Great experience, Cam Borgman must have juggled communicating between 4-6 different departments. Was onto of all the paperwork, Quick with replying any time I had questions and kept me in the loop with all relevant forms so I had everything I needed while dealing with insurance and solar companies.

The crew was amazing, showed up set up and was working full swing in 20 min. Brand new metal roof full instal in 2 days. Every time they broke for the day insured everything was covered incase of weather, pictures taken at every step of the process. Couldn't be happier with the performance or the results.

If you want a skylight the size and color you already have, good luck. I asked the supervisor of the crew 3 weeks before starting my roof to please find my new skylight first because it was an odd size. He said he would. Then 1 week before starting I asked him again because I had a feeling it would have to be ordered. He insisted he knew what he was doing and again told me not to stress. So AFTER they tore off all the old shingles he quick ran to Home Depot as well as several other stores. None of which had a skylight anywhere near the size of mine which could not be reused due to hail damage. So instead he put up a four foot long one on my two foot square hole. Also it was tinted which I did not want.
They said they would remove my very old gutters the same morning they do the roof. They did not. The laid the drip edge over the screw holes so now you couldnt take them down. It looked ridiculous all wavey. So when I saw it after work and told him its unacceptable he came out the next week and cut the drip edge on both sides of each set of screws so I could remove the gutters and refused to put up new drip edge even though he had cut the heck out of it. When I complained to the company they said there was no way they could do anything about the skylight because they would have to pull up all the new shingles around it. Then they sent a guy out to replace only half the drip edge. The only good news I got was that they had fired the supervisor already. Guess mine wasn't the only bad job he did. I gave 3 stars because the actual roofers who did do the shingles did a good job, worked hard, were very polite and cleaned up their mess.

Paragon Contracting was great to work with! They took care of everything! We didn't have to stress over the insurance headache. Our new roof looks amazing! They do great work. We had them do both of our houses. We highly recommend them!

I thought Paragon contracting did a real good job. Overall things happened as they said they would, and within the timeframe that I was told. they were also instrumental in helping me with my insurance company to get this thing going and completed. Since I don't really have any roofing experience and I'm not gonna hire another roofing company to inspect it, I would have to give this four stars from all that I can see.

They were true to their word and everything with my new roof went as planned. I have recommended them to others.

The work was in 2 parts. The roof part was very good. The second part was the siding which was originally done by inexperienced workers and had to be torn down and done again. This took Paragon and their contractor about a year to come back and do. Not good.

Paragon Contracting went above and beyond in every way. Dillion and Hunter were absolute pros—they discovered hail damage on my roof that I hadn’t even noticed and immediately got to work. Not only did they identify the issue, but they also worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure the damages were covered.

They handled all the communication with the insurance adjusters, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the whole process stress-free. Their dedication, professionalism, and follow-through were phenomenal.

Paragon came in and replaced the roof on our 3 story home in a quick professional manner. The team was easy to work with and answered all questions we had during the process. After the job was completed a gentleman came by and cleaned all of the tar remnants that had occurred. I did find a few nails here and there which I get is normal.

Very happy with the process and the results. I didn't even know I could have my insurance pay for a new roof. I was pretty skeptical when Dillion showed up in his big truck. I figured he was just a storm chasing scammer, but I decided to start the process with them after a bit of research. I'm happy I decided to work with them. They did great work on replacing my roof. Sean did a great job communicating to me and making sure the roofers did quality work. My home owners insurance rates did go up because of the claim, but even with that they saved me a bunch of money that I thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket.

Found hail damage on roof and they were able to work with my insurance carrier to replace the entire roof which was 17 years old. They completed the project in under a week and were great on clean-up and keeping everything in working order throughout the process.

This place is a great company . Sean was my account manger and he was fantastic. Very professional and did everything he said he was going to do which is hard to find these days. He came back out when it was done to put new snow strips back on my roof which he did not need to do . Awesome company !

