It was a very easy and smooth process having Pamalu Roofing redo the roof on my home. They were very responsive from the start and kept me informed on the job and how it was progressing. They did a great job, despite it raining throughout the week, while they were working, getting soaked in the process while they were making sure my house was protected from the rain. I am very happy with the job they did and the quality of work.

I had a pretty bad experience with Pamalu Roofing. They basically took my money and did not finish the job. They asked my insurance company for extra funds but could not provide the necessary invoices. Then, they simply did not respond to my phone calls, texts and emails. It has been 8 months and my roof is still not finished. They removed my gutters and never replaced them. I would never hire them again!

Great company to work with! They finished the job SO quickly - 1 1/2 days, , even though extra work was needed to replace dry rotted eaves. Everything was left clean, no damage to any landscape.
