I want to share my experience today with Kyle. I had a very specific downspout problem and Kyle totally had the knowledge, took the time, and sold me the exact parts at a VERY FAIR $price. After running into dead ends over and over again these guys fortunately had the solution for me!

From the very beginning I could tell this is a company that cares about their customers. I received timely communications, a fair price and they went above and beyond to work within some tight schedule parameters. This was a fairly good size project and while there were a few minor issues, they came out and quickly addressed them, no questions asked. The overall workmanship is excellent and the team showed up on time each day. Kyle with Pacific Star Gutters installed gutters on our house several years ago and did a great job. We recently called him again because someone had backed into and bent one of our downspouts. Kyle was out and had it repaired before anyone else would even come out to give an estimate. Such great service! Kyle and Pacific Star Gutters really set the standard—couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Getting the bid from Kyle set our service off to a great start. He looked everything over, answered my questions, told me about their products, and didn't try to upsell or push higher-priced options. We got a few other bids, but with the experience of Pacific Star Gutter and their price, the decision was very easy.

It took about two weeks from when we agreed to the bid for their crew to come out and replace our gutters. Both guys were very nice, answered my questions, and didn't seem annoyed when I just wanted to see the gutter machine work. It took about four hours for them to remove our old gutters and install new ones. After the first rain, all the issues we previously had were gone. They look great and blend perfectly with the house.

I would personally recommend Pacific Star Gutter and have already told several friends and coworkers. Great local company with great people.

We had a relatively small job but I wanted the finish to match my house architecture. Because it was small, I was concerned that it wouldn't be taken seriously. I worked with Kyle to make sure that he understood what I was looking for. He was willing to discuss and propose solutions, and solved the issue very cost effectively. His team came when I was out of town, but my partner met them and showed them where they needed to work. They showed up on time and executed the job cleanly with no issues for the landscaping or the house. They were professional, quick and done before we knew it. Best of all the dripping that the lack of gutters caused is completely gone, and the house is better now than before they came.

Pacific Star’s crew replaced a faulty leaf guard gutter system on a home I recently purchased & they did a phenomenal job. My backyard is full of pine trees & they suggested a straight faced gutter with gutter covers for the back of the house. I’ve had them for 3 years & they’ve held up well with the excessive amount of pine needles! The front of the house has half round with round downspouts & gives the house a great curb appeal. A friend referred Pacific Star Gutter Services to me and highly recommended them. I spoke with Kyle about coming to my property to evaluate my gutters and he came out the next day. He let me know he could clean my gutters to just maintain them, or he could replace them since they were basically done anyways. I appreciated the honesty, as opposed to him saying the only option would be to replace my gutters. The quote was more than fair so we decided to move forward with replacing them. Within a week, Craig and another employee were at my house first thing in the morning and had replaced all my gutters in record time. These guys are great, I’ll never call another gutter company after finding this place. The crew showed up right on time and did a perfect job replacing a couple damaged gutters. They even cleaned the rest of my gutters at no extra charge! The lifetime warranty was a pleasant surprise as well.

Pacific Star Gutters did a fantastic job with our gutters on our house. We were new construction and have a lot of roof, and they came out and took the time to assess and design a system perfect for us.

Every interaction with the crew was professional and the job was finished on time and on budget - something I feel like rarely happened with the rest of our construction. They even sent someone out to repair our gutter when a tree fell on it after a windstorm - top notch!

We’ve had these gutters for four years and they’ve held up well - they are the Half Round gutters and they really are the finishing touch of our exterior. I feel like normally people are indifferent to gutters, but people notice ours, and that’s worth a shoutout on Google Reviews.

Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable. My gutters were undersized for my tile roof so he recommended going with 6" instead of the 5" which I currently had. He also had a variety of colors to choose from. The crew was pleasant making sure that I was satisfied with the job. The new gutters look amazing! I would definitely recommend them!

Pacstar removed and replaced our entire gutter system. The quality of their products, workmanship and overall service was extraordinary!! There were a couple things that needed touch up after completion, and they immediately returned, corrected the issue and left the work site cleaner than before. They deserve 10 stars and we can’t recommend o company more highly than Pacstar.

We bought our home last year and were looking to replace the 30yo original aluminum gutters. Kyle came and did an excellent job of putting up new and hauling away the old gutters. We definitely love the new ones! We unfortunately receive a lot of debris from nearby trees, so we got the leaf relief covers to find out they clog over time from excess detritus. We also experienced leaking behind the drip edge and onto the fascia board which the old gutters did not have a problem with (also lacked a cover). Moving the problem downstream, maybe it would've been better to install a downspout filter, or we just need better roof maintenance habits in the coming year.

Overall a great team, at a great price, they have responded to multiple questions and come out on-site post install to review anything we bring up. Really happy with their services, keep it up!

Pacific Star Gutter does great work at a very reasonable price. They matched my difficult-to-find copper penny downspout, and their work blends in perfectly with what was already on the house. I’ll definitely give them a call again in the future.

