Just did the final payment to them for hardie siding. Quote wise they were one of the lower bids but all very close.

Few things on me for this process. While during the quote I asked the person to do the same reveal as my neighbors house (6.25 I believe) the person quoting said "Yes we can do that" but then quoted a 7" reveal. I did not catch them miss on my part till about 1/4 of the house was done. Lesson learned read the print carefully.

When the PM came out to do walk through I asked about doing the extra insulation and soffits. His quote for the soffits was $1500 more then the first guy that came out. Seemed extreme to me. And the insualtion was 9K which was very crazy. So there again if you think you may be interested in their other services get them with the initial quote. Because when the PM comes out you have already given your deposit and only have 3 days to cancel and PM comes out after that so they have no reason to quote reasonable. There again a lesson learned on my part that you can hopefully avoid.

Installation they came out when they said they would and it took about 3 weeks. We hit some hurdles (dry rot, etc) so things got pushed back.

The crew was nice though communications with them on occasion could be challenging nothing we couldn't work through.

The siding looks great!

A few nit picks. They installed the framing for my flood lights off center of the light gang box or whatever its called, so I need to jerry rig something.

One of the sockets they offset is 20 something feet in the air and the gangbox no where in sight behind the opening so I'm writing this review while deep in the frustration of fixing the issue.

We started a search last summer (2024) to find a company to install new Hardie siding on our house. We interviewed 6 companies in total to give us estimates. Just to clarify I can be difficult to deal with when I feel communication and quality of work is not a high priority. My wife and I listened to all the estimates and felt Pacific Exteriors was by far the best fit for our needs. During the bid appointment with Pacific Exteriors our estimator (Stephen B.) was very knowledgeable and went through all the details without ever being pushy or saying we had to sign right away. That was a huge factor in our decision. Once we signed the contract, we were contacted by the accounting department (Natalia C.) and made all the arrangements on the financial part of the project. Natalia was great to work with and even helped us with finding the right financial plan that worked best for us. The next step was to have a meeting with our Project Manager (Joe R.) He came to our house and right away I knew he was going to be a good fit for us. He places a high priority on communication, schedules and quality of work. All the schedule dates for materials, dumpster and start date were achieved on time without any delays. The estimate to compete the siding, less minor painting, was 2-3 weeks. His crew finished in 2 weeks with extremely high quality work completed. His crew was on time every day and worked till late and sometimes in adverse conditions at times (wind and rain). The crew was easy to communicate with and they treated my house and yard with care. They also cleaned up every day before going home. If I had a question or concern, I'd call Joe and he'd return my call most times within an hour. As the project progressed, I started communicating with the Project Administrator (Cassandra T.) She was my main contact, and her communication and professionalism are outstanding. I could call her anytime I had a question, but most times she was contacting me to give updates on the schedule. Due to the time of year (winter) some painting had to be deferred until the weather improved. Never did I feel that they forgot about our project even though it had been months since the siding was installed. That's the true mark of a great company. My review is long winded, but in this case, it has to be said that Pacific Exteriors far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this company. Thanks for a great job!

We had our siding replaced and painted. The crew was friendly and hard working, did excellent work, kept our yard clean. Ron, the foreman, visited the property several times and was friendly and responsive to all our questions and texts. He did a final walkthrough with us after the completion of the siding installation and again after painting was complete to make sure that we were happy with every detail of the final product. We would definitely recommend this company!

I had my siding done a few years ago by Pacific Exteriors and they did a great job at the time. I noticed some slight moisture issues inside recently. Project Manager Jason didn't hesitate to come look at the issue and address it in addition to touch up paint and helping more securely attaching my electrical pole to the house. Best customer service and warranty in the business! If only I could hire Pacific Exteriors for all my house needs.

Hired them after another company went out of business half way into installing new siding on our house. They were very helpful at figuring out how to move forward. I appreciated that we had a dedicated project manager who always responded promptly to texts. The install went smoothly and they house looks amazing. So glad we found them.

Stephen B. from here came out to do an estimate for us after a bunch of hefty tree branches hit our roof and siding.

He was super transparent, and not only clearly broke down what the quote was, he also took some time to look at our roof and gutters and guided me through some critical data that will potentially save me tens of thousands (warranty info the previous owner never told us about).

He really went above and beyond and just behaved like an all around great person.

