Poor communication by management. Our siding was replaced in May 2024 and we experienced some issues, mainly due to sloppy work and quick decisions. It took months after the initial project for all issues to be addressed, which finally happened by November 2024. Tons of miscommunication and the runaround with various people on their end. We brought the final 10% payment to the local office in December 2024. They sent an intent to lien letter the week of Christmas but then realized we made our final payment, so it was waived. They said the letter was automatic and apologized for us not having the smoothest restoration process. After being patient with all of the miscommunication and lag time with 123 Exteriors, it was highly disappointing. If you go with this company, be sure to keep records of your communication, picture proof and document the process.

We had a totally satisfied experience with 123 Exteriors and Brennan M for our recent roof replacement job. He was very helpful, communicating well, answering our questions and assessing the storm damage with the insurance claims people. Minor problems were addressed promptly. The quality of the work they did was good for the siding job they completed. The workers were on time, efficient and professional when they worked. My only issue is that there was left over materials from the job that I asked to be removed. I contacted my someone from the company four times and to date, it is a month later and the materials are still at my home.

We went with 123 Exteriors for a new roof. Arick made everything from quoting to cleanup very smooth. He was an awesome advocate for us on the install days, giving us frequent progress updates and communicating any potential issues well ahead of time. The roof looks great. We had our roof , siding, and gutters replaced last year by 123. We had some issues with leaking from overhang after install and siding that wasn’t locked into place. They came back in timely matter to correct issues, however we were the ones who had to discover it. Now a year later, we are noticing shingles that are lifting and a rain gutter that looks like it is pulling away. We have contacted them by phone and email at least 5 times in last month with no effort on their part to come look at our concerns. They promoted their warranty during the initial sell, but have not seemed to concerned about coming back to handle the issues a year later. Just frustrating seeing they got paid $45000 from our insurance. Would just appreciate timely communication and follow thru on their warranties. Might have to call another roofing company to inspect the work if they never get back to us.

We had our roof/gutters replaced via a storm damage claim. 123 Exteriors estimator Mitchel Pfaff was amazing to work with-guy knows customer service! Sub contracting roof crew did good work and cleaned up the site after the replacement. Sub contracting gutter crew did great work-hung correctly and no seam leaks! Language barrier was only issue with them. First rain had minor leak behind one section of fascia but 123 Exteriors came out quickly and found missing piece of drip edge which resolved that issue. Overall communication with 123 Exteriors needs improvement, but after speaking with management they assured me this will be improved for future customer interactions.

Arick went above and beyond when working with our Ins company that was being less than honest with us about their own damage assessment on our roof and siding. He never stopped pursuing them to get us what we deserved. We can not thank Arick enough for his tireless work on our claim and roof replacement.
Paul was great with the roofing project, keeping us posted on when the roof would be installed and all of the updates.

We had a lien filed against our home for an accounting error. With many questions asked by us for an invoice we never had one to review. Our insurance company satisfied all monies owed that were agreed upon. 123 Exteriors never checked the account just sent a lien.
Our neighbors walked by and I recommended as the work was great. I would not recommend them because of the error and their approach to resolving. They sent a letter of apology but did not redact the lien they filed.

When I first met Jacob I was a little skeptical of someone walking through the neighborhood looking for hail damage on houses. My neighbor across the street had him looking at his house and found several damaged areas. He said I should meet Jacob and see if he could help me out as I was just looking into either replacing or painting the siding on my home. I asked the name of the company and started looking up reviews of other customers. Many of the reviews were positive.
A few days later I met with Jacob and he explained, in detail, how the process works. He inspected my roof and siding and found several areas of damage.
I then filed a claim with my insurance company. A few weeks later an insurance adjuster was sent to my house to inspect the damage and submit his report to my insurance company. After several weeks I was contacted by my insurance claim agent and was approved to start the repairs.
Jacob was very informative on helping us pick out the style colors for our new roof and siding. He set up a time frame for the work to be started. They do hire third party contractors to perform their work but are lead by a 123 Exterior project manager. The project manager was on site several times throughout the process to make sure the work was meeting their professional standards. I cannot express enough how happy we were with the work performed. The detail the installers put into their work was truly amazing. Their experience was evident. When they were finished the cleanup was exceptional.
If you are lucky enough to have Jacob as your customer service representative you will find how easy going he is. His efficiency is top notch. Everything was laid out in detail so there were no surprises.

The waiting for the work to be done took longer than I thought it would.
Bur when they came for the roof it went surprisingly quick, and the same goes for the siding and gutters.

I had 123 Exteriors complete a new build roof that tied into an existing and they did an excellent job. Jacob is great at communicating, managing the project, and ensuring quality. Joe was also awesome and ran a tight ship. They both went above and beyond the expected scope in a few nitpicky areas with zero hesitation, even improving some areas of the existing roof since the crew was there anyways - thank you!