My contractor had Pacific Star Gutter Services from Everett do a total reinstall of the gutter and downspout system at my house. They did an excellent job. PSGS has been very willing to extend exceptional customer service to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Kyle and PSGS of Everett for any and all gutter issues you may have. Great job done In a timely manner. Kyle was wonderful, answered all my questions & explained what needed to be done. Omar & crew cleaned up and carted away old gutters after the job was done. I would hire Pacific Star again in a heartbeat.

First wet season with the new gutter covers and they are great. Pine needles were our issues. They would get so bad that water would overflow on to us. Not this year! Great price too.

Great service and quality gutter replacement. They completed the job in a few hours and cleaned up then hauled away my old gutters. I would highly recommend them if you need your gutters replaced.

Had Pacific Star Gutter service(Kyle and Craig) replace my gutters complete 8/7/20, when they finished the install I was concerned that they had for some reason actually reduced the amount of downspouts my existing gutters had which created long runs of gutter with no downspouts. (not a good idea) when I approached Kyle with my concerns of the long runs without down spouts he assured me that if there was any problem he would come back to install downspouts where needed. The first light rain after install several of the miters (corners) leaked and the areas with out downspouts overflowed the gutter completely with water coming over edge of gutter saturating facia board and siding. When I called Kyle with the gutter issues he sent someone out to re adjust gutters. Next rain same problem miters leaking gutters overflowing, called Kyle and told him the gutter system was leaking in several areas and overflowing in two areas. I requested they fix leaking miters and add additional downspouts in two locations to eliminate the overflowing problem. He sent someone out for the second time and added one downspout which fixed problem in one area but second overflow problem remained as well as miters still leaking. It is now October and hard rain has arrived, my brand new gutter system installed by Pacific gutters is leaking at several corners and overflowing completely in location with long run and no downspout!
Pacific Star missed appointment days with no call to let me know, then they showed up unannounced on days when I wasn't there. Poor craftsmanship, bad customer service, and a brand new gutter system that leaks at the corners and overflows is what I now have om my home.

The whole experience with these people was great. They were helpful by email and phone, answering all my many questions promptly and completely. They showed up when they said they would and did the job quickly and professionally. When all was said and done, they concluded that they had overbid our job. So rather than stick with their original bid, they reduced the cost to us. They happily took our credit card, and they reminded us that they guarantee their work for 10 years. We looked long and hard for a gutter company, and by sheer good luck, we found them. When working on something as important as your home, these are the kind of people you want to find.

They came out and replaced a 16' gutter than had come apart from the fascia in the snow. Original installers from another company wanted over $500 and that came with attitude. Pacific Star Gutter offers fast, friendly service at a fair price!!

Here’s my story, I recently had a tree fall on my house! Out of nowhere. As sad as it was to lose my beautiful tree it was disheartening when I called around for estimates on gutter repair.
I was absolutely shocked at what other companies quoted were. Excessive overcharging is clearly what the competitors do.
However Brad from PacStar was not only fast and friendly but Patricia was honest and extremely helpful. I got a fair honest price for the repair and Brad had it fixed in less than 15 minutes.
I definitely will be referring all my friends and family to them .
I’m extremely grateful knowing that there are still honest businesses that pride themselves on customer care instead of how much they can soak a person for.

So many good things to say about Pac Star Gutter, We had them come out and put new gutters on our house back in the 80's (never had to call them for gutters there again) Job well done. Moved into this house in 1992, gutters were new at that time. We just late last year needed to replace these Gutters, guess who I called ?? Wonderful customer service, they were here when they said, everything done totally professionally, and poof they were gone. Clean as a whistle! Great price. Thumbs up to all involved in this company !

Delivered results very quickly, and the quote was very competitive. Asked for highly custom copper work and got exactly what I needed! Great business, great service, what more could you ask for.

I called these guys about their s line gutter. Kyle was nice enough to give me a rough estimate on the phone but wanted to ensure that I was okay with rough pricing before they send out an estimator. I had to follow up with him again in order to even get him to get his estimator to call me. When his estimator called me he basically said everything he could to not have to come out and give me an estimate. Clearly they don't need or want the work. Pretty horrible customer service. And they didn't even have the job yet.

Just a thought , I did nothing more than say i was going to leave a negative review of Pacific Star Gutter Service for not keeping an appt. I never actualy did that. I also never did any work for anyone involved with Pacific Star Gutter.
I just thought it was pretty lame of them them to post reviews of my company , when all I did was contact them for a gutter repair.

Short and sweet: These guys are awesome.

They did our copper gutters 2 years back. They gave us a very reasonable estimate with no surprises at the end.

The gutter quality is nothing short of amazing. They look and work great. Had a minor issue with one gutter coming loose and they came right out and fixed it up. Didn't charge us a dime and no questions asked. They even had a smile on their face.

I'd love to hire them to build more gutters for us. Unfortunately their gutters are solid and have long warranties. So I probably will never need to. :)

The staff was very professional and communicative. They had to postpone a couple of times due to truck and scheduling problems , but were prompt to call and notify me of the delay. They were apologetic for the inconvenience and offered a 10% discount. I will definitely use them again.
