What Users Like The Least

I can’t get anyone to respond since 2020.
They definitely should last longer than this.
I am still waiting for a response about my warranty issue.
I sent a picture of the model number on the window, but no one followed up.
They failed within a couple of years.

I contacted James numerous times to try to fix 2 windows under warranty. They have to be held up with a piece of wood. They failed within a couple of years. I sent a picture of the model number on the window. I also contacted the office several times. I can’t get anyone to respond since 2020. They do a fine job until they fail. They definitely should last longer than this. It is now 5 years later and still can’t get anyone to help.

These guys were great!! They came recommended to me from multiple neighbors in my building and I am so glad I reached out. They installed two wall-to-floor patio doors in my condo downtown and made the process so simple and easy. James and Khris were great with communication and explaining all aspects of the job. Then the crew doing the work was also super efficient and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone! But most importantly, the doors look amazing and have made a drastic difference in audible and temperature comfort. All around great experience!!

We worked with James at Kraftwork Design to replace the windows in our home and swap out our patio french door with a new slide. We had nothing but a positive experience. James came out and discussed the various options we had available to us and gave his honest recommendation. His bid was reasonable, and he went above and beyond answering any questions we had. He kept us up to date on when our ordered windows would be delivered from the manufacturer and coordinated the installation once they arrived. His crew did a fantastic job of install our sliding glass door and windows in one day.

We did have one issue with a window screen that had a small hole from the manufacturer, which he resolved immediately. Any questions we had after the install were answered immediately, and I have no reservations that that type of customer service will continue into the future.

I highly recommend James and Kraftwork Design for your home improvement needs.

I truly say I hate having to try find someone or a company to come fix something that I can’t fix myself. It’s all about the out of pocket money the the unforeseen things that can happen to your home, car; and health!!

But working with Mr. Saylor at Kraftwork design made me question my dislike for hiring contractors and outside help.

He was efficient, professional, reachable, and most of all when we got his price it worked with our insurance and the price was the price without any unforeseen charges.

I’m not one to write reviews, and this is probably my second time. But being that I found kraftwork design through this site, I figure I should share it with you all
