These guys did an excellent job. I had three plastic vents above the third floor level of my house that had blown out and we're full of bird nests. It only took them about an hour and a half to set up their scaffolding, replace the vents, take it all apart and clean up. Very professional, friendly, and efficient crew.

Loved everything about this company. The owner is very pleasant to work with. The employees who installed the roof arrived timely and worked extremely hard each day to accomplish their work. The employees are very friendly as well. I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found them to do our garage roof. I will be using them again when its time for the house to be re-roofed.

By mid-November 2019, I had several roof leaks, the roof was about 18 years old and not installed property to start with (shingles over car decking) I was lucky it lasted that long, Anyway to the point: I was driving by this big house down the street when I saw the phone number on the truck from Pacific Capital Construction, There are other roofing Companies around but I wanted an opinion from someone I was not familiar with. From the moment I made the call, I was hooked! Sean the owner, was in communication from the beginning to the end, the cost was competitive with others and the workmanship was excellent! No nails, pieces of single, tar paper laying around, cleaned up every night before departing the area, from Sean to the ground man, I was impressed!

Excellent experience working with Sean, the owner of Pacific Capital Construction on a residential roofing project. Timely bid, and competitive price. Customer service/communication was excellent.

I contracted Pacific Capitol Construction to replace the roof on our family's 53 year old beach house/cabin in Ocean Shores. I was very pleased with the work they did which ended up being quite a bit more extensive then I had originally hope for. I have a better than average knowledge of home construction and was very happy with their finding and removing rot and rebuilding of the problem areas much better than they were originally. Although it ended up costing substantially more than I had planned the repairs needed to be done and I feel they were very reasonable and fair when figuring the additional expense. Even more important is I believe they did a very good job. Also, they were very communicative and kept their schedule. I highly endorse and recommend Pacific Capitol Construction.

Pacific Capital Holdings (dba Pacific Capital Constructions) gave me a very resonable bid on repair/replacement of my roof. It was determined that everything needed to be removed and 8 sheets of rotted plywood needed replacement. Plywood, 2 layers of felt, new shingles, and side molding were installed. Clean up was extremely good--found no nails or debris around the place.
