I am highly disappointed. We found their add on the back of our Church Bulletin. Made me want to have that much more faith in their ethics. We were quickly responded to, to come out and do an estimate for our fully demo'd water damage bathroom, which with the hardwood floors that connect to the hallway, living room. We discussed other options. And I was VERY HOPEFUL that we could get helped in a way that we needed. After sending them the $$$$$$$ info from our insurance company, we NEVER heard any response. Never an estimate, and we inquired a couple/few times. I expected just a little more RESPECT from a company that my husband went to Private Catholic School with. Not only disappointed BUT HURT!!!! We don't have the insurance coverage they WANT to take care of our project!

Professional, timely, friendly, knowledgeable. Ahhhhh; they took care of every detail. They did and coordinated a major multi-stage remodel of our house. The result: perfection.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Haider construction and their employees. They were courteous, professional, and timely with their scheduling and work. Answered all my questions and left our property nice and clean when they were done. They replaced a portion of my damaged roof, and also replaced some drywall inside where water had come in. Their work is superb... We will definitely use them in the future!

After getting 3 bids from different companies for a new roof on my detached garage I went with Haider and am really glad that I did.
Their communication is excellent, they showed up when they said would, the quality of the work was great, and when there was a slight issue with the gutter install the owner himself contacted me and made sure that the issue was taken care of to my satisfaction.
I initially contracted with them to do one roofing job, and after seeing their work and professionalism I had them also bid and complete another roofing job I needed completed. Both jobs were done quickly and done well. I would definitely work with them again and refer any friends or family needing a roofing job done!

The crew did great work, found some hidden water damage, fixed that and provided photos of all the work so we could see the problem. Left the yard cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't have asked for more.

Hired Ron to completely remodel our original 1940 kitchen. While we had some ideas about what we wanted to do, he recommended Lisa Wilson of Builder Showroom to help us finalize our plans. Lisa suggested things we never even dreamed of, saving us money in the process. The job foreman, Roger, is a true craftsman. He is meticulously clean, meticulously precise, and not once did he ever get upset with us or our nosiness. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Roger just finished up today, and the kitchen in it's finished state is exactly what we envisioned when we started the process. We have more work scheduled next summer, and they will be getting our business.

Haider Construction performed two sets of work for us - a 500 sq. ft. addition to one end of the house in 2013-2014 and a remodel of the other end in 2017-2018. In both cases, work proceeded at a satisfactory pace with good quality on the part of Ron's carpenters and the sub-contractors hired to do electrical, plumbing, etc. Ron recommended designers (Alexandra Immel et al) and they helped us configure both projects to best advantage and function. We are very pleased with the results and recommend Haider Construction.

The new roof done by this roofing service company looks great and has modified the look of my house. My neighbors have already started appreciating the new look of my house. The work was also finished within the set deadline so as to tackle the rough weather conditions.

Haider Construction was not the first business I called for a new roof quote but they were the last.
The price was fair (nearly half of what the high end company wanted) and the options were very good. We settled on a price, and set a date for the next week. We were surprised to get a call from a nice young man who asked if we had room in our schedule to start the work a few days early.
He explained each step, from bringing in the dumpster to cleaning up afterward. When they arrived, they were ready to work and it only took one day from start to finish. They were quick, careful and conscientious about the cleanup. They found every little bit of debris and picked it all up. They even moved the hanging flowers to a safe place.
I won't need another roof for at least 40 years , but I would love a She-Shed....

Haider Construction:
My existing roof was some 35 years old with a number defects in the initial installation, not the materials. I understood construction retiring from the E&C business with a firm designing and building on all continents for over 115 years. While a roof job is certainly smaller, the principles to successful implementation are the same.
I needed three things, the best roofing team, a competitive price and a, “Special Task”. I selected three bidders from the Puget Sound Consumers “Check Book”. I prepared a bid document, a piece of paper listing any and all problems or concerns on the existing roof so all bidders were bidding the same job. In this document it stated I would not necessarily select a low bidder but the bid must be competitive.
Knowing roofing contractors had a number of roofing teams, the best team was of significant evaluation consideration, due diligence, and carried weight. The required “Special Task” was touch-up paint on the cut siding following dormer flashing installation. I wanted this cut painted by the roofer. I didn’t want to bring in a painter for an hour worth of work. It’s interesting all the roof bidders understood this but only Haider put this requested task in their initial bid document. Haider also was the only contractor that put in the name of their best and most seasoned team in writing in their bid assuring me this team would start and complete the job. Their sincerity, trust and thorough job of addressing my concerns won them the job.
It’s amazing how a well installed and tailored finished roof shows. We have had a number of compliments on the work asking who did the job. Haider Construction will away be my first choice to bid their skills. I also especially want to acknowledge Haider’s Roofing Consultant, Paul Lehman, who was an exceptionally good listener.

