This was the quickest turnaround on a project that I have ever experienced. I called a few days ago and Josh, the owner of the business, swung by 10 minutes later and gave me an estimate almost immediately for staining my 10 year old deck that was not in the greatest shape. I got a quote from another contractor that was $150 more and it was only given via email, no in-person visit, so obviously I went with Palmetto Outdoor & Renovations LLC. The next day Josh power washed the deck to prepare for the solid color stain. He returned the next day with the painter and the project was finished that day. He came back to clean up and get his equipment. The deck looks much better than I would have expected and he even left 2 cans of the stain for us.

Josh did an absolutely amazing job repairing our deck! We are out of town landlords and he made everything extremely easy and was able to accomplish the project within a week from contacting him. He went above and beyond to ensure that our tenants were happy with the repairs. His communication and professionalism were outstanding and we would not hesitate to reach out to him again if we needed additional work on our home.

Josh was very responsive right from the beginning. We didn’t really have a budget as we had to redo the siding on the whole house. He kept us updated on progress and sent pictures the whole time. I was out of town for most of the job and came home to a completely different house. It looks beautiful and our neighbors have already been complimenting it. We have other projects that need to be done and will be contacting Josh when we are ready to start

Thank you for finally responding in writing. Unfortunately, you are dishonest. You tried to pass off terrible work as the standard. Then lied to say I rushed you. All I asked was when and what was being done because I don’t speak spanish and there was a communication problem. Had you been on site and communicated the schedule , you could have prevented the issue. Asking a business man to reply to an email is normal. Not harassment. I’m not sure why you are upset but I too wish you well. I will have all documents and pictures reviewed to decide the next course of action. Thank you.

I hired Josh to paint the entire interior of an older house in Forest acres. There were many plaster cracks, partial popcorn and water staining of the ceilings. His paint crew did a phenomenal job. The ceilings are now smooth and besutiful. . The paint job was top notch. Very pleased !

I called for a quote on some drywall repairs. Josh came out, looked around, and gave me a quote shortly after leaving the house. We agreed on the price and he had a couple of his guys out a few hours later. Everything was done in one day. I chose to sand and paint myself. I'd definitely use them again.

Josh was very nice and carried himself in a highly respectful and professional manner. His crew was also extremely pleasant to work with. They showed up on time each day and delivered a high quality product for a very reasonable price. His crew even removed and relocated my water hose fitting at no extra charge in order to put the deck where I wanted it to go. They worked very proficiently and finished the project in only 2 days. They also cleaned up all of their mess and put my pine straw back the same way as when they arrived. If you are looking for a high quality deck, or any other additions/upgrades to your home, I highly recommend this company.

The owner and crew were both very responsive to anything needed to complete our interior and exterior painting projects. They also did fascia repair related to squirrel damage. We chose Palmetto Outdoor Renovations for our the renovation of our wood gate, as well as the renovation of our basement flooring. They were fast, professional, and perfect for the job. Josh and his team came for an estimate and gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate to remove carpets, install luxury vinyl, and finish with transitions and quarter round moldings. Josh and his team were professional, thorough, and delivered on everything they said they would. On day of work, his team came in removed carpeting from two rooms, pulled all the tacking, installed the vinyl and finished each room. Both rooms look incredible and I couldn't be happier with Josh and his guys! Josh and crew replaced a deck, a porch and two ramps at my home. Estimate was reasonable and communication easy. His crew showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up, leaving no materials or garbage behind.

I want to first say Josh is very nice. Why the one star? The stain job itself is very bad. I communicated my concerns with Josh and At no time did the company stand behind their customer satisfaction statement. He offered to reduce the total bill but it wasn’t about the money; my complaint was about the stain job itself. Not the color because I purchased the stain myself. I’m talking about the quality of the job. The bottom of the fence throughout the entire yard looks like the stain was spray painted with no concern of uniformity. What’s unfortunate is my grown kids laughed and said you get what you pay for. $499. Should not be an indication that it’s going to be a bad job. Very disappointed with this company.

Used these guys to have my deck and ramped stained, was a very reasonable price and they did an excellent job, they had great communication with me and used the color that I had picked out. I would use the guys again if I ever have another deck built or a fence.
