We recently had our home tented by Pacific Termite and Pest Control and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual and thorough. They completed it on schedule and when we returned it was exactly as we left it, except now it is termite and bug free. They made a stressful situation much easier and gave us peace of mind knowing that our home is protected. Thank you Kandy and Cliff, you guys are amazing!

Pacific Termite Pest Control was wonderful to work with! Kandy was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and the exterminators were efficient and friendly and did an incredible job!! They went above and beyond!

Everyone I spoke to on the PTPC staff was friendly and helpful. We had to make a last minute schedule change and I was so grateful to be accommodated! They really went the extra mile. Nan was also helpful in making sure we were prepared and knew what to do. The crew who came the day of fumigation were punctual and kind as well. Great experience and definitely recommend!

These folks are great. They were prompt and helpful when I inquired about termite fumigation treatment. When I got sick the same week they were scheduled to treat my house they were very understanding able to reschedule just a couple weeks later.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a job 2 months in advance, I have emails confirming the date, I spent over eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) to make it possible to tent (their requirements), I called several times to confirm, and they didn't show up. They even admit that they made the mistake and forgot to schedule the job in their office. When I called, they said they forgot to schedule it and couldn't tell me when they would be able to reschedule. I wouldn't reschedule with them anyway, it would cost me another $18000, and who knows if they would show up anyway.

We had our house tented recently by Pacific Termite and Pest Control. Everything went according to plan - the team arrived when they said they would, Shalom and his crew went right to work, and they were extremely respectful of our property.

We were concerned about the tiles on our roof as well as the vegetation surrounding the house. However, there was no need to worry, as the crew took their time and everything was in wonderful condition when we returned to our house.

I would not hesitate to use them should the need arise!
