I have 2 no soliciting signs. One as you walk up to the door and one on the door bell. I pointed them out and told them to get out of here.
They refused and continued to try and solicit, after having to use profanity and again tell them to leave they began laughing like little girls and continue standing around.
As a company, please respect people’s private property.
You will be receiving negative reviews as a result of your employees behavior.

We were looking to get the exterior of our house replaced. It is the original siding from the 70s. Greg Garcia ( who we later found out was the President of the company) was who came and gave us a bid. He could not have been a better person to deal with. Most sales people are very pushy and annoying, he was not! He went over everything with us very clearly, gave us some space for us to talk about it, and even played catch with our boys (while me and my wife talked and watched them play). We eventually made the decision to not move forward as financially it didn’t make sense for us. Greg understood and did not keep pushing to try and get our business. I will tell you now that when it does make sense financially for us to replace our siding, Clearwater Exteriors will be who we go with because Greg made a great impression with us.

Ed came to my house and set up an appointment for James to show me the windows that they install. James was great and showed me everything the windows have to offer. They are amazing windows! This company seems to be amazing! James was extremely amazing and knew his stuff! I'm so glad I met with him. Thanks!

Jordan was super helpful and attentive to us and all of our questions we had. He really walked us through the whole process super well. This is a project we thought we would have to hold off for a couple more years but Clearwater helped us get it done sooner with their pricing. We are super excited to see some new siding on our house!

Clearwater came by today to give me a quote on some windows. They were easy to deal with, straight forward, not pushy, and willing to work with me.

Great place they're working hard to get people a wonderful product at a deal that will work with your budget! Not just trying to make a buck. I would choose Clearwater exteriors over any other windows companies out there!!

We had a great experience with Jordan who came to our house and measured windows and brought siding samples for us to look at. Jordan was friendly, helpful, patient and not pushy. We decided to go forward with replacing windows and siding for our house. It’s very necessary to have these things completed since our house is 28 years old. We are excited to have this project done.

Mario was an exceptional partner in helping us choose new windows! He was kind, intelligent and provided a clear understanding of the wonderful windows we purchased. We’re so excited to see our energy bills drop and actually be able to open the new windows!

Just signed up with Jordan, looks to be good quality and company has mostly 5 star reviews. They are A+ on Better Business Bureau. Jordan was low key and no pressure. Will post again after they are installed.

Liars! First off two kids pulled up to my door on unicycles. That was the first thing that irritated me. Whipping around the neighborhood on these stupid things. Then they knocked on my door when I have a large “No Soliciting - This Means YOU” sign CLEARLY posted on my door. When we didn’t answer, they knocked on my window glass. Who the hell do you think you are? When I opened up my door to tell them to piss off, one of them started telling me that he wasn’t soliciting and that they do pest control. I told him “Not Interested! Go Away!” and slammed the door. Then I Googled them and come to find out they sell Windows! I’d never, ever do business with a company that employs such out dated and slimy tactics.

Great experience! And great salesman Dan Wells, very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. Gave us a good deal. And thank goodness he likes dogs!

I am looking forward to getting new windows in our home! I always appreciate sales people who are easy going a no pressure. Jordan was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, no pressure! He was on time, pleasant and friendly. My husband and I look forward to seeing the end result.

We got our windows 4 years ago and immediately had issues. It took me so long to write this review because I hate writing bad business reviews and I have them several chances to remedy this. But I also never want anyone else to spend this kind of money without hearing my experience.
Immediately , we had windows that would not latch to close after opening to get some fresh air, windows that bowed and won’t lock.
They have come out 3 times (though it is like a treasure hunt to get a hold of someone) and each time said that we “got a bad batch” they replaced the worst windows (the ones even they could not close) but we still have issues (I currently have two windows that won’t close). We paid SO MUCH money and their last solution?
Don’t open the windows for so long.
Windows that I can’t open to get a breeze at night? (Which I told them was a priority but also should not have to say I want windows I can leave open for hours at a time because…well, they are windows.)
Don’t use. They are pretty but every day I’m upset I didn’t just go with the well known, well established competitor.