When we were getting estimates for having our house re-sided, we hesitated to reach out to Pacific exteriors thinking they might be too big and too expensive of a company for us to use. We are so glad that they came out and that we gave them a chance to give us an estimate and talk to us. They were very competitive with their price and we were really impressed with all that they had to offer. Now that our siding is complete we are still quite happy that we chose them. We needed to work with an abatement team to remove asbestos siding which needed to be coordinated with them and they were very accommodating. They got the job done in a timely manner right on schedule with the dates they gave us. The price they quoted us did not end up having hidden costs that suddenly came up. Everyone we worked with, from the estimator to the project manager, to the office people I spoke with on the phone, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend checking with them if you have a siding job that you need done.

We had an awesome experience with Pacific siding. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project. Johnathan and Randy were our team. Johnathan was our day to day project manager and he was always on the ball. He was not only responsive but he made sure to educate us on each phase of the project. He answered all of our questions and correspondences promptly. The teams that completed our work did a great job. Our project started earlier than anticipated and finished early. It first we were overwhelmed with residing the entire house but this team definitely made it a breeze. I would definitely recommend them.

Pacific Exteriors was contracted to repair, install Hardie siding, and paint one side of the house to fix water damage, based on consultation with estimator Abraham. The siding crew, Francisco and Lupe were skilled and proficient. Painting by Edward was thorough and careful working in harsh December weather. Overall project coordination by Hillary and on site project management by Jake provided the expertise for a successful project completion. The house feels weatherproofed and looks like new. Thank you.

I would like to emphasize the high regard in which this company was held. Our sales rep, Larry H., was professional and exuded a warm and friendly demeanor. Pacific Exteriors LLC is a firm that prides itself on delivering 'Quality' at a 'Fair Price.' This project was a significant step in modernizing our home with an exterior upgrade, and we chose Pacific Exteriors for our siding after considering several quotes.
Our project started with a free professional design. Our designer was friendly and took our needs into consideration. The digital pictures gave us confidence that we made the right decision. We met with our project manager, Jason C., a week later. Jason was also friendly and professional, making us feel like our home was in great hands. He broke down the project flow and what to expect from start to finish. We were told that the project would take approximately 2 to 4 weeks. However, our project took 3 1/2 months.
It's difficult to express our disappointment due to the significant communication issues we experienced with Pacific Exteriors. When you invest a substantial amount and place your trust in a highly rated company, you naturally expect a certain level of service. We were not disappointed in the quality of the work, but the lack of communication was a letdown.
I had to contact Pacific Exteriors for several weeks to understand when they would complete our project. On top of that, we received several payment reminders from Accounting, and when I emailed or called them, it took them several days to respond. Then there was the loan term. One thing that sold us on this project was the 12 months of no interest. In most promotions that I've had, this would start when the job was completed. Our loan term started with the first payment request from Pacific Exteriors. I take ownership for not reading when the term would begin. However, after explaining this to our loan provider, GreenSky, they gave me information on how to change the plan, and Pacifica Exterior Accounting told me that the information was incorrect.
Despite the challenges we faced, I must acknowledge that the work done by Pacific Exteriors was of a high standard. While many aspects could have been improved, I am satisfied with the project's outcome overall.

Overall was happy with the quality of my roof. The price they quoted me I thought was competitive, but the process was overly complicated and drawn out. It took 4months from the time of starting the project before it was actually done. It was very frustrating and overly complicated to have a single question answered or to move the process along. Too many assistants and between ppl. The office girl I had to go through (Hilary) was only in the office at select times so it was difficult to get ahold of her in the morning or later in the evening. And of course nooooo one else in the office could pass on the message to the actual roofing project manager because it had to go through the "assigned" office assistant. It would be 8am and "oh sorry, Hilary isnt in yet". Really, 8am is a reasonable time to answer your office phone lady. I asked to have a pdf of the color option emailed to me and the answer I got was "sorry we dont have that". Really??? C'mon, what kind of customer service is that? I had to press and insist there is no way that a sheet or pdf doesnt exist of the product options. Call you manager, google search, I dont care, figure it out. If the customer wants to see the product options they are PAYING for, they should be provided with an itemized sheet of options with pictures of examples. Seems logical for any business. They assign you to some office girl who is the go between the roofing project manager. They did not outline the process clearly as to what steps there was from start to finish, and they had built in several extra unnecessary steps such as meeting with a "design consult". Yet another person whose schedule you have to get on who drags the project timeline longer than necessary. There was nothing to design since the pitch of my roof wasnt changing. It was simply picking the product material and color. Thats it. Perhaps some people want all the extra fluff but it was really frustrating for me who just wanted the roof replaced, end of story. I already knew the color and type of material roof I wanted but it took 4 emails and 2wks later until they finally got the message and cut out the meet-w-the-design-consultant step. I would have much preferred to have worked directly with the actual roofing project manager instead of also the office assistant girl. Pick the material, pick the color, roofer does the install. No extras. Should be simple. When I finally got the direct contact number of the roofing manager, was able to move things along with the project. Our roofing project manager (Joe) was good and would use him again. If I was looking for a roofing company in the future, I would use someone else who doesn't have 10 steps until your roofing project is actually started.

