On February 13th I entered into a contract with Palma Roofing and Construction Llc out of Abbeville to replace my roof. I put a down payment for materials in the amount of $5,800 at that time. Fast forward to today 4/24/23 and I still do not have a new roof, I have been told numerous times that my roof would be installed soon, but there always seems too be some issue stopping that from happening.

I have demanded several times too have my money refunded and again I was told numerous times that the Check is In The Mail. (Also in all of this mess I found out that he IS NOT licensed with the La Board of Contractors to do Roofing or Construction Work)

Well I'm fed up, so I have filed Felony Theft Charges on Jerry Palma. So I suggest that you DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM AND SPREAD THE WORD.
