His crew showed up ready to work and had the attic complete in one day and the crawlspace finished the next day.
PNW Energy Services even helped coordinate rebates to help pay for the upgrades.

PNW Energy services did a GREAT job on our crawlspace revamp. They were easy to communicate with, the estimate was very reasonable and the end product was more than what I could of hoped for. I would recommend them to others and would use their services again for other projects.

PNW energy services completed our re-insulation and weatherization work as part of our CEC project. They did an excellent job and when there was a minor detail to come back and fix/complete they did so quickly and without any issues. So glad we found PNW Energy Services. They replaced our old deck with a very robust, attractive and durable deck, greatly improving our enjoyment and adding much value to our home.

I watched the construction process and their technicians worked with efficiency and expertise. They were careful to work around our existing planting beds and removed all scrap afterwards.

The company also has an excellent website that tracks the project and provides other functionality relating to the contract work.

And very importantly, they're great communicators and don't mind answering a lot of questions. We're looking forward to doing more projects with them in the future!

Had these folks remove and replace attic and crawlspace insulation in a rental property. Excellent all the way! Accurate/fast quote. The team had the equipment they needed and the knowledge. They showed up as scheduled and on time. Job was done efficiently, no surprises. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

These guys are AMAZING!
We all hear horror stories of contractors showing up late, never finishing and being sloppy. These guys are NONE of that.
We hired them to do some mold abatement in our attic and to replace the roof on our newly purchased house.
Communication was wonderful. Reminder texts and emails were very helpful. At the end of the day they cleaned up any debris that came down in our yard and flower beds. They even ran a big magnet over the driveway area just in case any nails were left behind. They accidentally bumped a light fixture and cracked the globe and they showed up with a replacement before I even knew it was broken! The whole job was supposed to take 3 days but it was finished in 2!
We had a minor misunderstanding about an invoice amount and they resolved it with none of the drama one tends to expect with such things.
PNW will be my go-to for any more work I need done on my house and I will be recomnending them to EVERYONE I know that needs any construction done.

Jose and Miguel sealed my attic and crawl, added insulation and several other necessary improvements for energy savings. I went through the Community Energy Challenge group, who did an energy audit and outlined exactly what needed to be done to get the most energy savings for the buck. They did an excellent job, were clean and friendly, and if adjustments were needed after the inspection, they came back promptly. Great working with Hugo and the crew!

Yesterday I realized my sump pump wasn’t working properly so I called PNW Energy Services to request service. Hugo called after 5, and was able to send a crew to check on the problem this morning. The two lead workers that arrived diagnosed the issue, which meant crawling under the house. Rather than schedule another appointment for repair, they put in a new pump and all was running again. This crew was respectful, neat about their work,, and efficiently made the repair. Wholeheartedly recommend the company! PS—I am a repeat customer because the service is excellent.

Estimate was a great price, they got me scheduled right away, actually was able to do it 3 days early. They did a fantastic job and left no debris to show the work had been done. Price was an exact match to the estimate. I highly recommend them for you projects. I had insulation of pipes and ductwork and replaced rodent barrier.

Very responsive - before, during, after the project was completed. Was the most competitive bid that I obtained. I definitely recommend Hugo and his team at PNW.

I talked to Hugo in February, made plans for him to review my attic in the spring. In May when he was supposed to come he no-showed and then finally replied that he was sick. And rescheduled for june. Then when the date came in June he no-showed again. did not call, text, email etc. I was counting on him and this put my time frame into the middle of summer where all other contractors are busy. Now I might not finish my project before winter. This is extremely disappointing

Unfortunately I can't give a positive review for PNW Energy Services and I strongly suggest going with a different contractor. It has been four months since PNW came through since then they have ignored our calls, ignored our emails, and still haven't delivered the paperwork we need to get our energy rebates. Hugo, the owner, is completely AWOL and nobody can get in touch with him.

UPDATE: PNW eventually returned, completed the necessary work, and was professional and cordial.

Hugo and his group are outstanding! He came on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate, which was $7,000 less than Clean Crawlers and his crew was out the following week. AMAZING customer service and excellent service. Highly recommended!

PNW Energy Services was great. We had a lot of complicated insulation issues that needed to be dealt with in our house. Many other insulation contractors we reached out to told us all of the things they could not do. Josh came out to look at everything we needed done, listened to us, and helped figure out ways that they could do most of what we needed, including figuring out how to deal with some complicated problems. We appreciated that they were able and willing to help us, felt like the price was fair for the amount of work being done, and were happy with the end result.

They completely redid the crawl space in my house. From the consultation to the install Josh, Jose and their team were wonderful. I really appreciated the text reminders! They were in and out in an hour and a half, did a beautiful job (the crawl space looks so clean!), cleaned up after themselves and were on time and nice. Thank you all so much!!

PNW Energy Insulated the very cold in Winter /Hot in Summer Garage attached to my condo. Let me first say it was worth every penny to make the space comfortable to use year 'round. I am no longer concerned about freezing temps inside the garage, it hasn't fallen below 40f even when it has been in the teens outside!
PNW Energy did a wonderful job, Josh came out to do the estimate within a couple days of my call to see about the job. The following week Miguel & Nicolas arrived on time to do the work of insulating the walls, shielding the attic vents and insulating up there too. They did a great job, cleaned up and left the garage better and warmer than when they arrived!

We had flood damage from the November flood. Our crawl space was flooded and it destroyed our heating system under the house. PNW was very responsive and was quick to evaluate the damage and supply an estimate. Their respectful and professional crew removed the mess and replaced it with all new venting! We have heat again! Great service. Great company!

Hugo, Jeremy and the work crews for PNW Energy Services were amazing. We had flood waters inundate our crawlspace during the November 2021 flooding in Everson, WA. Jeremy got us on the schedule immediately (within 48 hours of my call) and Hugo the owner was out to give us a bid (we had the bid in under 24 hours).
They rearranged their work schedule to get out to our house (and our neighbors homes) and worked tirelessly to remove the damage materials from under our house, dry everything out and get our heat restored. They worked the week of Thanksgiving and were VERY communicative about when they would be working, where they were on the project timeline and what to expect. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone needing work of any kind to be performed. Hugo even gave his own time and used his truck and dump trailer to help haul damaged materials from homes in Nooksack to the emergency dump site for an entire day.
Hugo and Jeremy are the pinnacle of ethical and professional business people, their crews are hardworking and polite, they left the job site meticulous. After the work was completed they provided a file with photos taken before, during and after the work for our records.
