Our experience with this company was unlike any other. We had a particularly difficult mold remediation situation for my parents, and while my parents were displaced for the work to be done, my dad passed away. One of the employees here came to the funeral, and they felt like friends helping us through a hard time rather than just a remediation company. Excellent work too, and the most personable people. Highly recommend!

Aj came out to my house and was so nice. He took care of all the headaches we had going on. I would highly recommend serenity to everyone!!!

Serenity Restoration services have been absolutely terrific! Daniel and Luis were prompt, professional and communicative- keeping us informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Someone had came out twice to measure and assess the damage. I constantly messaged them for an estimate but never got one. The manager showed up on the day my insurance person came and said he was going to follow up with me. Never did. I called the office to follow up and was told I would be given a call. Never got any follow up. Giving them two because they were at least nice when they showed up

My experience with Serenity was amazing. I had a huge water issue in my kitchen and had water damage everywhere. Matt and AJ came out initially and were able to answer all of my questions that I had and were able to get me setup for the mitigation process. Daniel and his team came out and pulled everything up and cleaned out any mold. Daniel and Luis were very friendly and very attentive. Serenity Restoration did a fantastic job on my home that suffered water damage in mid-December from an overflow to my 1/2-bathroom toilet. Serenity responded quickly to my concerns and was extremely helpful throughout the process.

Raul and his team were all great! We had a pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom and these guys came out the same day that we called to start the mitigation process. They had to come out a couple times over a week's span to ensure all the water and mold was dried up and tended to, but they didn't interrupt our lives at all. They made sure none of their set ups inconvenienced us more than necessary and they always cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use Serenity Restoration again if I had to!

This company and their employees were amazing. I never was left without knowing our next step. They removed all trash and materials, and left my house really clean and organized. We had a water leak in our kitchen and are very happy with the fabulous service we received from Serenity Restoration! Matt came out first to assess the damage and was so kind, patient and helpful. He has been very accessible for questions and guidance throughout this process. Austin did the demo and cleaning and was fantastic - prompt, polite and his work was so neat! I expected to find everything all ripped up. But he took the time to only cut out the damaged areas and even covered the unaffected portions of our kitchen in plastic during the drying out period. Can’t say enough about this company. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I recommend them without hesitation and would definitely use their services again!

I've used close to 40 water mitigation companies around Atlanta over the last 2 years as part of my job and I've seen the good and the bad. These guys are hands down one of the best, if not the best around.

AJ and his crew saved the day. We needed water mitigation after a devastating winter storm, in Central Texas. They came in and inspected, mitigated and dried out our home within three days. We now have peace of mind knowing we will not have to deal with mold and can restore our home with confidence. While everyone we encountered while working with Serenity Restoration was knowledgeable and professional, they also make you feel like family. You never feel like "just another project". Highly recommend.

At Easy Office Furniture we had water damage from another tenant. AJ and Matt were super helpful and responsive with getting the issue fixed. Even though we had to still help our customers and their equipment was everywhere, they were very courteous to our needs and accommodating. On a funny note; we have a display chair that sits outside of our business, well it had rained that day and the chair was completely soaked. When I brought it for the day the dehumidifiers and fans completely dried the chair out that evening.

I have used Serenity Restoration’s services twice in the past couple of weeks and the team was incredible. Our representative, AJ, was hands on and extremely responsive. Most recently, our 80k sq ft warehouse was flooded ankle deep in sewage and water backup from recent storms and their team had us cleaned up, sanitized, and back up and running the next business day. Their team was fast, effective, and didn’t hesitate to assist with all our needs. We were beyond pleased with their service and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone else considering their services.

AJ and his team were fantastic! They addressed all of our concerns regarding the sewage back up we had and ensured everything was cleaned to our expectations. They were thorough to check even ‘unseen’ areas and determine what needed to be done for proper clean up. They were punctual and followed through. I hope I don’t need them again, but if we do, they will definitely be contacted first!!

I highly recommend Serenity Restoration. I had two water issues within a week and I was worried about mold. AJ responded to my call immediately and came out quickly. He showed up with such a bright smile and friendly demeanor. He tested all the questionable areas of my basement with his bag of tools and determined I did not have any mold damage. Back in February we had a small flood in our basement. I called AJ in the evening and he asked all questions concerning the issue to understand how risky the situation was. Arrived next day at noon as agreed and after checking all my house: bathrooms, laundry and kitchen to determine where the water came from, very savvy diagnosed it came from our Septic Tank That afternoon we called Pumpo and the issue was solved. AJ did not stop there. He realized two of our toilets where loosing water and came the next day with the parts to fix them, getting that pending plumbing issue out of our way. I called and there were here within minutes. AJ was the professional and understood the situation and handled it perfectly. He brought the blowers and humidifiers without even worrying about payment. he was attentive to the situation and calmed my fears about a big bill.
He checked on us during the drying out period to make sure everything was going according to plan and offered to work with the insurance adjuster and plumber. As a matter of fact he did not even charge for initial delivery.

A truly honest, customer-friendly CEO. AJ Shipley came to our home on time and determined that our issue was not mold and thus nothing he could help with. Nonetheless, he used his shop vac to clean our wall and floor of what we thought was mold and did not charge us anything. A wonderful experience. He was also cordial and patient on the phone when I made the appointment.

After my insurance company refuses to honor my claim for mole damage as a result of roof leakage, Serenity Restoration came to the recuse. Serenity took care of the repairs for the cost of my deductible, eliminating the mole problem in addition to going the extra mile and cleaning off my roof. We did not know where to turn when our washer overflowed and water spread through two stories and a total of twelve rooms. Serenity Restoration was highly rated online, and AJ called us before we'd even finished describing the problem on the search site. AJ was incredibly thorough, careful, and neat. He explained every step of the process and followed through on all. He aimed to dry things out with as little damage as possible. Although he had to pull out wall boards and floor tile and remove carpet, sheetrock, and insulation, he always left the work areas tidy and completely free of debris. He worked well with our insurance company and even kept the budget in mind as he did the job.

Aj did an awesome job when out bathroom flooded the night before we were set to go on vacation. He came over right away to help clean up water and RIP out floors. He even checked on things while we were gone. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.
