I was amazed when Alex, the owner himself, showed up to do the estimate. He was thorough and patiently explained everything to me. He provided all of his documentation and licenses, references and more without being asked. Anytime I needed anything or had a question he was quick to respond.

The crew showed up on time the day of the job and finished the same day! The crew was so polite and did a fantastic job. They worked very hard to make sure everything was cleaned up and placed back exactly how it was.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards Alex, Mario and their whole crew! Very honest and hardworking people! They did a wonderful job on the roof for my barn. I'll forever be grateful for all they did and how kind and down to earth they all were!

Palmer roofing was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy they did. After a bad storm Alex came over to inspect my roof and identified hail damage throughout. He took picture and discussed with me the process work working with my insurance. Later that week Alex came back to my house when the claims adjuster was there and he talked him through the damage as the adjuster flew a drown over my house to inspect the room. The adjuster agreed there was damaged and the next week Alex got me scheduled to replace my roof. Alex walked me through the different types of shingles dropped off example shingles which helped me find the right one for my house. The next week Alex had a team out at my house and they did the roof in one day. When they finished it looked great and Alex was very helpful explaining everything they did and also submitted picture of my gutters that also had damage but the inspector couldn’t see with the drone. Insurance approved and a few weeks later we had new gutters installed as well. I have recommended Alex to friends and he had done two of my neighbors houses as well.

The thing I found most respectable about Alex is his honesty. He went to another neighbors house and told him his roof was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. Being able to trust someone is huge and I trust Alex and will continue to recommend him and his company.

Palmer was great. I worked directly with Alex. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. Alex was always available to answer any and all of my questions. He delivered everything as promised, and he provided quick service. I recommended him to a co-worker, and her experience with Palmer mirrored my own.

Alex came highly recommended from many neighborhoods to repair roof after damage and I can see why. Very professional, met my adjuster with me so they could handle it (I didn't know the process); made it incredibly easy and was very honest, handing me a folder with his credentials, showing he was BBB rated, bonded etc and let me make a decision after looking through. Crew was awesome, professsional, courteous - done in a day, cleaned up entire perimeter ensuring they got all depris and all nails, I even noticed them replacing a couple flowers that got damanged that I probably did myself ha. Alex upgraded litttle things without nickel and diming me, at his cost which is how he comes referred, word of mouth. Roof looks awesome, never noticed my roof before. Thanks Alex,

Wonderful! Alex and his crew made getting the new roof pretty seamless. The work looks awesome! Also, really liked how they cleaned up in the yard. We have dogs and kids so it was definitely a priority for me.
Alex was most helpful in dealing with the insurance company. We had Atlas Chalet Shingles and storm damage. The shingles were discontinued so they were able to help me file the claim with our insurance and get the roof replaced.

Boy am I happy I met Alex from Roof Claim Express. After nightmares with roof issues and bad companies, Alex came and sorted it all including dealing with the insurance company. I practically did nothing, they did it all and I got a new roof. And what a roof. They are so professional, it was simply a good experience. One happy person here!

Palmer Contracting recently replaced our roof and they did an exceptional job. The workers were very professional and are the best at what they do. They worked continuously for twelve hours and the roof is beautiful. Upon completion they made sure to put back everything they had moved (outdoor furniture, etc.) back to where it belonged and cleaned up all the roof debris from the yard). Alex was great to work with and accommodated all our needs and the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend Palmer Contracting for anyone that needs to replace your roof or even to assess roof damage from a storm, etc.

My wife and I highly recommend Palmer Contracting, Roof Claim Express for any roofing needs. We simply cannot express enough gratitude for the diligence, expertise, and time they put into working with the challenges set forth by our insurance company. It was clearly apparent that after 15 years of violent wind and hail storms, that our roof was no longer sufficiently protecting our home. Of course, our insurance company did not see it that way and only approved patchy repairs. With the experience of Palmer Contracting on our side, the claim was re-examined and approved! Within days, we had a beautiful new roof! It was my first time having any roofing work done and he was very patient with the numerous questions I had, very knowledgeable about the available products and warranties, and extremely thorough with the job. His prices were very competitive and there were no hidden costs. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.

They knew did an awesome job with the roof and met my insurance adjuster to help get it paid for. I didn't even know I had enough damage to get a new roof and just called when a friend said how good and courteous they are and how they do free inspections. The whole thing was so fast and the roof was done in one day!