We had the guy come out for a quote because we had a leak in the roof. The guy took a drone out and was able to take pictures of this issue. He recommended that we recommended that we just fix the portion where the leak was and not replace the entire roof. Unfortunately they only replace entire roofs and don’t do repair work or else I would have definitely hired them to do the job. It showed how honest of a company they are by not recommending replacing the whole roof and at least we have a company we feel comfortable with when the time comes.

So i put a review before but this is another overall. The siding looks good and looks to be done nicely. They still aren't done yet because they said they were gonna paint the eves and some trim but the siding is placed. I want to start off by saying the work done is nicely done and the guys who do the work are quick and aware of the surroundings and respectful to the property. Now where i have had issues with what i think is the mangers and or the people in the offices. To bad they are the ones that can really affect the experience and if you want more work done or not in the future. Now let me begin. So a deal was done late August and i was expecting to get them started early September. This did not happen. Obviously i assume that they order material and what not which is cool. I hear nothing September so i reach out and finally get a message from the project manger geoff asking what color i wanted because i guess this file was lost. Ok cool thats fine. They finally get started November 9 took em 3 days but left some siding in the back of the house. reach out to geoff and didnt hear from him until a couple days and left a review about my experience. He finally texts and shows up at my house and walks it. Seems like he was maybe dogding me because did not let me know he was coming or knocked i see him pull up and question him about it we talk figure it out so cool. He than as a nerve to ask for me to take down review about poor communication and my poor experience. After that says dumpster will get picked up and paint team will come out to finish. This i belive was the 15 or so. Its December 2 still have not came and still no word. So my overall experience was not good. Seems the mangers and the people who do planning and accounting dont Communicate well,or thats my perception. They charged me 30k to do this job and and there was no quickness no communication with customer or anything. I think im pretty reasonable but man these guys have some stuff to work on. I recommend going with a different company youll save mony and theyll prob be better with customer service. So i hope this helps people make a good decision when it comes to spending a lot of money.

We are so happy with the new look our house has! Our old, 1944 home really needed a lot of work and Pacific Exteriors took care of everything from new siding, to removing the old siding, filling the skip sheeting beneath, replacing rotten wood, and even insulating the whole house. It is truly a new home and we couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Cordaro was amazing and an asset to have from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend Pacific Exteriors to anyone looking to reside and/or reroof their home. The experience we had was great. For the most part everything was done correctly the first time and on time. They showed up when they said they would and called if they needed clarification on anything. They also called me back if I called or texted after hours with a concern. Definitely professional and were always upfront if something needed to be done and would cost extra, no surprises.

In this day where there are so many hit-and-run contractors/(renovation companies), resources are so expensive, and the level of contractor work you are sold VS the quality and craftsmanship you receive can drastically vary, I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to hire Pacific Exteriors to replace our exterior siding.
The main reason behind my satisfaction is our Project Manager Joe Ray, and his on-site team. Joe went above and beyond to ensure I was informed of each process in a timely manner and more importantly, ALWAYS showed up IN PERSON to inspect work and make sure the quality was in place, and all my questions were answered. Whenever I had a concern, or question about any part of the work, Joe took the extra steps to thoroughly answer my questions in a clear and concise way, even when if I was *stubborn with any details. Having been an installer himself made Joe that much more of a trusted expert.
Though there could be a little more clarity/consistency on how the design process works during the sales portion, Joe Ray, the installer crew, the great service the folks behind the desk provided, and the final product made me 110% satisfied. Our home has also generated a substantial amount of positive feedback in the neighborhood. Thanks Joe & Pacific Exteriors team!

