I had the get my tub replaced and garage ceiling redone due to damage and a leak. Devin was able to come the same day for an estimate. He worked with my insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster. He was prompt and very patient with me as I asked a million questions. He guided me through the whole process and when he was finished I was absolutely impressed with the results. I love the new flooring. He even repainted my walls. And even though this was a guest bathroom, I was the first person to take a shower in it which I’ve never done before. Now I can’t wait for him to start on my personal bathroom. In addition, I will also hire him the redo all my flooring in my house. I absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting quality and affordable contracting work.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr.Duvall! He did a wonderful job fixing up my bathroom. He was very professional, informative, punctual, & a hard worker! From the start of the process to the end, everything went smoothly. My bathroom turned out better than I imagined and you can tell he took his time to make sure everything about it looks amazing and was done correctly. Will hire him again for sure!

We hired Devin in 2023 via Thumbtack and were very satisfied. So when another painting project came up, I contacted him again.
The challenging conversation should have been a red flag. I contacted him on Wednesday the 11th and then had to reach out again on Saturday the 14th to get the work scheduled. On Sunday the 15th, we were informed another painter would be coming out the next morning at 9 am. The painter arrived at 9:42 on Monday. He worked for a little over three hours (it was a small paint job). When he finished, we asked about the streaks and he stated that it was because the paint was still wet. We made payment, which was cashed the same day. See screenshot of Devin’s text blaming us.
2 hours later, the streaks remained along with paint splash on the baseboards and wall outlets. See pics. We notified Devin and sent pictures. Devin responded at 10:36 pm on Monday and let us know they would be back out the next day to correct. I responded at first AM Tuesday with my availability. When I didn’t hear back, I messaged again on Wednesday and again, no response. I messaged again on Friday and finally got a response. Devin blamed his busy schedule and the painter he sent out for his lack of response. We contracted with Devin for the job and he cashed our check but it was his employee’s fault.
Devin promises 100% customer satisfaction according to his website but the customer needs to be warned that trying to get the situation rectified to their satisfaction will be almost impossible.

Devin has completed several jobs on my home and I actually just hired him again for a fireplace mantle install!

Devin and his crew Showed up time for the estimate and did everything he said he could with the given time frame. Amazing work!!!!!
