suggestions.

Paragon Partners are awesome. They did work for me that I could not find anyone else that would do the job. They repaired the wood around my garage and replace strips of medal between my roof and siding. Everything I was told happened very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. Remodeling is always a stressful experience. I knew going in that remodeling my bathroom was going to be a mess. Carl & Danny were amazing!! Not only did they explain everything that needed to be done, they went above and beyond in the middle of a global pandemic! From a complete gut of my bathroom, jack-hammering of concrete, replacing horrible plumbing (really horrible plumbing) to a sophisticated bathroom with a lovely soaking tub with a light and airy feel. Paragon Partners will be my go-to for all of our home remodel needs!

Paragon Partners remodeled our basement and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the finished product. We started our project very excited about working with Greg and Paragon. After a previous home remodel project that was less than a pleasant experience, we were thrilled by the reviews we read and initial project review. Once the project began, things quickly started to fall apart. It started with our project being delayed because "the office" didn't order a necessary part for our radiant heated floors. Things continued to be delayed due to completely unacceptable work by their porcelain contractor (this was at the suggestion of our project manager). Issues continued on with basic plumbing needing to be redone, and a bathtub that was improperly installed.

In the midst of all of this, one of their sub-contractors used our hose without our consent (in January), and didn't disconnect the hose, and left the spigot running. This resulted in our basement flooding due to a broken pipe. The unfortunate issue here, was that their plumber never took the time to inspect the cause of the flooding, and only replaced the drywall without ever looking into the source of the water. This meant that we had to cut back into the drywall that was just replaced, and locate the broken pipe prior to new carpet being laid. Had we not found this issue (by we I mean my wife and I, and not Paragon), our basement would have flooded again.

The project ended with no final walk throughs being conducted by our project manager Greg, or any of the subs. The result? Our shower didn't properly drain, and almost flooded our newly remodeled bathroom. Additionally, the hot water didn't work. Both issues would have been easily identifiable had someone checked the quality of work completed. When we had our own plumber come to inspect the issues, we have a 4 cups worth of construction debris that has gone down the drain of our shower (most likely during demo) as a result of the drain not being properly covered.

In the end we truly wish we would have had the same experience as the other reviewers, but it was far from that. In the end we started this project in early November, and were told it should take a month at most. In the end as a result of the issues by Paragon we didn't get our project finished until early February.

In the end we fully understand that delays and issues are the reality of any construction project, but in this instance EVERY issue noted above was the direct result of low quality work by sub-contractors, and low quality oversight by our project manager.

Working with Nicole and her crew from Paragon was a wonderful experience. They remodeled our 2000 square foot basement beautifully and in the 12 week deadline she set. All of the contractors were extremely professional and their work was very well done. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that the basement came out perfect. We are very happy with our basement and are looking forward to working with Paragon on future projects.

Scott and his team did an amazing job for us. We had hail damage that required new roof, gutters, paint, garage door, screens, etc. They handled all of it and guided me through the steps to deal with not only the actual repairs that had to be done, but also how to deal with my insurance company and my bank. Also, when things didn't go as planned (which always happens at some point in a big construction project!), Scott made things right - quickly and with a smile. Scott and his team have excellent customer service skills and are just nice people to work with - highly recommend them. (And he was recommended to me by my insurance agent who has worked with him for 9 years and no complaints.)

Scott helped us through the process of getting our roof replaced after a bad hail storm. Quality of work and attention to detail amazed us. He came out on three separate occasions to ensure that the roof was performing at its peak optimal ability. He was incredibly knowledgeable about types of roofs and dealing with the insurance company. I actually hired him for additional work on a rental property shortly after he completed the work on my home. I would recommend him to friends and family and to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship at a fair price.

Scott made getting a new roof a breeze. The week after the hail storm before the 4th of July 18’, that destroyed roofs from Broomfield to east brighton, the wife and I were going on a trip to NE. Scott handled everything with the insurance company since we were out of town, including meeting the adjuster. When it came time to get the roof installed they pulled off several old layers of shingles and the roofing paper and replaced two panels of plywood. Paragon Partners doesn’t use a much better tar paper when putting on a new roof, they use wider then normal flashing, they did a great job matching vent covers to the roof color, the gutters look great, and they didn’t leave a single piece of trash anywhere. The work Scott did working with my insurance company to get the most dollars was a huge weight off my shoulders.