I was very satisfied with the end results of my project. It took quite awhile to get it completely finished; as I had solar panels on the roof that needed to be removed. It held up project; as contractor thought they needed an electrician. Solar was for a water heater and had not been working for many years. I got a hold of a plumber to remove the solar panels. After that the project proceeded to finally getting all the project completed.

The service was great. We had new Milgard windows, HardiBack siding, new roof, gutters and downspouts. All of the crews were friendly, skilled and hard workers. Most were non-English speaking, Spanish, Ukrainian, Georgian, Russian. There was always one of the crew who spoke English. It didn’t matter though, because they were so skilled. It was a pleasure working with them. As was the project managers.
I would highly recommend this business.

Time is money, I don’t like wasting mine. When I called to get an estimate done I was very clear when making the appointment in needed facia board repair and roof boot replacement. Only for the tech to show up and tell us they only replace roofs. Complete waste of time away from work as we don’t work from home. People making these appointments should know what services are being offered.

Getting your roof replaced is stressful but Pacific Exteriors LLC knocked it out of the park for us. We received five competitive bids, Pacific Exteriors in terms of price was in the middle but the professionals like Joe Ray, Project Manager, Brad Tihen, Estimator and Hillary Longoria, Lead Project Administrator plus the incredible, hard-working, detail-oriented roofing crew made it all come together seamlessly for us. We're very pleased with our new lifetime Corning-Owens Duration Flex roof.

Very happy to have gone with Pacific Exteriors for residing and painting our home. The crew got the residing done really quickly and with high quality. I especially want to call out our project manager Amador. He worked hard to ensure the work was done to a high quality bar and was very proactive with communicating anytime something unexpected came up. This project was completed a little over a year ago, and everything is holding up nicely and no issues have been found since then. Would definitely go with Pacific Exteriors again, and would make sure to ask for Amador.

We are extremely happy with Pacific Exteriors and the finish product! Our home is 50 years old and needed a much needed face lift! We received three bids and their pricing fell in the middle. From the start they were straight up and professional. Brad listened to our vision and brought us samples. They provided us with a designer, Susan, who was amazing and made us confident in our decision. The sub contractors were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Delighted with the work and Craftsmanship done on my home in 2024 by the Pacific Exteriors craftsman. When the work was completed, my home was in better shape than when I originally purchased it.

Very happy with the end result, as well as The process. The site was always cleaned up at the end of day. The project took a bit longer than expected, but was well worth it and no complaints here. Would rather have a job well done than a rush job that would disappoint.

Greatly appreciated the Project manager, James Reed. He was very easy to work with understood our project, and had a great eye for detail. He made sure things were done Well. Would definitely recommend Pacific Exteriors.

I contacted them in March to begin a small soffit project. Abraham sold me a soffit that was not one that they provided and it was a bit confusing after everything was installed. At first, I was not satisfied with the material since it was not what was expected or advertised. It would have been helpful to see and feel the material samples of the soffit. They offered a discount if I signed the contract on the spot - which is a sales tactic I should have been wary of.

Jason the project manager attempted to help me finish this small project with their internal team. They still need to complete my project with the final vents they removed (vents were not replaced) and Jason tried to remedy the initial issue with a solution of installing board and batten to hide the seams of the soffit.

After a month, they were able to contact me and complete the project. It took some time but the work was satisfactory.

Pre-sales, everything was fine. We scheduled the work and all was going well.

The problems:

I was told the lap of the new siding would be installed to match the existing siding, but it was installed with a different lap, so one wall of my house is different from the rest now. (6 1/2" original cedar vs 6 3/4" cement-board replacement).

A nail was put into my wiring, shorting it and tripping a breaker. Ok, these things happen. The construction crew left without fixing it -- again, ok, not their wheel-house. My project manager told me they would have to get an electrician. I waited for weeks with no updates, but scaffolding on my house and a dumpster and a porta-potty in front of my house. I was told the electrical fix would not delay the project, but something did. Eventually, I got on a ladder myself and pulled out the errant nail, removing the electrician from the equation.

Two pieces of fascia were not replaced that should have been. I had to call this to the attention of my project manager, who was not on-site for the work, or to inspect. That rework also needs more rework because it's contacting the roof surface.

Almost two months after the work began, I got paint and the job is mostly complete.

I never felt like anyone had bad intentions, but they seemed disorganized and rushed.