Jordon was cool .. he negotiated the best he could. pricing was better than competitors, the quality of these window are everything Anderson widows are, this is a good day.

Absolutely love this company and the guys that work for them. We had a very proficient salesperson come knock our door and by the time he had ended his sales presentation we were ready to buy! I highly recommend him at the company.

Our experience with Jordan was wonderful. He was very patient taking time to answer all our questions and super knowledgeable about this product. Although we tried to jump ahead to the numbers, his presentation was great.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the different window styles and energy-efficient options. They were patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional. I am very satisfied with the windows and the entire experience. The windows have significantly reduced my energy bills, and my home feels more comfortable.

Reviewing based on sales pitch and not work. First off this was a door to door pitch to schedule someone to Come out to bid the project. Act not and you get a special discount code for half off installation. When they called to confirm out appointment guess what - I was the lucky person who qualified for another promo that was even better!
I dont need a timeshare presentation showing me pictures of your founder. Especially when your door to door guy told me about this being a new startup company.
There is no skipping parts of this presentation- corny jokes and all- so be prepared for losing a few hours of your time off the bat.
At the end of it we get the price- scratched on a piece of looseleaf paper. Completely without backup but to gauge our reaction. Too much? Just wait they will apply magical discounts and the number on the paper will decrease. Sure, you can take a picture of the price but there is nothing to back it.
Personally I didn't love the look of the product and wish we could have just skipped to that. I really wasn't looking for something that looks like vinyl but is better in so many ways...
Also they boast that their product is like no others- but will definitely price match if you find a better price for a similar product.
I didn't use this company and this review is based on presentation alone so take that with a grain of salt.

I am so glad that my husband set up this meeting. The quality and neat perks of these windows have blown me away. When we started, I just wanted to get to the price, but holy cow, am I glad Jordan gave us the whole rundown. These windows are so freaking cool! The windows have great energy efficiency; they slide like a dream, and they pop out for easy cleaning! They are of high quality and look nice. I did not think I would buy windows tonight, but here we are and I couldn't be happier.
UPDATE: We got the windows today and it went so well. I wish I could leave another 5 star review. The team was polite and did such a great job! We have a doggy door now!!

Jordan came by tonight and went over his wonderful presentation and sold us our new windows. I am so excited to have working, energy efficient and black windows for our summer.

We currently have large and drafty windows with some condensation issues, so we were excited to speak with Clearwater Exteriors when they came to our neighborhood. Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did some great demos showing the energy efficiency and quality of the windows. We were especially impressed when he did heat/cold temperature tests to show the insulation. The quote was very competitive and we decided to proceed with the install! We’re looking forward to the seeing the final product and will update once we see the impact on comfort and our heating bill!

Friendly, helpful, and professional! Getting set up for installation was easy and Jordan helped answer our questions or directed us to people who could answer them if he didn't have answers immediately at hand. We're excited to have some fresh, efficient windows with a much nicer look and feel than our old ones!

Mario came by and showed us the Clearwater product. To be honest, we were critical because we had another provider replace other windows and wanted to stay with them. Mario showed us the Clearwater product, warranty, and business reputation and we were taken in right away. Can't wait to have our new windows!

Mario was very informative and very thorough in his answers to my questions. The demonstration using the sample window he provided was very convincing. The pricing of the windows was competitive to some of the more advertised window companies. I highly recommend Clearwater Exteriors.

I don’t normally answer my door but for some reason I answered when Sam stopped by. He was friendly so I thought I would talk to folks about siding, which is needed!. Jordan came by and was very thorough, demonstrated products, went through benefits and choice.it was wonderful, I didn’t feel pressure to make a decision but it really only took a night to decide. I am very excited about the value and longevity it will provide. I will share more when it’s done!!

Echoing the reviews about the door to door sales. Rep was nice enough, but ignored both the clearly visible no soliciting sign and the “baby sleeping don’t knock” sign right by the door and pounded loudly, scared my daughter. Not appropriate and disrespectful. I asked for a card and was told they don’t give cards out.

