Pappas Roofing led by General Manager Brian Jackson, after a terrible hailstorm in my Austin neighborhood, did a superb job of putting new roofing on my home, my neighbor’s home, and my daughter’s home. Brian is knowledgeable, personable, reliable, and, in short, the consummate roofing professional. Roofing can be a tough business, but, if you want to get the job done and done well, I give Brian and Pappas my unqualified recommendation.

This was a great company. Brian was easy to communicate with to schedule everything, the crew did a fantastic job replacing my roof, and they left my house looking spotless after the replacement happened. Can’t recommend them enough!

I live in an apartment complex, and Papa's Roofing came to replace all of our roofs last week. I was so impressed at how efficient they are and how good the roofs look. Professional, Thorough and NEAT!

Pappas replaced my roof and they did a great job! My roof is very steep, but these guys have been roofing for a long time and they know what they are doing! I had a high profile ridge put on that made the ridgeline look great and it really stands out in the neighborhood. I also have a pool and they took precautions to make sure no nails ended up in the pool. JD was respectful and communicated with me through the whole project. Awesome customer service!

Thought I had a roof leak. Water dripping from kitchen ceiling during bad storm. I was very concerned I wouldn’t be able to locate the company that installed my roof because 5 years had passed. Miraculously Pappas roofing and contractors were still in the same location in Plano. Called and Brian Jackson, the GM, came in a few hours. He was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. He even caulked the windows where water was getting in. He also put WD-40 on the window because it was hard to open. When he was inspecting the roof he noticed we had a clogged downspout and he cleaned that out. He was extremely helpful. Good, honest contractors do still exist!

Pappas Roofing is at my apartment complex working on our roof. While I'm just a resident here, my boyfriend and I want to give a huge shout out to Brian for being so kind and helpful when we were in need! Brian saw us jumping my car with no luck in the garage and offered to help. He found a problem with my battery connectors that was causing my car to be completely dead and when I came back with new connectors to replace, he helped get my car working again! Very grateful to him - thank you so much! Pappas Roofing clearly values doing a great job and being kind regardless of the nature of the work - highly recommend.

I was hesitant to even have my roof inspected, but my next door neighbor was having his done by Andy at Pappas Roofing. I am so glad I got it inspected (as my 7 year old roof was demolished) and Andy took not only pictures but a video to show me. The whole process was super easy and now I have a new roof! We got our roofing done with Pappas Roofing and Construction. I must say it was a great experience right from the begining (emergency repairs) till the end (Post installation Warranty). Several months after Pappas repaired our roof, I found cracks in the ceiling in the upper bedroom. I called them and they came back and fixed it. I was very impressed with Billy who was amazingly responsive and quickly came and made everything right with no issues. We highly recommend this company.

The company has made a good faith effort to correct the issues stemming from the initial roofing installation. I believe a lack of supervision and inexperience were the problem. The owner and managers worked with me to settle all issues. When you do business with this company be sure and get to know the owner and managers before any work begins. This will likely prevent any issues.

Zach with Pappas Roofing knocked on my door a few months ago and offered to check out my roof to see if it should be replaced. I had lots of hail damage and he was able to work with my insurance to get them to cover a new roof. They were even willing to install a solar powered attic vent while they were working on the roof. They were extremely professional. The whole process took minimal input from me. The work was done quickly and my roof looks great. I had a minor hangup that I didn't catch until a few months later. I talked to Bill about it and they came out and backed up their work without any major issues.