We had our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced by 123 exteriors and they did a phenomenal job! Not only did Mitchell help us through the process of quoting the work, choosing colors and working through the logistics- the crew was efficient, respectful, and everything was cleaned up perfectly prior to them leaving. We had two separate inspections afterward by managers of the company to make sure that we were satisfied and the work was done correctly. The project manager noticed some things on our roof that he didn’t like so they came back and ensured everything was done to their standards. We felt this was really above and beyond! Really happy with the work!

They put up paneling thats not even close to the same color as what it was before. Heidi the office woman hasnt returned my calls for a week. My sales guy nate has told me that other jobs are taking precedence even though ive paid for half the job already. Apparently im waiting on managers to sign of on multiple options but am completely in the dark. At this point, i have nothing good to say.

Update. Still no response. Told im being credited to get the painting done MYSELF. I paid for the painting several month ago and now instead of them doing it correctly, theyre too busy to fix the job they messed up. So i now have to go a get my painters to do the job they already did. These guys suck. Would never hire them again

We had 1 2 3 Exteriors come and door our roof. It rained the day before so they couldn't make it because it rained all day on the scheduled day. Joe had his crew out here the next day and they absolutely killed it!! The crew was professional, respectful, did an AMAZING job on both the house and the garage roof. We are also having our siding done the next day, so the roofing crew kinda had to have this job finished so it didn't get in the way of the siding. And that's exactly what they did! A complete house, and 2 and a half car garage, along with an addition, all done by supper time. 5 stars all the way!!!

My wife and I recently had a project started with 123 Exteriors and though it could have been worse it did not go well.

First of all, the sales rep (in our case his name was Austin) helps you file a claim for any damage with your insurance and negotiates with them for the highest amount. In return, you, the homeowner has to guarantee them the work.

No surprise 123 Exteriors was $3,000-$5,000 dollars above the other two bids I had completed by BCI Exteriors and another firm I can't find at this time.

When I knew there would be problems was during the initial billing, we were told 50% up front and 50% on completion and the front office initially billed for 65% up front.

When our project was scheduled, it was scheduled during a heavy rain fall. Keep in mind that part of the project was to replace the gutters. So, because the “Project Manager” (PM) can't read a seven-day forecast, we had the heaviest rain in weeks and our basement flooded because we had no gutter diverting the rain fall. The PM also did not verify the scope with the install team and so a window we wanted them to remove was not, and rotten wood was not replaced. Once my wife and I saw the issue we raised the concerns and the window was removed and resolved but I could not baby sit the install team to verify if the rotten wood was replaced, I suspect it wasn’t. There are some minor issues since the install that still have not been resolved (see picture), the pallet was supposed to be removed 2 weeks ago but is still in our driveway and 123 Exteriors has been radio silent yet sent me a “certificate of completion”.

The install team only checks for nails around the house and while I understand nails will be dropped, the more concerning thing is finding 8 used razor blades in the grass that could be seen that they did not look for or pick up that my kids almost cut their feet on.

While the issues are minor 123 Exteriors radio silence and disregard for follow through while locking homeowners into work and paying more is ridiculous.

On top of that my wife inquired about some extra work and we were quoted $1,400 dollars. Being in the construction industry as well, I am sure that the quote was padded to make up for the rework that needed to happen because of the PM and Install teams' failure. At this point I am not paying them anything else.

I sent 123 Exteriors an email and gave them 2 days to respond to work on a resolution before I hire outside vendors to clean up and complete the project and deduct the amount from their invoice and getting someone else to come out and complete the additional work. Which If I have to call outside vendors to fix their mess, I am going to pay extra to have them inspect 123’s work, verify that I got what I paid for and if I didn’t then I won't be the only one negotiating on my behalf.

If you are reading this, youtube the process for filing a claim and working with the adjustor on your own and get three bids for the work. Don’t get locked in by 123 Exteriors. You will be the PM, do the quality assurance, and pay more for it than other contractors.

I had my roof replaced by 123 Exteriors in 2020. Prior to this, I had no issues with leaks or paint damage in my garage. However, in spring 2024, I started noticing peeling paint on the ceiling and walls of my garage. Initially, I thought it was just aging, but by November 2024, water started leaking through the ceiling.

I immediately contacted 123 Exteriors, but they did not respond quickly. I had to call multiple times over a week before they finally sent someone. When they came, they only fixed the exterior roof and said they would also address the interior damage later.

However, after initially promising to fix the interior, the company changed their stance. First, they suggested we split the repair cost 50/50, and then later they completely refused responsibility, claiming it was not their fault.