Haider roofing was the best price for the best quality roof. Wonderful crew that took the time to complete a high quality roofing product. I went to multiple other roofers and Haider was the best price. I live in a neighborhood that is transitioning old wood shakes with new composition shingles, most of the homes are in need of new roofs. I have been able to compare other's roofing experiences and found that Haider is the best price for the most quality.

Haider construction did a wonderful job on my mothers roof. They were respectful, timely and answered all of our questions. And they fixed the roof beautifully!!!

Haider Construction replaced the roof of our gazebo. The old one was falling apart, insect infested, etc. The new roof has attractive treated cedar shingles expertly installed along with edge flashing and ridge caps. Christian and his team came in and completed the entire job in a full day of work. They protected plants including a clematis vine on the gazebo, and cleaned up the site as if they hadn't been here. Great job!

I have hired Haider Construction for several projects on my home. We started with a new roof. Since it is a flat, slopped roof, with built in gutters, hiring someone who specializes and has experience was important to me. We added insulation when we discovered the old insulation was bad. I appreciated that Ron communicated with me during the project, so I could make informed decisions.
I invited them back a few years later to remove and replace the siding, and paint the exterior. It turned out wonderful.
Lastly, we demolished and built a car port. I ordered an arched metal roof from an East Coast company. Ron's crew worked with me, to follow the assembly instructions to create a very unique roof system. Love my huge carport space. And thanks for the fine job.

Haider has done multiple jobs for me. At my old house, they did some light remodeling work that made the house much more presentable for sale. At my current house, they've done a variety of work including repairing the chimney, replacing a rotted shower wall (exterior facing - great job on siding match), and tear off/install of new roof.

Ron (the owner) and his employees are courteous, patient, and thorough. The work that I've had done has always been finished according to my satisfaction, and has held up over time. I've recommended Haider to family and friends, and they've had similar experiences. Additionally, I've never had Haider start a job and then disappear for weeks (has happened with other contractors before). They are truly an outstanding contractor to work with, and the definition of true professionals.

We have done two projects with Haider Construction and we were satisfied with both outcomes. The Haider construction Crews were friendly and clean. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

We hired Haider Construction to remodel my parents house. They did an incredible job and stayed on budget. I have recommended them to many people and they are all happy with the work. As I have recommended them before I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Haider Construction left additional damage to my home and bailed on an incomplete job. They treated me as a customer with complete neglect and operated in an unprofessional manner. The careless work from their crews left me with more damage than I started with.

I hired Haider Construction to fix a leak underneath my roof deck. They failed to show up several times that I took time off work. Their carpenters damaged the joists of my roof deck and the roof membrane in two places. Their roofer never even tried to apply a proper patch.

Another company was able to easily clean, patch, and fix the original problem on my roof after Haider Construction left me stranded with additional damage. I payed the other company extra to fix the damage that Haider Construction made to my home.

The following are facts:

1) It took 3 months and several no-shows for any work to actually begin. The carpenters canceled twice. The roofers failed to show up at the scheduled time on two occasions. Chris, the project manager, was unable to coordinate a date for several weeks once my job was allegedly on the schedule.
2) The carpentry crew made sloppy cuts and damaged the roof deck joists. They used a sawzall and ripped the wood, leaving 6-12'' long splinters off the end of the joists. They also damaged my roof membrane in two places. I had to pay another company to patch the new damage.
3) The roofing crew never attempted a reasonable patch to the roof. They did not know what type of material the roof was, and tried to apply a TPO patch to a PVC roof. They hacked one together a patch using a piece of spare material that had been sitting on my roof for 9 years. They did not adequately clean the area and were gone within 30 minutes. The patch could be torn right off.
4) The roofer stated that he would return to apply another patch because he did not bring the right materials. He never did.
4) The project manager Chris and owner Ron took a dismissive attitude towards me when I asked when they could return to apply a real patch.
5) Neither the project manager nor the owner ever saw the roof after work began. They have no first-hand data of what actually happened.
6) I raised concerns about the damage that was done. Ron, the owner, took a rude, dismissive attitude immediately and called my position “ridiculous” despite never having seen the results of the work.
7) They backed out of the job, offering no assistance to repair the damage they did or re-assemble what was dismantled.
8) Ron and the roofer insisted that the roof was too dirty to patch. But another company effortlessly cleaned the problem area, patched, and fixed my problem.

Our condo association went around and around with several roofing companies. Haider was a last minute bid after a resident insisted we have them out. Instantly we knew we had actual help in making our roofing decision. They put together a bid that was lower and more comprehensive than any other, explaining all the options and differences in terms that just made sense. Our board finally agreed unanimously to use this company.

Our old roof was a nightmare but they used all the safety gear, strapped down ladders, kept all the parking lots clear and nail free, protected all the cars and landscaping and had a job site manager there to keep it all running smoothly.

When it was done it looked perfect and all our condo members were thrilled about how well the whole project went....and trust me, with our condo board, that is saying something!

We have been so impressed with their work that we are planning to use them for many other repair projects around our 86 unit property.

I highly recommend using this company!
