I highly recommend this company. Luis Lucas is awesome. After calling about the leaks in my house because of my roof. He came to talk to me and explain how the process work. He was very nice and informative with all the things I needed to know. He also informed me when the workers will be there to do the work. He also came watch and made sure everything was done the correct way. If you need your roof done ask for Luis Lucas.

I requested a free roof inspection from EXT Roofing Services after a recent storm. On the scheduled day, EXT conducted a thorough inspection using both physical access and overhead drones. They carefully documented all visible damage with written notes and photographic evidence, then submitted a detailed inspection report to my insurance company.

Once the claim was opened, EXT coordinated with the insurance company’s inspector for a joint re-inspection of the roof. After reviewing the findings from both inspections, the insurance company confirmed that the roof had sustained damage from both wind and hail. Because the extent of the damage exceeded repair thresholds—and the shingles were no longer in production—a full roof replacement was approved.

Luis Lucas, the project manager, oversaw the removal and installation of the new roof. This was a large project involving 5,000sf of shingles covering multiple ridges and valleys. Luis ensured the project stayed on schedule and maintained clear, consistent communication with both the insurance company and me throughout the process. He also thoroughly documented any additional damage uncovered during the project, as well as any required code upgrades.

With the project now complete, and the 5-year warranty in hand I want to thank both Luis Lucas and the EXT installation crew for their professionalism and workmanship.

Marco Escalante, knocked on my door and said I can get you a new roof without you coming out of pocket for anything. He told me that he would handle all the business with the insurance company and he did what he said. The process was easy and fast. Very professional and he stands behind what he says. I recently had the pleasure of working with EXT Roofing Company for a roofing project, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, my experience was seamless and positive.

Elvin and Marco were my main points of contact, and they truly exemplified professionalism. They took the time to answer all of my questions patiently, ensuring I felt confident in the process and decisions being made. Their demeanor was friendly, which made this usually stressful experience much more enjoyable.

The crew started bright and early, arriving right on time, and they worked diligently throughout the day. I could hear them playing music, which added a nice touch of energy to the work—it's clear they enjoy what they do and take pride in their craftsmanship.

When the job was completed, they took great care to clean up thoroughly—it was almost as if they had never been there in the first place!
The only minor hiccup was the dumpster being left in my driveway longer than anticipated. However, a quick call to Elvin and the issue was resolved.

EXT Roofing Services Inc was very professional and took time, efforts and expertise to file the roof damage claim until the entire roof replacement was approved. Upon approval, they did get the roof replaced with high quality shingles and material with 30+ years of warranty. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for Roof Claims.

The crew was on time and professional. The agent I talked to, Marco, was knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns. He checked with me regularly to ensure I was satisfied with the service. He returned days later allowing me time to walk the property for things I want address. He pointed out upgrades they made to the roof. The roof replacement took a day. They started approximately 7AM and finished by 6PM, to include cleaning, debris and nail collection.

This is a company whom repretation proceed its self. Marco made the process of getting my roof replaced easy. I would definitely go with them any any roof repair needed.

EXT Roofing has taken the stress out of dealing with contractors for roof replacement and/or repairs. They made the replacement of our roof seamless, they did their due diligence and covered our property, landscaping, HVAC and driveway so the roofing debris wouldn’t be a problem.

EXT replaced our entire roof. I can’t speak highly enough about EXT Roofing, the crew, and especially our project manager Henry Rivera. Henry worked diligently with his crew to inspect our roof and inside the attic for damage. He worked with our insurance company, including inspectors, throughout the process, and made it as painless as possible for us. They justified all of the weather damage on the roof and we received no push back from the insurance company or the inspector.

The crew showed up early in the morning, the day of the job, and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient, and were extremely conscientious about the mess that comes with roof replacement. They cleaned meticulously, even spending a long time in our yard with magnet sticks finding nails.

We now have a beautiful new roof on our home, and we are over the moon!