I'm updating this review now that our new windows are installed, and I am THRILLED with them! Our house is immediately less drafty and so, so much quieter. They are truly beautiful windows--enough that my teenage son wanted to rearrange our living room to make them more of a focus!! Installation for all six windows was so fast, all in one day. The crew was lovely and efficient. Five star experience all the way through.

One star for the Sales skills of the guy (Sam) that knocked on my door at 6pm on a Friday night in 10 degree weather and a snowstorm, roped me into setting up an appointment before I knew it.

Another star for the attempt to have me reschedule my appointment by Frankie, but she finally took my "this just isn't something I'm interested in at the moment" and allowed me to cancel the appointment.

Both of these people were good at their jobs, but I don't appreciate this type of business or making your employees work on Friday nights in a snowstorm or answer phones on a bank holiday.

Our representative at Clearwater was extremely thorough in explaining the available products and guiding us through each step of the contract and financing process. We were very impressed with the level of customer service provided and are excited to get our project underway.

This began when Ricky knocked on my front door and said he could arrange a great deal and financing on whole home windows. Since we've been putting it off for like 30 year and we have watched prices go up annually since we moved in here in1998 we figured let's see what they can do. When our actual quote guy Jordan hot herr, he has sat here with us going back and forth about different scenarios and finance options to get this deal done. We just purchased 12 windows at a very descent interest rate. Jordan made this happen. I will follow up after install with another review, but this company is obviously wonderful. I can't wait to report on our new windows done right by a local company that is comprehensive and fair.

Quoting and sales process was smooth, Sam and Jordan were very nice and worked diligently to deliver us the best price. Looking forward to installation.

Sales people stopped by and wanted my home to be one of their promotional homes due to location. Offered free labor and installation and said even more could be available for such a good location to advertise from. Set up the appointment. Was told their director will be meeting with me. Got a couple emails and phone calls confirming the appointment time. Even one the morning of the appointment and they were a ‘no show’. No call saying they were running behind. Very unprofessional. I would steer clear of this company.

We had a great experience today, our agent really worked with us and gave us great price and great customer service. We loved everything we saw about the windows themselves from the UV block and the energy efficientcy. All in all warranty alone is worth the price. We can't wait for install day.

Jordan came out and talked with my husband and I about replacing our aluminum windows. He was kind enough to come out in the evening after we were off work and discuss options with us. This was greatly appreciated so we did not have to take time off of work. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable. Clearwater Windows’s are beautiful and appear to be so easy to keep clean. Including the ability to pop out the screens with ease for cleaning as well. The amount of energy we are going to save is amazing! We are over the moon excited for this install! Thank Clearwater Exterior and Jordan for helping us improve our home!

Both were very friendly and as financially reasonable as could be expected for the quality work they walked us through. I appreciate the casualness and not just getting straight to business. Thanks for your consideration in working with our budget in mind and patience in accomodating our needs to desperately needed window replacement. She was detailed about the windows and the process. She was able to answer our questions and makes everything simple to understand. She is a great asset to the company.

Izzy was my first contact and she was Very personable. She scheduled my follow-up appointment and they were prompt. The sales people who reviewed their product with me were informative and knew their producct well. They Identified problems with my property that was what I already knew was a problem. They walked me through their instalation.

