Terrible communication, did a fairly mediocre job on the house.
They damaged inside drywall, didn’t install vents in the garage when they said they would.
Don’t respond to numerous texts, and even the insurance company has stated they can’t get hold of them.
Took weeks to get a response.

We shopped a few roofing companies and decided that Dean was our guy! Dean was extremely fair on pricing, honest, straight forward, professional, and the end results were everything we could hope for! I asked Dean to come out to run the magnet around the house to make sure we got all the nails up and he was there in no time! I felt that Dean really cared about giving us a good deal and he did a great job! I would recommend Palace Restoration over and over again! Thank you Dean, we are very happy!

We had the best experience with Palace Restoration. I really couldn't have asked for more. Everything was done timely and the roof looked great. Our yard was clean after the job. I'd recommend them to anyone! The owner even went the extra mile and fixed part of our siding that needed repairs that wasn't covered with insurance.

Terrible communication, did a fairly mediocre job on the house. Hired them through our insurance company (Liberty Mutual), they damaged inside drywall, didn’t install vents in the garage when they said they would, don’t respond to numerous texts, and even the insurance company has stated they can’t get hold of them--took weeks to get response. Pulled a permit with the city of Mpls and then they didn't schedule the follow up city inspection to close out the permit, even though they said they did. When I called the city the inspector was surprised no one had done this, so I set it up. Hired an independent inspector to look it over found numerous fastener issues, resulting in some damage to shingles, and other stuff.
