The guys did a super job. Power washed, sanded the areas need and even put 3 coats in spots where the hail striped the old stain. Kept everything cleaned up and neat each day. Would highly recommend them! Job well done!!!

I had the pleasure of working with David Gomez, owner of Pancho's, and his team in the summer of 2025 after I purchased a new home in Rapid City. I was looking for both a painter and handyman and David provided both services in South Dakota and Wyoming.

He and his team showed up promptly to meet with me and likewise gave me written bids for the work to be performed, which were extremely reasonable compared to other companies. David provided me with an all inclusive bid to paint the entire exterior of my house including all labor and materials which put me at ease that there wouldn't be any surprise charges. They showed up on time every day and got straight to work. They were able to paint my entire home in less than a week with two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, with different colors for trim and the body.

When they were done they cleaned up thoroughly. David did multiple walks around the house looking at every detail. Any minor issues were promptly addressed, even coming back several days after they had completed the job to perform minor additional touch-up services.

Having remodeled multiple properties in different states in my lifetime, his team and he are far and away the best painting contractors with whom I've worked. They're also affordable and very detail oriented. Pancho's Black Hills Painting truly is a gem and they'll be my go to contractor for hopefully many projects in the future.