This review has several components so be patient. We were sold our windows/slider in the fall of 2022 and they were installed in Feb 2023. These installers were outside contractors hired by Clearwater. At the time, that was not made clear to us, but that comes into play later. The window order was relatively quick considering it was a custom order. The installers arrived on time and installed our whole house of double windows (15) and 1 slider in 1 day. We were very happy with the windows and the installation overall. Fast forward a couple of months when one window began whistling-of course it was right next to my bed. We called our rep Chase at CW and he sent someone out to look at the window. Of course, it wasn't whistling when the rep came, so he did nothing. I also want to note, during that time, we noticed that the slider was leaking air at the top of the stationary door. Both of these issues were only noticeable when winds came from a certain direction and at a certain MPH, so it was hard to lock down. When it showed up, it was unmistakable and very annoying. I put up with it for a while and when I couldn't take it any longer (Feb 2024) I called the CW office after not being able to reach Chase via text and was told my call would be returned that day. Over a week later, I called back because I did not hear from anyone. It was at that time, the person on the phone decided to inform me that because it was (just days) past the1 year following install, CW said they could not assist me, and I was referred back to the manufacturer Alside. Long story short- the warranty department at Alside were evasive and chose not to respond at all until I got the BBB involved, at which time "someone" replied to the complaint via the BBB representative, that my claim was denied because they deemed it not a manufacturer issue and the installers would not back anything up because it had been over a year. At this point it had been almost 5 months of chasing down someone to help me fix what I figured was a simple issue and no-one would do anything. My husband and I thought this was a lost cause. I had reached out to everyone, including the owner of CW and nothing. Then a week ago, out of the blue, my phone rang and Ryan at CW was calling to check in and see if Alside was able to correct my issue. When I told him of the run around, he was very apologetic and offered to send a crew out to look at the window & the slider. Within a week, the crew arrived and in five minutes they knew exactly what was wrong. They fixed both issues in a couple of hours. So, in my opinion, and I told him this, Ryan saved this company's reputation in my eyes. Not one other person took the time to listen to me, help me or try to make this right. I spent almost $30,000 and all I wanted was someone to do just that. Thank you, Ryan, Irene & Fidel!!!!!!
In closing-the one-year warranty means something, pay attention to every detail of your product. Look at it when it rains, snows, & blows. If something isn't right-document and email. It could save you a lot of hassle later. As far as the " lifetime" manufacturer warranty, that isn't worth anything. It basically covers only manufacturer defects. If you don't find a defect right away and report it, they will never cover anything later. At least as far as Alside goes. CW no longer sells this product and for obvious reasons. I do appreciate wholeheartedly the fact the Ryan took the responsibility for a product that CW sold me and installed for me. He is my hero!

I have three no soliciting signs on my property and brand new windows. Sales guy still rang my door bell. Waking my 87 year old father up and caused my dogs to go meuts in the process. Would never hire this company due to complete lack of respect from their employees.

Great customer service. Alyssa was very knowledgeable about the product and was very friendly. Her explanation was easy to understand. I liked that she was not pushy with the product as I have experienced previously with other companies.

These folks don't follow the Lakewood laws regarding solicitation. The team member that knocked on my door (in order to attempt to avoid the doorbell camera) admitted that he saw the sign, but tried anyway. Won't ever be followed up on, but it is illegal.

"Every resident of the city shall have the right to post a notice or notices upon his property, including but not limited to apartments, condominium units and detached residences, to the effect that peddlers, solicitors and hawkers shall not enter the premises or solicit or attempt to solicit orders or sales from the occupant or occupants thereof. Any person who shall go in or upon any place so posted without previous invitation so to do from the occupant or occupants thereof, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of, or selling, goods, wares, merchandise, services, magazines, contracts, policies of insurance, stocks, bonds, rights, or anything of value, is guilty of an unlawful act."

We were extremely impressed with Clearwater. From the moment a salesman came to our door, everyone was extremely personable, communicative, and helpful. We received regular communication from Ryan on the status of our windows and they were flexible with timing to get them done! The installers were also the sweetest and hard working folks. They moved quickly on install day, but ensured that they were doing everything extremely well. We love our new windows and would highly recommend using them to install yours too!

Excellent experience overall. Team came out and took all the measurements. It took a few weeks for the windows to be made but when they came in they were able to install all 14 windows in one day. One window came cracked from the factory but they already had a new one on the way. Everyone was great to work with. No complaints.

This place has blown up my phone for months. I have said I was not interested many many times. I have blocked numbers they call from, and they still continue to call on various other numbers. They literally argue with me every time I answer the phone. I continue to say no thank you and its a 20 minute conversation because I dont want to be rude. After months of this I am done, and I’m just starting to hang up. There is a point that it becomes harassment. At this point I wont use them when we do need new windows. DO NOT give them your info!
