Dan and Ryan did a great job on the work we requested. This included demo, drywall repair, and tile flooring installation. They arrived when they said they would. The price was as quoted. They were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

Avoid if you can! We needed a gazebo assembled. Mind you we paid $1600 for the gazebo. These people were quoting us $5,000, plus tax, just to do the assembly. At that point that’s just thievery, plus they had a very rude attitude over the phone when we expressed our disappointment in the price. There are actual handymen out there who are happy to do a good job for a fair price! These guys are rip offs and aren’t afraid to rob you blind, taking advantage of those who don’t know how to assemble things or fix up their homes.

Bill did a fantastic job! He tore out old bath tub and installed a walk-in shower. Bill is very professional, and he always made sure to communicate what was going during the process. Thank you for a great job!!

Very unprofessional, we hired them to assemble a gazebo that we bought at Costco and they told us it will be $2400.00. they showed up on the day of assembly and told us this is a lot of work and it will cost us twice as much $4800.00+. I told them no thank you, I found someone else to do it for a lot less than the $2400.00 they were asking for. please shop around before hiring this company, you will not be sorry.

We found bullnose tiles that matched our floor tiles. One Call Repair installed them in 3 bathrooms. They had to cut more than just right angles. Everything was done perfectly.

Needed plastic applied below all of my skylights to keep debris from falling into the interior when skylights are removed for our roofing job. Very efficient with arriving for review of project, setting up a date, changing the date at my request, and arriving on time for the project. Just a bit expensive, but in today's market, what isnt?

Perfect job, hanging doors and correcting doors in the house that wouldn't close due to home settling. Very hard workers, very efficient, cleaned everything up after the job. All doors close like a new house

I had really horrible experiences with handyman coming late, not showing up, changing dates and leaving things unfinished and taking off with the money.

These guys are a different breed of handyman. They have free estimate. They have a wonderful lady organizing re-estimates, changing schedules, and stuff, but they are not as fast when corresponding via email. It really doesn't matter at this point, but contact the lady at the phone number first then email.
They texted me 1 hr before arriving. I asked my first handyman to text rather than ring the bell bc I have a baby sleeping and a crazy dog who is trigger happy. He did just that. He was courteous and efficient. Later, second handyman (also manager) came. They mounted TV on the wall, changed a large blind, changed a bulb from high ceiling, and took a look at the exhaust system behind the microwave. We are going to hire them to fix our exhaust after this first encounter.

They also don't try to upsale you and hustle. To the point, friendly, and efficient. I really like their estimate format as well. I got cheaper estimate from another place but they were vague. I think I'm gonna stick with them bc it's so hard to find reliable handyman in this area for some reason. I have no idea what's going on in the handyman world, but it took like 3 tries to get a good one.

Bill did a beautiful job fixing the major rot issue I had under by back door and he was a pleasure to interact with! The job was done on time and within budget. I absolutely recommend One Stop and will be coming back to them for my next home project!

Quality of life is back after One Call came out and adjusted my sagging gate, exterior and interior doors. A couple doors took creative thinking to fix and the whole project was resolved in a timely matter. The estimate was right on.

Dan is very personable and professional. He did an outstanding job applying a 25' roll of hardware cloth to cover the roof vents that are about 25 feet off the ground, which slopes down hill significantly. I very highly recommend One Call Home Repair.

I wanted to take the time to say how pleased I am with Dan and crew from One Call. Dan is the man! Acting as my own general contractor for our whole house remodel, I had my reservations. But once Dan and crew showed up, I knew in my gut that I had made the right call. Dan treated our remodel as though it was his own home. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Our house was completely gutted and Dan put everything back together with all new cabinetry and hardware, base trim, doors and casing, knobs and pulls, and everything else in between. I used to be a property manager. I was impressed by the professional approach to a very minor repair. They showed up on time. They did a clean job of vent replacement. The exterior paint looked like nothing happened. I will hire them for my fence rebuilding project just based on this experience.

I cant say enough good things about One Call. We've been using One Call for several years at three different homes. The team is happy to do routine tasks as well as more “creative” tasks. They've added closets, realigned doors, added weatherstripping, applied privacy film, repaired water damaged areas and done lots of drywall repair.

Ryan was incredible, would highly recommend for anyone doing a fencing project (granted we only needed two panels, so not a huge project but he did an INCREDIBLE job)
He even managed to work around our rose that we assumed we’d need to dig out, installing the fence right behind it

My house was built in the 70’s and needed some siding and overhang support repair. Dan S and his helpers did a great job and finished quickly. This is the second big project I have used this company for. I highly recommend them.

Update to the previous post. I needed more siding repair at another location on the house. I also had gutters installed to help avoid future siding damage. I of course called and asked for Dan S again. This is the third big project and probably not the last I will request Dan’s help on.
