Good experience. Everything went very well, and quicker than I had expected. Called Peter Wednesday for estimate on roof leak. He came by Thursday and gave me a price for the roof repair and some maintenance issues. His crew was here Friday at 9, did repairs, and cleaned up before they left. I would use his service again.

This company gave us incredible value for service. Not only did their price come in lower than the competitors, but they were reliable, friendly and did a great job tidying up the area afterwards.

Palace Roofing is awesome! Peter runs an excellent business. Efficiency and integrity are the names of the game. We called to see if they could look at our roof and a couple of skylights. Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures.

We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us.

Needed repairs to roof from fallen tree. Not only did they fix all the holes a day after I agreed to the quote, but they even repaired a soft spot with rotting wood and were able to fix my gutters as well.

During the home buying process some questions around the integrity of the roof were raised following the inspection of the house I was under contract to purchase. We closed on our new home and that same weekend our gutter fell down in a storm. We contacted Palace Roofing and Peter got us a quote quickly and suggested adding extra hangers to prevent this from happening to the other gutters. We were very nervous to have the gutter off with more rain on the way and Palace was able to come out the same weekend and did an exceptional job fixing it and adding hanger supports around the home. It looks even better than when we bought and their prices were competitive. We will absolutely use them again in the future when we need a new roof or any other gutter/roof repairs. They helped ease a very stressful first week of home ownership!

Peter and the team at Palace Roofing Restoration & Gutters were amazing. Amazing from the time they picked up the phone to the time they came out to inspect my roof. BTW they actually answer their phone. I know that seems weird, but before I called Palace, I called 3 companies that didn't answer or call me back. They treated me like a priority and came out the same day. Peter didn't just give me a quote, but he gave me an education on what goes into picking out a new roof and the different types of shingles. Another plus, Peter used to be an insurance adjuster. He is well versed in filing claims and can help you get your insurance to pay for the roof if you qualify. I ended up getting 4 quotes and Palace was fair and gave me 3 different options and explained each one in detail. I love this company.

I found that getting a company to repair a gutter was a difficult task. I made many calls and sent a number of emails to numerous companies to repair two broken gutter seams. Peter answered my call, came by and assessed the situation, and provided two options for repair. He noted that the gutter screens were likely causing more harm than good. In addition to doing an excellent repair of my gutters, his team came t kindly removed all the screens and blew out my gutters. I trust Peter and definitely would use his company again.

My client is buying this house and it needed a roof inspection. I hired this company. Mr. Pedram “Peter” Bidhendi showed up on time at 11am and said he conducted the roof inspection (pre- paid in full) even thought it was storming but by 6pm I still had not received my inspection's report when the selling agent called me to let me know "My Roofing Guy, Peter", had cut a deal with the house owner, and was going to fix the roof for him. It has been 5 days, I still have not received my report. I asked for a refund. STILL no Refund. As a realtor, I am very familiar with roof inspectors, I am never using this one again. Just beware. NOT recommended for real estate business.

Peter was very informative and helpful in diagnosing a water leak issue. Turns out it wasn't a roofing issue...and he was extremely honest even though i would have likely had whatever work done if told that's what was causing the issue.

Peter and Diana were great to work with. We had a leak from a vent in our roof and the chimney. Peter was able to assess and repair the leak, going the extra mile to repaint our rusty vent to make it look new. We also opted for the roof protection, so they sealed other vulnerable spots in the roof, nailed down any loose shingles, and removed unnecessary wires. I had some issues getting a roof leak repaired from the construction company who replaced my roof so I called Palace Roofing and Peter came out to inspect the leak and checked the damaged. He informed me via email of the issue and what work was needed to repair the leak. Since my roof was still under contract Peter told me I could forward his email response to the previous contractor for repair so that the work would be free of charge. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and I appreciate the excellent communication and personal attention. I will be recommending their services to my friends, family and neighbors!

Peter was very professional and took good care of us. I had called him out to do a simple roof inspection and we had agreed on the price beforehand. Once he got up there, he realized there was a considerable more amount of work. Without asking me, or asking for more money, he took care of all of the necessary issues. He took pictures and showed me what was wrong and how he corrected it. There was a considerable amount of mold/mildew build up on the roof as there were trees sitting on it. He spent literally hours scraping off the mildew and getting the roof looking prestine. He took pictures of that too and offered to come back in 45 days to inspect again. I would definitely recommend him to others.