After years of needing to redo the siding on our 1932 home, we finally bit the bullet and got it done. after several quotes we ultimately chose Pacific Exteriors, and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Our project manager Kevin was amazing and paid attention to every detail, including things I never would have noticed. The work team was here every day rain or shine and busted out the whole project in less than 2 weeks. Becca at the office stayed on top of our project and was incredibly supportive while we worked through obtaining our funds.

In the end we ended up with the exterior of our dreams. We will definitely be going back to Pacific Exteriors when it is time to do the roof.

What a great company to work with. The 4 men who showed up to do new Hardie Shingle above my garage and to replace old siding on two small areas of my home did a great job. Pacific Exteriors did siding work on my church, where I was the trustee facilitating the work. They were excellent. From honoring a quote from 24 months ago in a time of high inflation, to the high quality of the completed work, to the excellent and consistent communication by project manager Ron and account manager Cassandra, I was pleased with all aspects of the service provided by this company. I consider them honest and reputable, and would highly recommend them to other businesses or homeowners.

Very professional folks, friendly and kind. Got a siding job completed at our house through the winter. I project managed while away from home and they were flexible working through me to work on my mom's house.

I’ve often thought reviews are written by the company, this one isn’t. Pacific exteriors is an amazing company. We needed our home resided and painted and were lucky to find them. In particular, Joe Ray was our project manager and Olivia in the office were supper to work with. I can’t say enough good things and would be happy to be a reference for them anytime.

Great communication, great work, beautiful finished product, and excellent support throughout the process. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind that it’s being done correctly and will last for years to come.

I am a trustee at Ronald United Methodist Church in Shoreline. Pacific Exteriors replaced much of the siding on our church in spring 2024. They deserve a 5-star review. They honored a quote from 2 years prior in a time of high inflation as it took us time to raise money, and they did high quality work at the quoted price point. I'd like to specifically compliment our project lead Ron Boyes, our office/account liaison Cassandra, and the construction crew lead Urial. It was a pleasure working with all of them. All communication was clear, upfront, and honest.

Pacific exteriors did an excellent job. The process was smooth, without any major issues or concerns. They did exactly what they said they would do. Also the work contract was fast, their workers are excellent and their work ethic was superior.
I highly recommend their service!

My siding and painting project far exceeded my expectations. The crew came out weeks ahead of schedule and we got a double crew, it was like a Richard Scarry book with men going everywhere doing a job. At first glance it was 40 men but it actually was 12 men taking care of business. My painting crew was just as efficient, and the lead Mauriceo was so kind and accommodating. He was awesome and did a great job and now my house is a beautiful blue, plus they painted my shed to match at no extra cost. The project manager Ron was very communicative and kind and the whole experience was very painless and quick.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE STORY
UPDATE: Pacific Exteriors gave me two options, to remediate the damage caused by the water leak.
1. They would repair the damaged cabinet and floor
2. They would pay me out the equivalent and i could get my own contractors in.
I went with option 2. I chased the water damage and ended up removing the entire kitchen, and sub floor the place was soaking wet! black mold and water marks 6 inches up the drywall the mdf cabinet bases were like sponges. At least now i know the issue is 100% fixed and there is nothing left to continue rotting. the kitchen has had air blowers drying the place out for a few days and its going back together soon. i can only go as good as 3 stars, i still cant believe the contractors knew they hit a water pipe, cut the siding open, taped the pipe and never said a damn word! taking ownership of your mistakes goes a long way and had i read a review of someone experiencing this i would have never hired them.
All in all 3 out of 5. It sucks because the staff at pacific exteriors team and project managers were good people. The installers really mucked this one up.

UPDATE: 6 months later, my kitchen floor is swollen and seemed like it was wet, after investigating a siding nail went into a water pipe, the contractor realized this and taped the water pipe with some Hydro Flash window flashing! and said nothing about it.
after i called pacific exteriors they immediately sent a plumber to repair the pipe which they had to cut the wall, back of my cabinet and floor of the cabinet to repair the water line. the subfloor, wall cavity and cabinet are totally soaked from the weeping water line.
A week has gone by and no one seems to be taking responsibility it seems. let alone the remediation of the water damage and black mold in the wall and floor.
i will update this review , as of right now it has gone from 5 stars to 2 until this gets fixed.

The process was very smooth from the estimate to project manager walk through and scheduling. They communicated very well and the work was completed without any redos. Very happy.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
