Aloha! Very pleased with the communication with setting-up the appointment and the day the cleaners arrived. Overall, great work on cleaning my 32 panels. There were some spots on a few panels that you could tell it was still dirty but for the most part the panels looked way better after the cleaning. Great value for the level of work that was done. Would definitely recommended to others.

I’ve been using Pacific Panels for the past 5 years. It first started because the communication system was not working properly and the PV installers were not in business anymore. Fred came to the rescue and dealt directly with the inverter company and fixed the issue. Since then there has been no problems accessing through the app the status and production levels. They also have been coming annually to clean my panels. The crew is very reliable and professional. The company provides pictures and comments in their report after each service. Pacific Panel Cleaners is a godsend. Our PV system was not producing power and the company that installed our system could not provide post installation and troubleshooting services. Upon calling Pacific Panel Cleaners, they were able to schedule a service technician to do a site inspection of our system. They showed up on the scheduled date and time early and performed the systems check and troubleshooting. They discovered that the Solar Edge inverter was not functioning and was busted. They recommended replacement and scheduled for installation as soon as replacement unit has arrived. Staff and customer service were all professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

After having my house tented, I noticed that the fumigation technicians had walked on my photovoltaic modules during tent installation and removal. Since my solar module manufacturer had gone out of business, I was concerned about potential damage. To avoid future problems, I reached out to Fred for his expert advice. He quickly suggested using his aerial drone team to thoroughly inspect the modules for any signs of damage. Thankfully, the modules checked out perfectly. We have been customers of Pacific Panel Cleaners for almost 14 years. They started with just cleaning and then added maintenance of the inverters. We have been extremely happy with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their excellent customer service. We have referred many of our friends to them. Overall is the one I have used for two years. Better than three different companies I have used previously . But it’s not every time perfect. If they can do the work like January work right at the review time will be great. Sorry just being honest. Again overall I’m ok. I know it’s hard I have four cats.

Very easy to receive a quote and schedule services. Received a reasonable quote and was able to schedule a few days later. Summary report that gives an overview of the system and before / after photos is really nice and professional. Will be using PPC again for cleaning solar panels.

The technician did a great job of cleaning the panels and inspecting our solar systems. My monitoring showed a definite increase in output when they cleaned them last year and I expect the same thing this year. I highly recommend their service, especially if your panels have not been cleaned in a long time.

It's my 2nd or 3rd time using Panel cleaners!! They do a good job so we don't have to do it ourselves. And they remind me every year to get our panels cleaned. Our panels give us good sun saving because panels are clean and dirt is not blocking the sun.

PPC has the experience and technological knowledge to solve the complete pv system. I have been working with them for over 10 years. Most of the other pv companies that have remained are just not focused on service.

This is my third year using this company and after each service, they provide a thorough an approximate 17 page report (with pictures included), on what they did. They basically check everything from electrical boxes, ensuring the correct labels are on the electrical boxes and are legible, breakers are labeled correctly, status of the inverters, wires, conduit pipes, screws and the solar battery. They also take pictures of the solar panels before washing and after washing.
Very impressed with this company.

Very professional team. Did inspection of the solar system and washed the rooftop panels. Dusted the inverters. Screwed the homeowner's hose back to the faucet after completing the cleaning. Sent the inspection report with photos with the invoice, a week later. Satisfied with Pacific Panel Cleaners' services. Will have them do the service again next year.

Pacific Panels' annual checks stops any corrosion from taking hold. Especially living on an island, corrosion will happen. Our PV systems is on our second story roof. The annual checks uncover the start of possibly bigger problems.

Our area three years ago was seeing a couple hundred pigeons starting to nest under PV panels in our neighborhood. Fred Brooks and his team as part of their annual check found the start of one nest under our PV panels. The solution offered by Fred was to install a PV cage system stopping pigeons from getting in. We had Fred and his team install on all our panels.

At the same time, three years ago, our neighbors to our left and right chose not to get the cage systems installed. Fast forward to today. Pigeons fly right over our home to nest on our neighbors house. Our neighbor's house's PV panels now houses over a 100 pigeons. The tile roofs next door is covered with pigeon droppings that are visible to the naked eye. The roof is almost white now. Not to say anything about the risk of mites that pigeons bring. Yet, year after year, Fred Brooks' team led by Dan, do their annual checks: NO PIGEONS!!!

Fred Brook's team also actively monitor our systems. We lost two inverters that Fred reported straightaway. Fred's team coordinated the warranty replacement of the inverters directly with the manufacturer. His team then arranged to come out to replace the bad inverters. With out Fred's active monitoring, we would not have readily known the loss of two panels of production.

Five years of end-to-end successful oversight by Pacific Panel Cleaners team, our PV and Solar Water Heater panels remain in full production. Once their annual deep clean finishes, Fred sends us a detailed complete report of the systems' panels, electrical, junction boxes, et al. with detailed pictures of our roofs.