I want to recommend Paragon Contracting llc and in particular, Project Manager Sean Smith. Sean caught me at just the right time after looking at my roof from the street and knocking on my door. I knew my roof was a 20-year old 3-tab that needed to be replaced, but I was not looking forward to the payout. I figured there was little hope of insurance covering it solely because of its age. But, when Sean stopped by, he urged me to explore the possibility because of the hail storms we’d had recently. He asked to go do a quick inspection and came down with clear photos of damage from those storms. We contacted my insurance claims office and Sean’s experience really helped with the inspection. He knew what inspectors might overlook and so he walked it with them to point everything out. When their estimate missed some city code requirements and that 3-tab are no longer available, Sean talked to them resulting in an additional payout for those required items. The roof was done within a day of material delivery without any problems. Sean continually checked up and was always available. For the record, I was so happy with the roof and impressed with Sean and Paragon I offered to do reviews on websites. They earned them.

Makenna was very professional, explaining step by step process from start to end. She was friendly, never pushy, she explained the insurance process for most company's. I had no idea where to go or how to start a claim for a roof. She helped me do it all,
very understanding. Makenna started with a complete explanation of work to be done, a timeline, as well as company warranty. She knows the business of roofing, process, products used by the company. She even helped me (I asked for her opinion) with color choice of shingles for my roof! I knew this was the right company with the most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. Answered my questions, a phone call away if I needed her. She met with my insurance adjuster, both were on the roof, and Makenna brought pictures of damaged roof. My claim was handled in a time I was completely satisfied with.
I was also impressed with workers as they were polite, on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up at the end of day. Makenna was on the roof at times checking work as well as well as progress. She checked all around my house for any clean up needed after guys were finished for the day. The guys were great, nothing left except a beautiful roof. I had a great experience with Paragon, and especially the project manager for Northern Arizona, Brennen O'Dell. He was on a project nearby and alerted me to a hail storm that had passed through the area recently and offered to inspect my roof for damage at no cost. He did detect damage, and took the time to explain what he found and what the criteria for a successful insurance claim on roof for my particular insurer would be. He assisted me with filing a claim and came back when my insurer's field agent came to inspect the roof. Brennen was attentive and clearly knowledgeable both about current practices and building codes, and once my claim was reviewed and accepted, worked expeditiously to get my roof scheduled for replacement before the cold weather set in. He then supervised the repair once his crew arrived. The job was done in a single day, and his crew did a good clean up job after the fact (no flat tires in the cul-de-sac since the job two months ago). Brennen provided the insurer with job completion pictures and remained in touch with me and insurance adjustor until payment was made. Brennen was a timely and informative communicator and was organized with the various transactions and documentation that had to be made. I climbed up on the roof after work was done and all appears to be in order. Only one roof nail was left exposed and Brennen was prepared to stop by the same week to address it. Overall, it was an easy, straightforward experience working with Brennen and I'm very satisfied with the work. In fact, I've recommended Paragon to two neighbors who are also making hail damage claims. Would definitely do business again with Paragon and recommend Brennen's attentive and knowledgeable, hands-on handling of the job.

Paragon contracting is by far one of the most honest and reliable companies around. Hunter Ritta specifically is so genuine and helpful. He gives 110% and always tries to make the already stressful process of getting a new roof as smooth as possible. You can actually get ahold of him and he walks you through the entire process from start to finish. Thank you for being an honest company.

They are about speed not quality. Over 2 dozen exposed nails, knocked heater vent loose from heater and left a a large amount of roofing material wast from tear off in attic. They did come back and fix the nails and heater vent but only cleaned up a portion of the attic. But if they had taken there time in the first place they wouldn’t of had to come back. I would say they do have good customer service. Example off exposed nails and garbage left in attic in pictures

Great contractor for roofing. Brennen was very professional, responsive and overall great to work with. Brennen worked through our Insurance company which made it so much easier and stress free. Roofers did a great job and ensured the ground around the house was picked up for nails and debris. Brennen also was able to arrange for a gutter company to have our gutters replaced.
Would highly recommend them for your roofing requirement.
